Return Policy

ALL PURCHASES MADE ARE COMPLETE AND FINAL. Cancellations made more than 21 days before your scheduled trip will result in a 100% refund. In the event of cancellation between 8 to 20 days prior, you can either reschedule your trip or receive a gift card worth 100% of the purchase price, with no expiration date and transferable to others. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are considered non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for instances of no-call, or no-shows, under any circumstances! Weather-related cancellations will be compensated with a 100% valued gift card, allowing guests to reschedule at their convenience. Tours will be halted immediately if illegal drugs are used or alcohol is consumed by a minor, with no refunds provided.

Rock Harbor Marina is located just 8 miles West of downtown Nashville. Free parking & restrooms are available onsite with access to many of the great amenities along the Cumberland River. Follow signs to Boat Rental Nashville and use the address: 6615 Robertson Ave, Nashville, TN 37209.   Access to the dock requires you to call Boat Rental Nashville to open the gate on your left.

Where do i pick up the boat rental.

Rentals depart from Rock Harbor Marina , which is located just 8 miles West of downtown Nashville which makes for easy rideshare.

Our Marina is located on the fuel dock side of Rock Harbor Marine. The address is 6615 Robertson Ave, Nashville, TN 37209 Please follows the signs to “Boat Rental Nashville” We are located at the fuel docks which use a separate entrance and will require us to remotely open the gate for you. Do not exit your rideshare/car unless you see our signs at the gate and call us to open.

We offer plenty of free parking & restrooms and are the only marina located on the Cumberland River near Downtown Nashville with boat rentals & pontoon rentals available.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Renter & operator must be 21 years of age.
• Have boating experience.
• Have valid credit/debit card.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we have plenty of parking available.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CAPTAIN FOR OUR RENTAL?

No, we do not provide captains for your rental. You are responsible for driving the vessel under TN State law and must meet all requirements. If you are looking for a Booze Cruise in Nashville we recommend the Pontoon Saloon. They provide captained two hour cruises right from downtown, a safe way to get on the river!

• Rental requires $1,500 cash or credit card deposit in case of damage
• Propeller insurance available for $50
• Drivers license required to rent
• Sorry, no refunds due to weather. Money applied to future date.
• Operator minimum age, 21 years old
• Renter is responsible for all damage
• Riders 12 years of age and younger must wear a life jacket (life jackets provided by Nashville Boat Rentals)
• Pets are permitted on boats, but there is a $50 per pet fee
• Grills are not permitted on rental boats
• Tubing or skiing behind boat is prohibited
• Boats must be kept within 3 – 5 miles of Nashville Shores Marina and are not permitted at Party Cove
• Boats do not have a radio. You can bring your own music.

Cancellations

• Renter must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for one boat reserved and one week in advance for more than one boat reserved or you forfeit your reservation deposit.
• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of excursion date will be charged $100.
• $10 cancellation fee applies on any cancellation before 48 hours prior to excursion date.
• No shows/no notifications the day of rental will be charged full rental price.

We rent from them every year. Boats are always well maintained and the people that work there are so helpful and nice. They loaded and unloaded all of our stuff for us. Even drove everyone up to our vehicles in golf carts. Best marina to rent from!

We rented a Pontoon and they did not disappoint. The boat was new, clean, and in great shape. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The best part was the price. They have the best value on the lake. I highly recommend Hidden Harbor.

Very Accommodating

They were very accommodating and allowed us to change our reservation with out a fee. It was about $400 for a double decker with a slide, a floating tube and gas to refill the boat. We had the boat from 9am-5pm. I would definitely rent from them again.

David was a great host, he was very responsive leading up to and during our rental. The boat was in great condition, very clean and well maintained. We did both tubing and water skiing with the boat and it was able to comfortably fit 5 kids and 6 adults with room to spare. Highly recommend!

Eric was absolutely incredible. From the time we got there to the end, this was an awesome experience. I will definitely be using Eric again to reserve a pontoon. Truly nice and awesome guy, plus great pontoon with good amenities. Thanks so much for everything.

Ricky was awesome!! He wasn’t only just great with the adults but with our kids/teens too! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the river. The boat/party barge was large enough for our group of 11. He helped make this experience not only amazing for us but one of our favorite activities of our vacation. We would totally book with him again.

Carly and staff, thank you for being so amazing in providing the upmost customer service! We drove 1hr and 20 minutes to try this business out. Let me tell you, from beginning to end, Carly and staff were not only knowledgeable but they were sincerely nice and understanding. My wife and kids had a blast and that's a win in my book. I truly appreciate making us comfortable and V.I.P. today. I wanted to post this review because the staff went beyond offering an ice chest and bluetooth speaker. Thank you guys for the smiles and amazing customer service!!! We'll be back!!!

I wish I had everyone's names who helped us. I last minute booked a Duffy boat for my friends on a Friday for a summer sunset sail. We had so much fun! Everyone was super helpful. I've always gone down to the docks in Newport and this one stood apart from the rest because it actually INCLUDED ice AND cooler, which most places do not offer. Everyone was super helpful in getting us into the boat with our stuff. We were also able to rent a JBL speaker, which was perfect. Honestly, I'd rather come to this location going forward with how friendly, happy, and helpful everyone was. Another massive perk was that the parking wasn't a million miles away. Our group (3 cars) scored parking right on the same street. We got lost on our way back as it was our first time in Huntington Harbor, but we rushed our way back as safely as possible since they had another booking after us. everything was fine and all worked out great. Every part of this experience was seamless and efficient. Big shout out to ZULLY!!! We cannot wait to come back. FYI, there's a membership that they offer here! I'm thinking it might be the best idea to sign up so that I can have unlimited access to the waters and best team running it! I look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you!

Everything here is awesome! I recently became a member, and I am so glad I did!! They make boating super easy. All the benefits, with zero hassle (I have owned several boats). Everything is super efficient, and the staff is always super kind and professional. They def go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Shout out to Irene for the great hospitality! Thanks for always taking great care of my family. When it comes to Duffy rentals, there really is no other choice! Go here, you'll be glad you did!

The employees are great and attentive. The kayaking routes were very nice and the advice from staff was helpful.

We had a blast and enjoyed cruising the harbor. We went on a Sunday evening and enjoyed the sunset. Zully was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to make our boat ride as smooth as possible. Ice and a cooler was provided upon request. The boat was very clean and spacious. Desmin, Alyssa, Cassey helped us throughout the onboarding and made the whole experience really peaceful/relaxing. Would definitely recommend to all our friends and will be planning another boat ride in the future.

I had no intention to rent from this place because I had my own paddle board. Unfortunately, I forgot one paddle. I looked up and saw this rental place and thought maybe I could convince them to let me rent just a Paddle. The lady was so kind and allowed me to use one as long as I left my license. The young man that got it for me was very nice. I was so grateful to them. I would absolutely recommend this place. It is a beautiful place to paddle board!

My wife and I tried using a Groupon here a few years ago and the woman working there that day wouldn't let us since my wife can't swim. We were going to be in a double kayak and I am a good swimmer, she was going to wear a life jacket so this was frustrating...seems like a waiver could be signed. I ended up using the expired Groupon with a friend this week and we had a great time! The 2 young workers were awesome too!

We had a blast, mellow cruise around the harbor, fair prices. The boat was in excellent condition, super clean windows and seats. It had a fridge and a nice table. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. We would definitely book again, and maybe try out the paddle boards or kayaks!

I rented a Duffy for my friends birthday and we had a blast ! Carly and the staff were so friendly and informative. This is a hidden gem in Huntington harbor and I will definitely come back. They had excellent customer service and very clean and nice Duffy boats. Thank you Huntington Harbor Boat Rentals for the awesome evening !
