Global reveal | maritimo m75 flybridge motor yacht.
Leading Australian luxury motor yacht manufacturer Maritimo, is set to begin an exciting new era as it unveils the largest motor yacht in its history, with the global reveal of the brand’s latest flagship vessel, in the form of the new M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht.
Eighteen years ago, Maritimo redefined the long-range cruising motor yacht concept with the inception of the legendary enclosed flybridge motor yacht it is recognized internationally for today.
In that time, Maritimo has continually evolved and refined the flybridge motor yacht concept with close collaboration between it’s completely inhouse Australian design team, and its growing family of Maritimo owners around the world.
Of all the Maritimo flagships that precede it, none have had the level of customer input or degree of design development as the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht. This stunning vessel will set Maritimo apart from its competitors on the international stage.
Maritimo’s Director of Design, Tom Barry- Cotter said the all new M75 has stemmed from the most in-depth design and development process ever undertaken in Maritimo history, with it being conceptualized and developed with Maritimo’s design division and collaborating owners for more than two years.
In preparation for the evolution of the new M75, Maritimo’s state of the art Australian based production facilities underwent extensive upgrades and expansions, which were completed in 2019. The state-of-the-art facilities were purposely designed to give Maritimo the capability of manufacturing larger vessels, such as the M75.
The global reveal of the iconic new flagship marks the seventh launch or reveal for Maritimo in 2021, as the renowned long range motor yacht brand sees unprecedented demand, with several orders for the M75 already in its production pipeline.
The M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht is slated for its official global launch late 2022.
Function Driven Exterior Form
Barry-Cotter said of all features within the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht, the most clearly apparent can be experienced in its first impression.
‘Carrying the designation of the brand’s flagship status, the M75 has been cloaked in a mighty exterior form from bow to stern,” he said.
“The M75’s hull profile is personified by sweeping longitudinal contours and styling cues combined with integral hull windows gracing the hull topsides, providing the internal accommodations with unprecedented views and natural light.
“Sleek moulded contours transition from the aft portofino internal hips into the deep walkthrough side decks that flank each side of the deckhouse, connecting the forward and rear decks with the functionality that Maritimo has become known for.
“Exterior flybridge wings provide further brand defining function in the space they offer within the enormous flybridge level, as well as protection provided over the side decks.”
He said the iconic flybridge and hardtop contours elongate the M75’s stationary profile, whilst completely protecting the upper cockpit and flybridge cockpit decks.
A Long-Range Cruising Legacy
Barry-Cotter said Maritimo’s esteemed standing and recognition amongst the world leaders in long range cruising motor yachts has been earned from dedication to crafting vessels capable of travelling further, and more confidently than ever before.
The M75 sets a new tide mark for Maritimo with its inherited capacities and capabilities. It’s 75’ 8” (23.07m) by 19’ 8” (6.0m) hull is the latest evolution of Maritimo’s longstanding experience in long range cruising hull design. The variable deadrise hull with deep keel, sharp bow entry and flattened progression aft has been focused on offshore cruising efficiency, cruising comfort and stability.
The Hull design and engineering are centered on straight shaft drive technology with the standard Scania Di16-1150MHP power units transferring power to the water via an ultra-efficient, shallow straight shaft angle to the 5x Blade Nibral Propellers.
The M75’s low angle straight shaft drives also reduce overall draft to a very versatile 1.5m (4’11”) opening an array of anchorage possibilities within any region.
Engine upgrade options include MTU 10V2000M86 1380MHP and MTU 10V2000 M96L 1625MHP power units.
The M75’s 10,000L (2641 US GAL) fuel capacity, also opens the door to a range of destinations, as the immense standard fuel capacity combined with Maritimo’s esteemed economical cruising efficiency will ensure owners can reach those secluded destinations with minimal stops. Unparalleled Deck Spaces
“Step aboard, and the first impression the M75 emanates is certainly that of unsurpassed amounts of deck space,” said Barry-Cotter. “The M75 adventure deck creates an incredibly versatile hub for lounging, cooking, adventuring or storage, with plenty of room to spare.
“Front and center of the immense adventure deck is the wet bar module with sink, top loading refrigeration, and electric grill. Integral within the wet bar module is access to the utility cabin with secondary engine room access.
“Flanking each side of the adventure deck are large top loading storage lockers and rear fairleads with optional capstan winches.
“Three steps up from the adventure deck is the gigantic upper cockpit deck, where the deck space spreads outwards to the outer bulwarks, maximizing available decks space, thanks to the on-deck storage lockers being located aft on the lower adventure deck.”
All furniture within the upper cockpit deck is designed in modules in order to enable owners to be fluid in how they would like their cockpit to be arranged, with all options comfortably catering for a minimum of 8 guests in any lounging or dining arrangement.
The flybridge headliner fully covers the extremities of the upper cockpit deck, with the option of electric roller blinds which can encase the entire area in seconds, to give privacy, or to protect from weather.
Deep walk-through side decks connect the upper cockpit to the forward deck lounging space from both sides.
Spacious Saloon & Galley
“Seamlessly connecting the upper cockpit deck and the luxurious saloon lounging area, is the iconic Maritimo long range aft galley,” he said.
“It serves both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and socially connects those preparing the meal with who is already dining and entertaining, with the storage and functionality for owner’s to comfortably live aboard for extended stays.
“Circling an enormous island bench breakfast bar as the galley centerpiece, the M75 touts Maritimo’s largest and most bespoke galley to date.
“Veiling all sides of the M75 saloon are enormous sections of glazing, injecting the surrounding seascapes right into the living and dining areas. There is also the added option of Maritimo’s unique two stage vista sliding windows which transform the entire saloon into an indoor/outdoor retreat.”
The Ultimate Cruising Comfort
Another esteemed legacy the evolution within the M75 has built upon, is the iconic Maritimo long range enclosed flybridge design.
The defining feature of the Maritimo M-Series is its recognizable enclosed flybridge skylounge with internal staircase – providing the ultimate comfort for any long-distance passage.
The M75’s climate controlled flybridge skylounge offers unprecedented amounts of interior space through the design of the exterior wings melded within the swept contours of the flybridge’s exterior form.
The space incorporates a pair of distinct internal lounging areas, with a forward cruising lounge and aft TV lounging, which can both conveniently convert to additional sleeping berths if required.
Beyond the flybridge sliding glass doors, the flybridge balcony deck offers further unprecedented amounts of flybridge outdoor deck space.
Above, the flybridge hardtop fully shades and protects the flybridge balcony deck, with the ability for hidden roll-down blinds to conveniently encase the area from the elements.
Restful Retreat
The M75’s open atrium companionway design is the largest and most unique companionway in its class. The floating feature staircase invites more natural light and creates an openness for the companionway laundry area, which sets the spacious tone for the largest accommodation ever featured within a Maritimo.
The flagship’s accommodations are designed around a four stateroom and three ensuite layout, with the option for further crew accommodation and ensuite in lieu of the aft utility cabin.
The forward VIP guest stateroom includes an offset queen berth with adjoining private ensuite. The offset berth arrangement provides greater practicality for guests to walk around all sides of the berth without navigating steps, which greatly simplifies any bed-making duties.
A generous twin guest stateroom and adjoining ensuite and day head awaits guests to starboard, with the option for the inner bed to slide outboard to create a double bed for couples.
Another spacious bunk guest stateroom is located to port, with the proportions to comfortably sleep teens or adults if required.
It is midships where the M75’s grandeur can be completely experienced. The master stateroom is centered upon a centerline king size bed with cavernous rear ensuite and walk-through robe area.
Storage is prevalent with double full height hanging robes, double half-height robes, and copious amounts of customizable drawer, desk and lounge storage available.
Maritimo’s largest Panoramic hull windows to date veil each hull side, providing exceptional vistas and enabling owners to feel connected with the environment.
Storage Solutions
The M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht caters to a variety of storage needs with an abundance of storage via the aft garage lazarette and aft utility cabin.
The expansive adventure deck space can be lifted via electric actuators to uncover the expansive garage lazarette area. The tender garage has the ability to house a 3.2m (10’ 3”) tender when optioned with 350kg rear davit.
Alternatively the fully lined garage space can be used to store additional supplies, adventure toys such as kayaks, SUP’s, and SCUBA gear.
The M75 also offers much larger tender storage options within the forward deck landing with the option for a forward mounted 500kg davit, as well as large tender storage options atop of the expansive adventure deck with hydraulic platform. Global Launch | 2022
Maritimo have already secured numerous orders from customers involved within the design development, with the first scheduled for delivery in the final quarter of 2022 and orders already into 2024.

2022 Maritimo M75 flybridge motor yacht revealed
The maritimo m75 is an all-new flagship for the gold coast-based australian luxury motor yacht specialist.
Gold Coast-based luxury motor yacht maker Maritimo will kick off next year by introducing the largest model to ever come out of its Coomera factory – the 2022 Maritimo M75.
The 23-metre-long, 6.0-metre beam circa $5 million Maritimo M75, which has its first build due late next year, shadows the Martimio M70 that will soon have to pass on the title as the flagship of the 13-model range of sedans and flybridge cruisers to the new boat.
Two years in the making, tapping heavily into Maritimo’s existing customer base to shape a practical and user-friendly luxury motor yacht and with an order list already extending to 2023, it’s a package the market seems to want.
A defining feature of the Maritimo M75’s design is a vast adventure deck filling the aft section of the motor yacht and incorporating a large lowering swim deck.
Maritimo design director Tom Barry-Cotter said the Australian-conceived and designed Maritimo M75 had stemmed from “the most in-depth design and development process ever undertaken in Maritimo history”, and needed to make an immediate impact.
"Carrying the designation of the brand’s flagship status, the M75 has been cloaked in a mighty exterior form from bow to stern,” Barry-Cotter said.
“The M75’s hull profile is personified by sweeping longitudinal contours and styling cues combined with integral hull windows gracing the hull topsides, providing the internal accommodations with unprecedented views and natural light.
“Sleek moulded contours transition from the aft Portofino internal hips into the deep walkthrough side decks that flank each side of the deckhouse, connecting the forward and rear decks with the functionality that Maritimo has become known for," he said.
“Exterior flybridge wings provide further brand-defining function in the space they offer within the enormous flybridge level, as well as the protection provided over the side decks.”
Offshore ability
At heart, the new Maritimo M75 will remain a capable long-range cruiser with a variable deadrise deep-vee hull with a deep keel, sharp bow entry and a flattened progression aft that is optimised for offshore conditions, cruising efficiency and comfort, and stability.
Powering the package will be a pair of 1150hp Scania Di16 inboard engines driving a shallow-angle straight shaft fitted with five-blade Nibral propellers. Draft is only 1.5 metres, meaning that despite its size, the Maritimo M75 can sneak into shallow anchorages.
Owners seeing more performance can step up to twin MTU units providing either 1380hp or 1625hp each. The Maritimo M75 will take on up to 10,000 litres of fuel to provide plenty of fast cruising range.
Class-defining flybridge
As befitting the M-Series, the new Maritimo M75 features an enclosed and climate-controlled flybridge sky lounge accessed via an internal staircase.
The base of the flybridge features wings that extend outwards over the side decks below, creating what Maritimo claims is unprecedented amounts of interior space.
"The space incorporates a pair of distinct internal lounging areas, with a forward cruising lounge and aft TV lounging, which can both conveniently convert to additional sleeping berths if required.
"Beyond the flybridge sliding glass doors, the flybridge balcony deck offers further unprecedented amounts of flybridge outdoor deck space.
"Above, the flybridge hardtop fully shades and protects the flybridge balcony deck, with the ability for hidden roll-down blinds to conveniently encase the area from the elements."
Owners can also choose the option to have the stairwell fully enclosed in glass to help with both noise suppression and privacy if the upper deck is converted to sleeping quarters.
Outdoor space
Equally impressive is the amount of outdoor space on offer, with the M75 aft adventure deck creating what Maritimo says is "an incredibly versatile hub for lounging, cooking, adventuring or storage, with plenty of room to spare".
“Front and center of the immense adventure deck is the wet bar module with sink, top-loading refrigeration, and electric grill. Integral within the wet bar module is access to the utility cabin with secondary engine room access.
“Flanking each side of the adventure deck are large top-loading storage lockers and rear fairleads with optional capstan winches.
“Three steps up from the adventure deck is the gigantic upper cockpit deck, where the deck space spreads outwards to the outer bulwarks, maximizing available decks space, thanks to the on-deck storage lockers being located aft on the lower adventure deck.”
That allows the cockpit to offer more than 4.0 metres of width.
Maritimo says all furniture within the upper cockpit deck is designed in modules so that owners can choose how they would like their cockpit to be arranged, with all options comfortably catering for a minimum of eight guests in any lounging or dining arrangement, including fixed or freestanding tables.
Up front is a forward-facing lounge and a separate large sun pad. Because this is a blue-water cruiser with water likely to come over the bow as owners gain more confidence in driving the boat in more varied weather conditions, attention was given to ensuring there were no places for water to pool in this space.
Saloon and galley
A step up from the cockpit through a glass bulkhead is the saloon space featuring an aft galley with an island bench.
The winged flybridge allows Maritimo to push the staircase leading up to the flybridge further abeam than more traditional designs that enclose the flybridge deck space inside the superstructure.
The space under the stairwell is dedicated to a full-height fridge and a pantry that can be optioned as space for another full-height appliance such as a freezer.
The M75's galley is the largest and most bespoke galley produced by Maritimo to date.
Further back in the saloon, the space turns over to comfortable living.
“Veiling all sides of the M75 saloon are enormous sections of glazing, injecting the surrounding seascapes right into the living and dining areas," Maritimo says.
"There is also the added option of Maritimo’s unique two-stage vista sliding windows which transform the entire saloon into an indoor/outdoor retreat.”
Heading below
The lower accommodation deck is accessed via an internal staircase from the front of the saloon. Descending below looks grander in the Maritimo M75 because the staircase stands alone and is not built into a space for the waster and drier like on other Maritimo models.
Instead, the space becomes a light-filled open atrium, with a washer, drier and a pull-out laundry locker built on the outside of the stairwell. A separate door gives easy access to the bilge; no more lifting sections of floor to access the space.
The Maritimo M75 offers four separate accommodations – with a temporary berth available on the flybridge deck and the option of converting the aft utility room into crew accommodations – and three bathrooms.
The master suite includes an offset king-size bed with a walk-in robe and the option of a lounge or desk space and a three-quarter beam ensuite. Windows to either side run bulkhead to bulkhead – another one to tick off on the list of largest-ever benchmarks for Maritimo.
Tender choices
The aft adventure deck includes a large underfloor space that can store a tender of up to 2.3 metres in length, hoisted in and out via a davit. For owners who would prefer to use this space to stash gear for other watersports such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding or SCUBA diving, an option is to instead mount a 500kg-rated davit on the foredeck and use that space for tender storage.
An optional hydraulic swim platform also can serve as a platform to carry a tender or jet ski.
Maritimo says it is already sitting on a number of orders for the new Maritimo M75.
The Maritimo M75 is the seventh of eight new or updated models that Maritimo says it will introduce during 2021.

Maritimo M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht, an icon is born
Yacht Design
Leading luxury motor yacht builder, Maritimo heralds the dawn of a new boat building and design with the highly anticipated global launch of its new flagship, the Maritimo M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht. Following in the wake of its sistership, the S75 Sedan, which celebrated its global launch at the 2023 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May, the true heir of the Maritimo linage, the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht proudly assumes the throne as Maritimo’s latest leader of the fleet.
Twenty years ago, Maritimo redefined the long-range cruising motor yacht concept with the inception of the legendary enclosed flybridge motor yacht, which it is recognized internationally for today. In that time, Maritimo has continually evolved and refined the flybridge motor yacht concept with close collaboration between it’s completely inhouse Australian design team, and its growing family of Maritimo owners around the world.
Of all the Maritimo vessels that precede it, none have had the level of customer input or degree of design development as the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht. This stunning vessel will set Maritimo apart from any other flybridge motor yacht on the international stage. The proudly all-Australian designed and crafted M75 is the culmination of over 120,000 hours of dedication to research, design, and tooling by Maritimo’s world leading craftspeople, with another 35,000 hours dedicated to each and every M75 build.
Function Driven Exterior Form
Barry-Cotter said of all features within the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht, the most clearly apparent can be experienced in its first impression. “Carrying the designation of the brand’s flagship status, the M75 has been cloaked in a mighty exterior form from bow to stern,” he said. “The M75’s hull profile is personified by sweeping longitudinal contours and styling cues, combined with integral hull windows gracing the hull topsides, providing the internal accommodations with unprecedented views and natural light.” “Sleek molded contours transition from the aft portofino internal hips into the deep walkthrough side decks that flank each side of the deckhouse, connecting the forward and rear decks with the functionality that Maritimo has become known for.,” Barry-Cotter continued. “Exterior flybridge wings provide further branddefining function in the space they offer within the enormous flybridge level, as well as protection provided over the side decks.” He said the iconic flybridge and hardtop contours elongate the M75’s stationary profile, while completely protecting the upper cockpit and flybridge cockpit decks.
The variable deadrise hull with deep keel, sharp bow entry, and flattened progression aft has been focused on offshore cruising efficiency and range, cruising comfort, and stability. The Hull design and engineering are centered on straight shaft drive technology with the standard Scania Di16-1150MHP power units transferring power to the water via an ultra-efficient, shallow straight shaft angle to the 5x Blade Nibral Propellers.
The M75’s low angle straight shaft drives also reduce overall draft to a very versatile 4’ 11” (1.5m) opening an array of anchorage possibilities within any region. Engine upgrade options include the Rolls Royce MTU 10V2000 M96L 1625MHP power units. The M75’s 2,641 GAL (10,000L) fuel capacity opens the door to true intercontinental passage making, as the immense standard fuel capacity combined with Maritimo’s esteemed economical cruising efficiency will ensure owners can reach those secluded destinations with minimal stops.
Unparalleled Deck Spaces
“Step aboard, and the first impression the M75 emanates is certainly that of unsurpassed amounts of deck space,” said Barry-Cotter. “The M75 adventure deck creates an incredibly versatile hub for lounging, cooking, adventuring or storage, with plenty of room to spare.” “Front and center of the immense adventure deck is the wet bar module with sink, top loading refrigeration, and electric grill,” he continued. “Integral within the wet bar module is access to the utility cabin with primary engine room access. Flanking each side of the adventure deck are large, top-loading storage lockers and rear fairleads with optional capstan winches.” In addition to multiple variations of tender storage options, the M75 adventure deck can also be optioned with additional modules such as sun bed or rear secondary entertainment module with gates. “Three steps up from the adventure deck is the gigantic upper cockpit deck, where the deck space spreads out to the outer bulwarks, maximizing available decks space,” said Barry-Cotter. Cockpit layouts are extremely versatile offering owner’s a range of options in setting up the upper cockpit area to suit their needs, with all options catering for a minimum of 8 guests in any lounging or dining arrangement. The flybridge headliner fully covers the extremities of the upper cockpit deck, with the option of electric roller blinds which can encase the entire area in seconds, to give privacy, or to protect from weather. Deep walk-through side decks connect the upper cockpit to the forward deck from both sides. The forward deck can be optioned for tender storage integrated into outdoor lounging, with a free-standing sun bed and forward-facing lounge.
Spacious Galley & Saloon
Barry-Cotter said Maritimo’s long range legacy is not just limited to its engineering pedigree and offshore cruising performance. “Seamlessly connecting the upper cockpit deck and the luxurious saloon lounging area, is the iconic Maritimo long range aft galley,” he said. “It serves both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and socially connects those preparing the meal with who is already dining and entertaining, with the storage and functionality for owner’s to comfortably live aboard for extended stays.” “Circling the island bench breakfast bar galley centerpiece, the M75 touts Maritimo’s largest and most bespoke galley to date, where owners can choose from multiple galley design variants,” Barry-Cotter continued. “Veiling all sides of the M75 saloon are enormous sections of glazing, injecting the surrounding seascapes right into the living and dining areas. There is also the added option of Maritimo’s unique twostage vista sliding windows, which transform the entire saloon into an indoor/outdoor retreat.” The spacious saloon lounge incorporates dedicated lounging and dining areas, with a forward mounted 65” TV on electric lift, which is viewable from all areas across the saloon, galley, and upper cockpit. The saloon lounge is central to two adjoining staircases, one transitioning to the lower accommodation and the other to the enclosed flybridge via the aft internal flybridge staircase.
The Ultimate Cruising Comfort
Another esteemed legacy the evolution within the M75 has built upon, is the iconic Maritimo long range enclosed flybridge design. Although the defining features have advanced into an entirely new realm within the M75 flybridge design, the function they provide remains the same as Maritimo’s original enclosed flybridge design of years gone by.
The defining feature of the Maritimo M-Series is its recognizable enclosed flybridge skylounge with internal staircase—providing the ultimate comfort for any long-distance passage. The M75’s climate controlled flybridge skylounge offers unprecedented amounts of interior space through the design of the exterior wings melded within the swept contours of the flybridge’s exterior form. The space incorporates a pair of distinct internal lounging areas, with a forward cruising lounge and aft TV lounge, which can conveniently convert to additional sleeping berths if required.
The M75 flybridge also offers the option for a flybridge head, as well as optional glass partition and door a top of the internal stairs. The partition conveniently gates the stairwell for safety as well as enhances sound suppression and can also be optioned with privacy blinds to enable the flybridge space to double as further accommodation. Beyond the flybridge sliding glass doors, the flybridge balcony deck offers further unprecedented amounts of space. Once again, all outdoor seating has been designed in modules, so owners can opt between transversefacing or forward-facing U-Shaped lounging options. Above, the flybridge hardtop fully shades and protects the flybridge balcony deck, with the ability for hidden roll-down blinds to conveniently encase the area from the elements. Above in the headliner either four manual skylight hatches, or two electric sunroofs enable fresh light to conveniently enter when needed, with ease.
The master stateroom is centered upon a centerline king size bed with cavernous rear ensuite and walk-through closet area. Storage is prevalent with double full height hanging closets, double half-height closets, and copious amounts of customizable drawer, desk, and lounge storage available. Maritimo’s largest Panoramic hull windows to date veil each hull side, providing exceptional vistas and enabling owners to feel connected with the environment.
Storage Solutions
Essential in catering for long range capability are storage options for additional supplies, water toys, fishing gear, safety gear, and tenders—the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht caters to these needs with an abundance of storage via the aft garage lazarette and utility cabin. The expansive adventure deck space can be lifted via electric actuators to uncover the expansive garage lazarette area. The fully lined garage space is perfect for storing additional supplies, and adventure toys such as kayaks, SUPs, and SCUBA gear.
Model Milestone
Maritimo founder, Bill Barry-Cotter, 79, whose experience and legend spans over 60 years within the boating industry, said he was immensely proud of Tom and the team for their accomplishments with the S75 Sedan Motor Yacht and now, the new M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht. “The M75 is, in my estimation, the best-ever, along with the S75. I don’t see this model launch as a culmination of a lifetime, as I know there are greater projects to come from this team.” Tom Barry-Cotter responded, “The M75 Flybridge is testament to Maritimo’s heritage, to our collective efforts as a family business, to the belief and loyalty of Maritimo owners, and our commitment to innovation and evolution at every step in our history. We are proud to officially launch our new momentous flagship in the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht”. Maritimo will host the global launch of the Maritimo M75 Flybridge July 14th at Sanctuary Cove on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

GLOBAL REVEAL | MARITIMO M75 FLYBRIDGE MOTOR YACHT
|
9 December 2021
The defining feature of the Maritimo M-Series is its recognizable enclosed flybridge sky lounge with internal staircase – providing the ultimate comfort for any long-distance passage.
The M75’s climate controlled flybridge sky lounge offers unprecedented amounts of interior space through the design of the exterior wings melded within the swept contours of the flybridge’s exterior form.
Alternatively, the fully lined garage space can be used to store additional supplies, adventure toys such as kayaks, SUP’s, and SCUBA gear.

Maritimo M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht Revealed
Long Range Luxury
Maritimo, well-loved Australian motor yacht manufacturer, sees itself as entering a new era with the release of the new M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht. The M75 will not only be the largest motor yacht Maritimo has ever made, but it will also represent a higher level of customer input and design development than any other Maritimo.
The manufacturer’s Australian based production facilities have seen extensive upgrades and expansions, completed in 2019, specifically to manufacture larger vessels such as this one.
Tom Barry-Cotter, Maritimo Director of Design, said, “The all new M75 has stemmed from the most in-depth design and development process ever undertaken in Maritimo history, with it being conceptualized and developed with Maritimo’s design division and collaborating owners for more than two years.”
The global reveal of the iconic new flagship marks the seventh new launch or reveal from Maritimo this year, as the prolific long range motor yacht brand sees record demand. Several advance orders for the M75 are already in production.
First Impressions
Barry-Cotter said of all features within the M75 Flybridge Motor Yacht, the most clearly apparent Maritimo’s distinctive melding of form and function on the exterior.
“Carrying the designation of the brand’s flagship status, the M75 has been cloaked in a mighty exterior form from bow to stern,” he said.
“Exterior flybridge wings provide further brand-defining function in the space they offer within the enormous flybridge level, as well as protection provided over the side decks.”
He said the iconic flybridge and hardtop contours elongate the M75’s stationary profile, whilst completely protecting the upper cockpit and flybridge cockpit decks.
The M75’s 10,000L (2641 US GAL) fuel capacity combined with Maritimo’s economical cruising efficiency will mean owners can reach secluded destinations with minimal stops.
The M75 incorporates Maritimo’s latest fuel system design, which is comprised of three tanks that are designed to lower the vessel’s centre of gravity and further increase stability.
Two 3300L (871 US GAL) wing tanks flanking each hull side compliment a 3400L (898 US GAL) main tank located along the M75’s keel line, keeping the large mass of fuel as low as possible in the hull for greater stability.
Wide Open Spaces
“Step aboard, and the first impression the M75 emanates is certainly that of unsurpassed amounts of deck space,” said Barry-Cotter. “The M75 adventure deck creates an incredibly versatile hub for lounging, cooking, adventuring or storage, with plenty of room to spare.
“Three steps up from the adventure deck is the gigantic upper cockpit deck, where the deck space spreads out to the outer bulwarks, maximizing available decks space, thanks to the on-deck storage lockers being located aft on the lower adventure deck.”
All furniture within the upper cockpit deck is designed in modules to allow fluid customization in how you would like your cockpit to be set up. All options catering for a minimum of eight guests in any lounging or dining arrangement.
The flybridge headliner fully covers the extremities of the upper cockpit deck, with the option of electric roller blinds which can encase the entire area in seconds, for privacy or weather protection.
Deep walk-through side decks connect the upper cockpit to the forward deck from both sides.
The forward deck can be optioned for tender storage, or for outdoor lounging with a free-standing sun bed and forward-facing lounge.
The generous spaces continue below, with the upper cockpit deck connecting seamlessly to a luxurious saloon lounging area, and a long-range aft galley that serves both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The saloon lounge is central to two adjoining staircases, one transitioning to the lower accommodation and the other to the enclosed flybridge via the aft internal flybridge staircase.
Possibly the most distinct feature of the Maritimo range is their iconic enclosed flybridge design. These social spaces allow for complete comfort during long-range cruising, and the M75 carries this legacy to a new extreme.
The M75’s climate controlled flybridge skylounge offers unprecedented amounts of interior space through the design of the exterior wings melded within the swept contours of the flybridge’s exterior. The space incorporates a pair of distinct internal lounging areas, with a forward cruising lounge and aft TV lounging, which can both conveniently convert to additional sleeping berths if required.
The M75 flybridge also offers the option for a flybridge head, as well as optional glass partition and door atop of the internal stairs. The partition conveniently gates the stairwell for safety as well as enhances sound suppression and can also be optioned with privacy blinds to enable the flybridge space to double as further accommodation.
Beyond the flybridge sliding glass doors, the flybridge balcony deck offers further yet more deck space. Once again, all outdoor seating has been designed in modules, so owners can opt between transverse facing, or forward-facing U-Shaped lounging options.
Restful Retreat
The M75’s open atrium companionway design is the largest and most unique in its class. The floating feature staircase invites more natural light and creates an openness below, which continues through to the accommodations.

The Ferretti Group, one of the world top companies specializing in the design, building and sale of motor yachts, with an amazing portfolio of eight of the most exclusive and prominent brands, is thrilled to announce its participation in the Moscow Boat Show 2013. From 12 to 17 March, two of the Group fleet’s most successful yachts will be presented as absolute premieres for the Russian market: motor yacht Ferretti 530, representing Ferretti Yachts , and the 27-foot Iseo superyacht tender by Riva .
Ferretti 530 Yacht to make her Russian premiere at Moscow Boat Show
This year’s Moscow Boat Show will also offer the Ferretti Group the opportunity to announce all yachting enthusiasts in Russia and Northern Eurasia a new important achievement in its international growth: the renewal of its exclusive dealership agreement for the Russian Federation with its partner Premium Yachts , one of the leading dealers operating in the boating sector in Russia , which will represent the Ferretti Yachts , Pershing , Itama , Bertram , Riva e Mochi Craft and Ferretti Custom Line brands.
The agreement – which was officially announced today during a press conference attended, among others, by Ferruccio Rossi (Ferretti Group’s CEO), Alexey Kurochkin (Premium Yachts’s President), and Stefano Campanelli (Sales Manager for the EMEA area for Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, Bertram, Riva, Mochi Craft and Ferretti Custom Line) – is part of Ferretti Group’s strategy for a further expansion on the European markets offering the best short/medium-term growth perspectives, also thanks to the financial soundness regained following the strategic partnership forged with the Weichai Group.
More specifically, the Russian boating market holds a great potential for the Ferretti Group’s development because of the rapid growth of average wealth among the population and an increasing interest for Made in Italy luxury goods, like Ferretti Group yachts.
Through the renewal of the agreement with Premium Yachts, the Group will further strengthen its highly selected distribution network – which currently includes approximately 60 dealers ensuring the best possible customer care in more than 80 countries worldwide – as well as its presence in the traditional EMEA ( Europe , Middle East , Africa ) area, one of the three macro-regions (besides the America and the Asia-Pacific) into which the Group’s sales structure is divided.
Moreover, in a medium/long-term perspective, the Ferretti Group is expecting an increasing interest on the Russian market not only for flying bridge yachts above 70’ in length, but also towards smaller crafts, both flybridge and open/coupé ones, which are particularly suitable for river cruising or pleasure boating in Russia’s large lakes. Consequently, the renewal of the dealership agreement with Premium Yachts also allows to look ahead at the future aiming to conquer new market segments where less competitors are currently present in terms of both products and geographic location.
The press conference, which was held today at the Lotte Hotel in Moscow, had also the objective of introducing attending journalists and yachting enthusiasts to the main new products launched by the Ferretti Group over the last few months, namely: motor yacht Ferretti 870 , Ferretti 690 yacht , and the project of the new flagship Ferretti 960 superyacht for the Ferretti Yachts brand; luxury yacht Pershing 82 ’ and superyacht Pershing 108’ New Edition for Pershing; Riva 63’ Virtus and the project of the new Riva flagship, 122’ Mythos yacht , as well as the entire range of the Itama, Bertram and Mochi Craft brands.
The yachts launched over the last few months by CRN – the Group’s brand specialising in the construction of steel and aluminium yachts between 40 and 90 metres – were also presented during the conference: the two superyachts: CRN superyacht Jade (60 metres long) and CRN mega yacht Chopi Chopi (80 metres long), the latter being one of the largest pleasure vessels ever built in Italy and the largest one ever built by the Ancona-based shipyard.
“The renewal of our dealership agreement with an important partner like Premium Yachts – which has worked on the Russian market for almost 10 years and can boast an outstanding product knowledge and an excellent local market penetration – and the presentation of the Group’s latest models are an integral part of our development strategy on the EMEA markets offering the best growth perspectives in the short-medium term,” stated Ferruccio Rossi, Ferretti Group’s CEO. “The Moscow Boat Show 2013, which has now reached its sixth edition, will extend over approximately 45,000 square metres this year and will be attended by more than 350 international boating companies. This Show represents an interesting business opportunity for us and an unmissable event in terms of visibility, since we are identifying a considerable growth potential in this area thanks to the timeless attractiveness of our products – true ambassadors of Made in Italy production all over the world”.
