Who is Mads Herrera?

Tonight, Bravo is airing back-to-back episodes of Below Deck Sailing Yacht starting at 8pm ET/PT—a great start to the week. As we near the mid-season point, the drama aboard the Parsifal III is almost too much to handle! Numerous malfunctions in the engine room and fussy charter guests seem to be the least of the yachties’ problems. Now there are two love triangles in play—and both involve Gary King. While the entanglement between Gary, Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae has been years in the making, stew Mads Herrera is having second thoughts about pursuing Gary when handsome deckhand Alex Propson is available. Honestly, who wouldn’t be torn?

In this exclusive clip from tonight’s all-new batch of episodes, we join our favorite yachties after a rare day off. As the Chef Ileisha Dell and deckhand Chase Lemacks put themselves to bed, Gary seeks clarification from Mads on their relationship. “Are we together or not,” Gary asks in the back of the van. “Possibly,” Mads responds, giving him nothing. “You wish I was Alex, fuck right off,” Gary says, very wounded. Then we cut to Daisy and Colin talking by the jacuzzi. Colin is struck by her aloofness and immediately knows there’s drama in the air. In a confessional mode, Colin urges Daisy to spill: “I’m not stupid. C’mon man. Like, what’s going on?”

As fans are left to wonder what happened there, the clip then cuts to Alex and Mads hugging behind the bar. As Alex comforts her, he tells her, “I’d totally smash you.” While that’s not the most romantic sweet nothing he could have said, Mads in very into it. To the camera she explains: “I don’t want anyone’s feelings hurt on the boat, but Alex is a grown ass man. And with Gary, I’m getting grown toddler boy. I really did not play my cards right.” Truer words have never been spoken.

‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ Reunion Part 2: Gary Apologizes To Mads Over ‘Uncalled For’ Period Comment 

In the wake of Gary coming under fire for questioning Mads about her period, Gary addressed the drama and apologized to Mads for what he said to her in the second episode of the 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' reunion.

There was no way Gary King wasn’t going to get asked about THAT comment during Part 2 of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 reunion. In the July 18 episode, Andy Cohen brought up Gary confronting Mads Herrera about supposedly being on her period when he “went down” on her. Gary dropped out of his computer camera’s view for a moment before returning to apologize.

“Andy, Mads, I have to apologize, and I’ll apologize to you here in front of everyone. That was very uncalled for,” Gary told Mads. “You didn’t deserve that. No one deserves that. I’m really sorry. And I don’t actually want to answer anything about that, Andy, because that was probably one of the lowest points in the season I would say. That was quite rough. and no one deserves that. Sorry, Mads.”

Andy then asked Mads if she accepted Gary’s apology. “Yep,” she quickly said. The host continued to press Mads and asked if she was completely over Gary after he made that comment. “Yes. At that point, it’s also so late in the season,” Mads continued. “We’re all so exhausted and done. I think you see me say like, I hate everyone. I was so ready to leave and that was like the cherry on top. It was done.”

Daisy Kelliher chimed in and admitted she was “horrified” over what Gary said to Mads. She ended up screaming at him. “I was disgusted. Nobody should speak about another person in that manner in any way,” Daisy said during the reunion.

Mads noted that she was only doing so well in the moment because Lucy was “there right from the jump” and “killed the tension.” She added, “I was also very shocked.”

This all started because of something Alex Propson told Gary. Alex brought up walking in on Gary going down on Mads and said he was surprised because Mads told him that she was on her period. (She was joking about it all along, by the way.) A fuming Gary rushed to confront Mads and unfairly chastised her in front of Lucy Edmunds and the cameras for not having the “common decency” to tell him not go to down on her. “Uncalled for” doesn’t even begin to describe what Gary did. Thankfully, Andy addressed the shocking situation with Gary and Mads.

Below Deck star Dylan Pierre De Villiers’ photo with former cast member Cat Baugh creates confusion. Season 11 of the Bravo series has been quite interesting. It featured a new crew and various dramatic feuds. Most recently, the show reached its high point when Captain Kerry Titheradge let go of his Bosun. He fired Jared Woodin to give him time to fix his family issues. After Jared’s exit in episode 7, Captain Kerry made his Lead Deckhand, Ben Willoughby, the new Bosun. Below Deck season 11 has featured many dramatic moments already. The season has been full of memorable scenes, like Barbie Pascual’s explosive rivalry with Fraser Olender and Ben’s surprising boatmance with Marie “Sunny” Marquis. However, the most unexpected moment didn’t happen until episode 7. It wasn’t until Captain Kerry realized that Jared was too distracted because of his daughter and wasn’t performing well . Captain Kerry made the right decision by letting Jared go and promoting Ben as the new Bosun. Since Ben’s sudden promotion left the crew with only two Deckhands, the Captain invited Dylan to take over the responsibility.

Dylan meeting Cat may not make sense, but it likely happened behind the scenes. Producers often try to give viewers a good storyline that’s easy to grasp and enjoy.

However, real events can be confusing and may not fit the show’s format well.

Dylan may have joined when Cat was still on the boat. However, the producers may have cut some of those scenes , so fans only focused on what was important. The 24-year-old Cape Town resident is fairly new to the yacht, so he has the chance not to repeat Cat’s mistakes, which ultimately led to her departure. The former Stew’s biggest problem was her inability to bond with other crew members. Her constant fights with Barbie didn’t help either. If Dylan wants to make an impact on Below Deck and become Captain Kerry’s favorite, he must try to find his place on the yacht. He should have fun, build new relationships, and focus on his work.

Chef Ben has made quite a few appearances in the Below Deck franchise over the years, sticking it out on the OG series until Season 4. He then transitioned to Below Deck Med,  helping  Captain Sandy Yawn out after a team situation turned sour in the galley.

Today, the chef is still cooking his delicacies and traveling the world. He runs a successful catering business and is available for private events, private instruction, and guest appearances. He also launched a  knife  and a  hot sauce  in 2022.

While Adrienne's tough work ethic didn't always mesh with her team, the first ever Below Deck chief stew certainly knew what she was doing.

You don’t want to start arguments until you get to be a captain. Now, I can be a pain in the ass.”

Where is second deckhand David Bradberry from Below Deck now?

"I've got the least amount of experience and probably the lowest amount of credentials, but give me a challenge and I'll meet it," shared David Bradberry in Episode 1.

While David got engaged during Season 1, he and his longtime partner Trevor Knight are no longer together.

He returned in Season 3 when Captain Lee found himself shorthanded, appearing in Episodes 11-13.

Below Deck is bringing the entertainment viewers have come to love about the show, and this season, with Sunny Marquis blaming her behavior on an alter ego she calls Sabrina , it appears the drama is just getting started. Below Deck is a reality TV series that shows what it is like to be an employee on a mega yacht. Below Deck season 11 follows the interior and exterior crews as well as the chef as they work to complete their everyday tasks while also trying to fulfill the outrageous requests of the charter guests they are there to serve.

A sneak peek video that was recently posted on Bravo 's YouTube channel shows Sunny having a moment with interior crew member Xandi Olivier. In the video, Sunny is talking with her "boatmance" partner Ben Willoughby about how upset she is with Xandi while Ben tries to tell her she needs to " trust him ."

Sunny later tries to explain her behavior by blaming it her alter ego named Sabrina. She says, " Sabrina is kind of like my protective shield, but like, get her out of here, I don't want her anymore, Tequila Sabrina, now bye. " The next morning, Sunny is seen apologizing to Xandi about the night before.

Captain Kerry Needs To Be Careful Around Chef Anthony

The cast of Below Deck season 11 seems to be pretty well-rounded, including having a chef who needs to have a little extra TLC . Chief Stew Fraser Olender has a strong opinion about the way Chef Anthony Iracane keeps the galley, and Fraser is seen telling Captain Kerry Titheradge, " I think he's putting too much on his plate, it's starting to look like a s*** show in there. " Fraser continues to explain by saying, " Yes, Chef's organization is really starting to get to me. It's actually terrible. " Fraser even asks Captain Kerry to pop into the galley more often.

"People who are that creative, they'll break. I've got be careful on how hard I push."

As the preview clip continues, Chef Anthony explains that right now, it is really stressful for him, but he believes revenge is the best way to motivate himself. Anthony discusses the fact that he has been diagnosed with dyslexia and how he was treated harshly and bullied by others because of it. His dyslexia makes it difficult for him to stay focused, which can make his job more difficult than it is, so it is really important for Anthony to love the job he is doing . Anthony does want to reassure everyone, including himself, that he will not give up.

Below Deck season 11 has already had its share of boating mishaps, crew firings, ridiculous charter guests, and rocky romances . It should not come as a surprise, considering the unique and stressful situations the crewmates find themselves in. The men and women on the mega yacht work extremely hard during the charters, so when the time comes to let loose, they can really cause a scene. Huge 'Below Deck' Return, New Season Order Revealed in Report

While some Bravo franchises are in trouble, Below Deck fans have nothing but smooth sailing ahead. According to a new report from The Cinemaholic , Below Deck Season 11 will not be the show's last. The longtime Bravo reality show will coast into Season 12 soon.

Aside from the renewal, the outlet slipped in another big detail. The Cinemaholic's Harsh Vardhan writes that "Captain Lee Rosbach is expected to continue featuring in the series." Captain Lee was infamous cut from the yachting series after 10 seasons. In Season 11, Kerry Titheradge served as captain of the crew in question.

"I did not quit. I did not retire. I was just not invited back," Captain Lee told the South Florida Sun Sentinel   in April 2023, adding that his ongoing nerve issues might have been the cause of the snub. "I guess I can see their point of view. They really couldn't get a straight answer from anyone on how my health was."

Titheradge's place in this reported Season 12 is unclear; though it would not be unpreceded for more than one captain to appear in a Below Dec k season. Captains Sean Meagher (Season 9) and Sandy Yawn (Season 10) both filled for multiple episodes when Lee had to temporarily step away from his duties for health issues.

Captain Lee had stated in the Sun Sentinel interview that he was still under a Bravo contract and was willing to return for Season 12 if asked back.

"We came to an agreement, and I'm going to be doing some things for them in the next year," he said at the time. "Then, Season 12? I imagine they are going to see what happens with Season 11, with somebody new trying to take over for me, see how they do. If it's too expensive for them, we'll see what happens. If the numbers take a tank, would I go back? Yeah."
