TWO SUPER-YACHTS SPOTTED IN PLYMOUTH
TWO of the world’s luxury super-yachts have been spotted in Plymouth Sound and can still be seen on our 24 hour webcam , Scout and M&Em .
The award-winning luxury motor yacht Scout is still at anchor in the Sound.
Scout was built in 2019 in the Netherlands with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure.
She is powered by 2 Caterpillar Inc engines, which gives her top speeds, and in world rankings for largest yachts, Scout , is listed at number 410.
The second superyacht anchored near the Plymouth Breakwater is the 74m long M&Em motor yacht and arrived a few days ago.
The vessel is ranked 244th largest superyacht in the world, and can carry 12 passengers and 19 crew, including the ship’s captain.
M&Em was launched last year, but is already well travelled and has recently been to Monaco, Gibraltar, Vigo, in Spain, and Greenock, in Scotland.
The super-yacht was built by Dutch luxury boat builder Amels, and is one of the largest vessels built by the company.

Billionaire banker's £650k-a-week superyacht arrives in Plymouth

A superyacht owned by a Russian billionaire banker has arrived in Plymouth after it was spotted off the coast of Cornwall.
The Cloudbreak yacht, which is 75 metres long and costs more than £650,000-a-week to charter, has been pictured in Plymouth Sound.
It was first spotted in Falmouth Harbour on Sunday (9 May).
Owned by Russian billionaire Alexander Svetakov, the luxurious vessel boasts six staterooms, a helipad and a pool.
It also comes with six guest cabins, a "huge wellness centre", several balconies and a "winter garden" on the bridge deck.
It even has an "eagle's nest" observation tower.
SuperYachtsMonaco describes her as “the ideal luxury yacht for modern explorers", adding "she's equipped for epic adventures in the most remote destinations!”
Launched in 2016, she sleeps 12 and operates in Northern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Charter customers have no fewer than 22 crew at their service.
Staff can deliver a selection of beauty treatments, massage, acupuncture or personal training sessions.
Cloudbreak also comes with an “extensive selection of water toys” - including jetskis, kayaks and surfing gear.
Named after a famous surfing reef in the South Pacific, it was built by the German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen in 2016.
It is available to rent for £671,887 per week.

One of world's biggest superyachts spotted in Plymouth Sound
O ne of the world’s largest superyachts has anchored in Plymouth Sound. The 74m long M&Em motor yacht arrived at Britain’s Ocean City at about 12.30pm today after being spotted off St Ives, in Cornwall, earlier.
The vessel, ranked as the 244th largest superyacht in the world, can carry 12 passengers and 19 crew, including the ship’s captain. Inside it contains six suites comprising two VIP cabins.
The master suite incorporates its own study and dressing room and a “his and hers” bathroom. M&Em also has a beauty salon, beach club, deck jacuzzi, underwater lights, wifi and is air conditioned.
It is already turning heads in Plymouth and can be viewed from the Hoe. It is currently seen prominently on Westward Shipping News’ live stream of the Sound .
M&Em only launched in 2022 but is already well travelled and has recently been to Monaco, Gibraltar, Vigo, in Spain, and Greenock, in Scotland. It was seen off Cornwall before arriving in Plymouth.
The superyacht was built by Dutch luxury boat builder Amels, and is one of the largest vessels built by the company. It was handed to its owner, who has not been named, in November 2022.
The boat’s captain is Braden Hibberd. It is not listed as being for sale. The superyacht has an eye-catching blue steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. It is powered by two Caterpillar engines which give a top speed of 16.5 knots. Its exterior design was by Britain’s Tim Heywood Design and its interior was by Winch Design.

Swish superyacht glides elegantly through Plymouth Sound

A stunning superyacht has been spotted gliding through Plymouth Sound today.
Kevin Kelway, of Dorcas Media, captured snaps of the vessel as it made its way through Plymouth waters.
It is thought to be Oceanco superyacht Bravo Eugenia, which according to Superyacht Times , is the 52nd largest in the world.

The Bravo Eugenia was built by Oceanco from the Netherlands, and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
The vessel can also accommodate 30 crew members.
It has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, as well as being powered by two MTU engines.
Superyacht Times writes: "On the ranking of the largest yachts in the world, Bravo Eugenia superyacht is listed as number 52nd. She is the 4th-largest yacht built by Oceanco .
"The owner of yacht Bravo Eugenia is shown in SYT iQ and is exclusively available to subscribers. On SuperYacht Times we have 82 photos of yacht Bravo Eugenia , and she is featured in 22 yacht news articles. Refit market data from SYT iQ show that the yacht was last refitted in 2021."

All standard berths are fully serviced with access to water and electricity. Electricity is metered and charged per unit. Berthing fees from 1 April 2024 to 31st March 2025, including harbour dues. All prices include harbour dues and VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length 7m. Annual contracts can commence the first day of any month.
