Topsail Island Yacht Club (TIYC) in the heart of Surf City is the only dry stack facility on Topsail Island. Store your boat safe and out of the water. Call ahead and your boat is in the water, ready to go. Upon return the boat is washed down by TIYC staff and returned safely to it’s home in the stack.
The TIYC club house and pool is NOW COMPLETED AND READY FOR ALL TO ENJOY! All members and renters may use the club subject to compliance with the rules and regulations of TIYC.
The slips currently for sale or rent are the last block of unsold slips that will be available at the TIYC. Other slip sales will take place when an individual owner decides to sell a slip. These sales occur infrequently and may not be advertised.
