There are three ways to reach Hvar by sea: catamaran, ferry, or by private taxi boat. By taking the catamaran or ferry it will take 2 – 3 hours and cost approximately 50€-100€ per person. Alternatively, you may instead choose to book a private taxi boat, which can arrive within 1 hour from the airport. These boats range in size and luxury: a small boat will cost approximately 500€; a more luxurious boat will cost 1800€.

An average boat taxi transfer from Split to Hvar costs 50 0€ – 1800€. The price factors are your starting position(town or airport) and the type of boat you choose.

On Blue cave group tour we reccomend to bring : swimsuit, identity documents, sunglasses and suntan lotion, beach towels, chill vibes and good mood 🙂

Swimming inside Blue cave is not an option. 

But, you can swim in Green Cave. 

Of course, everybody are welcome onboard, no metter you are swimmer or not. We provide life jackets on the boat for those who do not feel safe.

We would like to add that we have also had cases where our dear guests were non-swimmers when they joined the tour, and by the end of the tour they were swimming. A wonderful experience for them and for us because we witnessed it!

All our larger ships from the fleet go with a skipper. The exception is the Rib Baracuda dinghy, which you can rent without a skipper, but you must have a boat license.

Fuel consumption depends on the type of ship you want to spend your day on. Larger ships consume between 50 – 70 L per hour, and smaller ones between 20 – 40 L per hour.

During a private boat tour, check in is at the earliest at 9am, and check out at 7pm. Considering that we pay close attention to the satisfaction of our guests and the experience we offer them, private tours are flexible in both hourly rates and itinerary.

Marina Palimzana: There are 180 berths in this marina with a maximum vessel length of 40m. The marina opens from April to the end of October and is located on the largest island of Pakleni, on the north-eastern coast of St. Clement. It’s a great marina for exploring secluded beaches and coves.

This marina is roughly 35 minutes from the airport and main town of Hvar. Going on a boat trip with a speedboat will allow you to anchor here in a short amount of time.

Hvar Port: Around 100m from the main town of Hvar and filled with yachts. Since it is such a popular anchorage, you may want to relocate your boat to Palmizana Marina. This harbor is generally well protected from the northern winds.

ACI Vrboska: The marina of Vrboska is located on the north coast of the island and is filled with beautiful beaches, coves, and dense pine forest in a narrow-like fjord. It occupies a berthing capacity of 119 vessels at a maximum length of 35m, and it generally provides great protection from all the winds.

The airport of Hvar is approximately 5.1km away from Vrboska Marina (10 min by car).

Stari Grad Port, Faros: Situated on the NW coast of Hvar; is the oldest settlement of the island. The port offers protection from all the winds except W and NW, which can be relatively dangerous if you do not anchor well. There are about 60 mooring spots with water and electricity supplies for all yachts. Some facilities you can access from the port include a bank, pharmacy, hotel, supermarket, and numerous bars, restaurants, and cafes.

Hvar Airport is approximately 10 min from Stari Grad.

Port Vis:  This port is around 9 miles SW of the Pakleni Islands. Visiting yachts tend to anchor here from daily trips in Split or Hvar. The island of Vis is where you can visit the Blue Cave, as well as the beach of Stiniva--voted as one of the best in Europe.

Vis is also connected to Split, Milna, and Hvar town, by ferry. The distance between Hvar and Vis is roughly 24km.

Some other airports you can choose from in Croatia include the one in Dubrovnik, Split, and Brac. Many tourists and charters create week-long itineraries and almost always include Hvar in their bucket list.

Viktorija, is great people! I have no reservations recommending this boat and Viktorija. Everything was as advised and better. We had an absolutely perfect day! Luka our captain was super hospitable. I will definitely want to book with Viktorija again. Thank you for making our time in Hvar so much better!

Filip, Luka and their team were excellent. Our captain for day, Frank, was professional and great guide. The boat was in excellent working condition and we felt perfectly comfortable out on the water. If you’re considering hiring a boat and captain I highly recommend going with Filip and his team.

The whole experience is worth every minute. There was 15 of us girls on the boat celebrating my 50th and it was honestly one of our best days in Hvar. We had our own playlist, the owner provided the wine. It was one great party on board . All I would say is be careful of Sea urchins when swimming by the beach. We weren’t aware of this and one of the ladies stepped on one, which was painful. Other than that a fantastic day out

The perfect day on the water with an excellent captain! This is our first trip to Croatian and we wanted to experience the beauty of the islands. This was not a cookie cutter tour! Gordon had great stories filled with local knowledge about the islands, Croatia and so much more. We were taken to some very beautiful swimming spots away from all the crowds, snorkeled, dove in a cave and had a lovely lunch at a beautiful spot. We were not rushed at any point and were encouraged to take in the beauty that surrounded us. This experience was spectacular and I highly recommend Gordon(flash) for anyone wanting a unique and authentic experience.

Gordan was a wonderful host! He showed us all of the little beaches and gave history of the island. He has lived here his whole life, so knows way more than a normal tourist boat cruise could tell you. He let us stop and have lunch at a lovely restaurant he recommended, and then we swam in the water with no rush even though we were already over our agreed upon time. We will definitely be doing this again if we come back to Hvar, recommend to any group!

Amazing day at sea exploring the Pakleni Isles for our joint bachelor / bachelorette party. Klara and Tomi were great hosts and brought us to 3 incredible swimming spots and made our group feel so welcome and safe. Highly recommend this boat for a private charter for larger groups. Fit 23 people + 2 crew quite comfortably.

A great day at the sea

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.
