An eye-catching black hull and silver superstructure offers a hint at this superyacht's striking interior. The VIP cabin on the bridge deck has some of the best views on board, with natural light spilling from a sliding glass door leading onto the private balcony. Four stylish double cabins are located on the lower deck, two of which can be converted into twin cabins upon request. The gym also converts to a seventh cabin with two pullman berths and en suite bathroom, if required.

On Board Simon Cowell’s ‘Love Boat’ — The Lavish Yacht Where He Palled Around With The Silvermans!

Simon Cowell looks to be out of the tabloid woods, so to say, after his baby mama-to-be Lauren and her estranged husband Andrew put the finishing touches on their divorce settlement Wednesday.

Still, the 53-year-old music mogul's certainly gotten our attention with his playboy antics , and with that in mind, we've got a closer look at his yacht, the Slipstream -- the same one he romanced the Upper East side stunner on with her husband aboard -- right here on RadarOnline.com.

As we previously reported, the American Idol kingpin enjoys taking the luxurious vessel out in glamorous locales, and is never short for company. In addition to the Silvermans, Simon's been joined aboard the Love Boat by stunning exes Mezhgan Hussainy , Terri Seymour , British singer Sinitta , as well as his gorgeous producer, Kelly Bergantz .

The X Factor head honcho reportedly helped finesse Wednesday's settlement by smoothing things over with Andrew -- who has a 7-year-old son with Lauren -- after a tense meeting in the Hamptons over the weekend . (Simon had been named in Andrew's initial divorce papers.)

JUST SIMON COWELL

Simon cowell biography, simon is a record company executive, a television and film producer, and a global entertainment icon. renowned for his eye for talent and candid opinions, he has completely transformed popular culture through his showbusiness enterprise., the early years.

Simon Philip Cowell was born to Eric and Julie Cowell on 7th October 1959.  Simon has a younger brother Nicholas and four half siblings. Michael and Tony from his Mother's first marriage, with John and June from his Father's.  

He had by his own admission, a privileged upbringing in the leafy suburbs of Hertforshire. His home was in Elstree, which was also famous for its film and television studio, where Simon grew up alongside some illustrious neighbours from the film world.

Simon’s school days were spent at a boarding school in Dover, which he never liked and rebelled against.  He even sent a letter home to his parents trying to make them feel guilty for sending him there. He was at one time suspended and left school as soon as he could at sixteen.

CAREER IN MUSIC

Simon’s first job was as a runner at Elstree studios, when that came to an end he took a job as a mailroom boy at EMI music. Simon got bored working as a mail boy with little chance of moving up the ladder, so he left and briefly got a job in an Estate Agents, which he hated. 

Simon received a surprise call from EMI asking him to go back and work in a different department. It was here Simon met up with Pete Waterman, who went on to become his mentor and to this day Simon always thanks him for his start in the music business. 

FIRST IMPORTANT STEP INTO THE MUSIC BUSINESS

When Simon left EMI he started a working partnership with a former colleague named Ellis Rich, this didn’t work out and they went their separate ways.

He then went on to work with Iain Burton and Fanfare Records was born. Fanfare needed an artist to work with and Simon found Sinitta, he signed her to the label and she went on to have a number two hit with ‘So Macho’, followed by ‘Toyboy’  which Simon asked Pete Waterman his former mentor at EMI to write for her.

Several other hits followed during the 80’s and things were beginning to look up…  

THE TURBULENT YEARS

Soldier, Soldier was a huge television hit in the early nineties. It starred Robson Green and Jerome Flynn. In the program they sang ‘Unchained Melody’, Simon knew it would be a hit record and went to great lengths to sign them up. They produced Simon’s first number one record. Their second record of the old Bachelors hit ‘I Believe’ also went to number one, followed by the album becoming the best selling album of 1995. 

Simon was now top of his tree, there were some disappointments along the way, he narrowly missed out on signing The Spice Girls, little did he know then, that Westlife were just around the corner. 

Simon met with Louis Walsh their manager and between them they created probably the biggest boy band this country has seen in recent years. 

Unfortunately for Simon, the day their first record went to number one, was the day his father died, so the euphoria was obviously sadly diminished. Westlife went on to sell millions of singles and albums, including the number one millennium single.

TELEVISION BREAKTHROUGH

In 2001 Simon decided to join forces with Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe and Pop Idol was created. Joining Simon on the judging panel were Pete Waterman, Neil Fox and Nicki Chapman, with Ant and Dec hosting the show.  It ran for two seasons, after which Simon Fuller took Idol over to the States, with the new name of American Idol, which as we know had Simon on the judging panel, together with Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson.

It is doubtful that Simon had any idea at that stage just how big a profile Idol would give him in the States. The American audience wasn’t used to someone being so honest with their opinions, he even took his fellow judges by surprise. But his charm and charisma carried him through and they loved him.  

We did see a different Simon start to emerge, the teeth got whiter, the wrinkles disappeared, with an all year round tan appearing, he was certainly embracing the LA lifestyle. Simon left Idol in 2010 to move on to launching the X Factor in America.      

THE X FACTOR UK

Simon launched the hugely successful  X Factor in Britain in 2004 and still has the prestige position of being the number one show on television. The biggest stars to come out of the show to date are Leona Lewis, who will ever forget her performance of ‘Summertime’ and One Direction who are enjoying global success on a phenomenal scale.

The judges have changed over the years, but the production of the show gets bigger and better each year and we see the biggest names in music making guest appearances. Which other television production has so many people talking about it.  The X Factor is entertainment at its very best.

BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT

Britain’s Got Talent was first screened in 2007, Simon again is involved in the production as well as being a judge. Joining him on the judging panel were Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan. Piers has now left the show and Simon only appeared on the live shows in 2011.  

Two new judges appeared on our screens in 2011, Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff, who of course is used to the Got Talent format as he was previously a judge on the American version. 

Simon joined the panel for the live shows in 2011 and returned full time for the 2012 series, with David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon. The format of Got Talent has taken off all over the world, there is also a possibility of there being a World’s Got Talent in the future.

THE X FACTOR USA

X Factor USA launched in America in the fall of 2011 on FOX . Simon was joined on the panel by LA Reid, Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. The host was Steve Jones.. The show was a hit with over 12 million viewers tuning in,

Season 2 saw Britney Spears and Demi Lovato replacing Paula and Nicole. Viewing figures began to decline during this season.

X Factor returned for Season 3 with Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio joining Simon and Demi on the judging panel.. Unfortunately the viewing figures didn't pick up with the new panel and Fox cut the show after the third season.

PERSONAL LIFE

Simon has houses in West London and Los Angeles.  His most recent property purchase is a house in Malibu where he now spends most of his time when in America.

Simon makes no secret of his love for cars and currently owns several, including a Rolls Royce Phantom, Ferrari California, a Jaguar Speedster, a Bronco Jeep, convertible Bentley and in 2011 he surprised everyone by buying a SMART car.

Simon usually holidays over Christmas and the New Year in Barbados.  Sandy Lane always a favourite,  also taking to the ocean on the luxury yacht 'Slipstream'. On his summer break he favours the Mediterranean, usually afloat on Slipstream around Italy and the South of France.

RELATIONSHIPS

Simon has had relatively few serious relationships over the years. One of his first was with Jackie St Clair, a model who he dated for a short while in the early eighties. Although the relationship didn’t take off, Jackie has always been one of his closest and most trusted friends to this day. Jackie and her husband still accompany him on holiday and they are often seen dining out together. 

Simon went on to date Sinitta in the mid eighties, how long for is unclear, but it seems the relationship was on and off over several years. Sinitta however, like Jackie, remains a close personal friend.  His longest most sustained relationship probably came with Terri Seymour, a stunningly attractive brunette who he first met in the early nineties, but didn’t start going out with until 2001/2002 during the airing of Pop Idol. They split in the spring of 2008, although it wasn’t made public until later that year. Again Terri remains a good friend and often holiday's with Simon and her new partner.

In 2010 Simon announced he's engaged to his personal make up artist Mezhgan Hussainy. Although the relationship broke up in 2011 they remain friends. 

Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman announced the birth of a son they called  Eric  after Simon's late father. Eric born on 14th February 2014.

Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman Lounge On A Yacht in St. Barts

The vacation continues for Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman. After spending two weeks in Barbados the couple has shifted to St. Barts where they are enjoying some time onboard the Slipstream Yacht.

Due to become parents in February, the couple is relishing every last moment before their baby boy arrives.

Simon is scheduled back in the UK for auditions for Britain’s Got Talent on 18 January.  Over the next few weeks he will travel to Belfast, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester and London for judges auditions that is as long as the baby doesn’t come before that.  Initially, it was reported that Simon and Lauren were looking at hospitals in London as possible options for the baby’s birth, but now it has been revealed that Lauren would like the baby to be born in NYC so that her mom can be present for the delivery.

The Daily Mirror quotes a ‘source close to Simon’ as saying,

“Simon wanted his son to be thoroughly British and, as he and Lauren would be living in the UK from mid-January, that seemed viable. “But, Lauren has lived in New York for her adult life and her mum is there. “She knows that with Simon having such a hectic work schedule, if the worst did happen and he couldn’t be there, at least she would have her mum to help. “With those two, nothing is definite because of Simon’s schedule but this is now the most viable plan.”

The new baby will join Lauren’s seven-year-old son Adam from her previous marriage to Andrew Silverman.

Simon Cowell Led the Rescue of Sinking Slipstream Superyacht

Simon Cowell may be considered as one of the strictest person on Earth during the his popularized reality singing competition first the American Idol, followed by the X Factor but in terms of caring for his fellowmen he was always ready to help.

The music mogul was instrumental in rescuing the 9 p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers of a sinking superyacht Slipstream after receiving a May Day distress call.

Simon Cowell was on a vacation with her girlfriend, pop star Sinitta with another vessel off the French south coast near S. Tropez.

According to the accounts posted on Twitter by Sinitta, after Simon Cowell heard the distress signal he told his captain and crew to redirect his boat to (–foul word(s) removed–)ist the struggling vessel.

They cam nearer to the boat and Simon Cowell told his crew to sent out a smaller boat to rescue the p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers on board and bring them back to his vessel.

The rescue effort were successful and everyone were doing fine, Simon Cowell was praised by numerous news media organization for his effort of saving those victims.

The attitude of Simon Cowell proved something that he was one of the good person which is contrary to his attitude with the X Factor.

Who’s the daddy?!

It no doubt came as an enormous shock to the world that X-Factor impresario Simon Cowell was going to become a father! With the news of a sudden baby en route, Simon Cowell has been taking some moments away from the limelight by vacationing for a long weekend on the French Riviera .

Especially since Simon has always been in and out of relationships, enjoying at times his bachelor status and certainly not being the type of man to settle down and be up to his eyeballs in nappies!

Perhaps then for a period of reflection and help in the matter, the X Factor judge welcomed ex-girlfriend Sinitta Malone on board the 197ft (60m) superyacht Slipstream this week – to discuss the situation and how it will affect his career!

In the mean time, superyacht Slipstream is still the yacht of choice for Simon Cowell, having spent numerous other holidays aboard the vessel either in the Med or the Caribbean.

It comes complete with a fabulous on deck Jacuzzi and gym and can accommodate up to 12 guests and 15 crew members.

The interior stylings are also very chic – with a fabulous dining area that overlooks the water, a master suite that could be right out of a five-star hotel and  sitting room that looks a hotel entrance foyer. As Simon would say, A-maz-ing!

Somehow however, we don’t think life for Simon will change too much, because after all, there is money in the pot for a nanny when he needs some rest and relaxation time…

Sinitta arrives on Slipstream amidst the baby drama

It was recently rumoured that Cowell met with Andrew Silverman this week, the husband of Lauren Silverman and the woman who is carrying his baby, to reach an amicable divorce settlement.

At least Simon isn’t leaving the baby mama holding the baby as it were and is facing up to the real prospect of being a father – and is doing the honorable thing and ensuring that the divorce is underway…

Sinitta has been one of Cowell’s closest friends and confidantes for many years, and upon hearing the news but prior to the press finding out, tweeted ‘Something has just happened. Half miracle, half nightmare!’

Either way, despite all the drama going on in his life, the guy looks pretty relaxed on a jet ski…

Take a lavish adventure with simon cowell’s superyacht slipstream and his son.

The media personality was once more spotted lounging in the sun in Ibiza on board his beloved superyacht, the sleek, silver Slipstream, with his lovely infant son Eric and baby mother Lauren Silverman.

He recently wrapped up filming in the UK for the upcoming season of The X-Factor, but it is clear that he took some time off to unwind in the pleasant weather off the coast of Spain.

The multimillionaire, who is 55 years old and on holiday on the island of Formentera, demonstrated his abilities on a jet ski.

The 197-foot (60-meter) custom-built superyacht Slipstream by CMN Yachts was built in 2009. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in addition to 15 crew members, and it features a gorgeous on-deck Jacuzzi and gym.

The master suite appears to have been lifted directly from a five-star hotel, and the sitting area resembles the hotel lobby. The interior design is also very nice. Additionally, there is a fabulous dining area that overlooks the water. Amazing, as Simon would say.

According to a top yacht charter website, the entire package will cost about €329,000 per week including fees.

In the interim, viewers have been growing more enthusiastic about the new format of the show since since a teaser trailer for the redesigned X Factor became available online a week ago.

Following the executive producer’s choice to reinstate Cheryl Fernandez-Versini as a judge last year, Rita Ora and DJ Nick Grimshaw from BBC Radio 1 have been added to the panel of judges this year to replace Louis Walsh, who resigned from the panel after 11 years of service.

Simon recently remarked that he wanted to “get back to the talent” and that he was “bored with all the fights” among the judges in an interview with Hello! Magazine. What wonderful news!

After an extravagant voyage across the seas, Simon Cowell’s superyacht finally pulled into port, drawing crowds of admirers and paparazzi eager for a glimpse of the music mogul’s luxurious vessel. The superyacht, which boasted multiple decks, a helipad, and a swimming pool, had become the envy of the high seas.

As Cowell disembarked from the yacht, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. He had always dreamed of owning his own superyacht, and now that dream had become a reality. But more than that, the yacht had become a symbol of his success and hard work.

As he stood on the dock, Cowell took one last look at his superyacht and smiled. It had been an incredible journey, but now it was time to move on to the next adventure. The music mogul boarded a waiting limousine, ready to tackle whatever challenges lay ahead, but he knew that he would always have a special place in his heart for Simon Cowell’s superyacht.

The Talent Judge’s Escape: Slipstream - All Aboard: Yachts Owned by Super-Rich Celebrities

Simon Cowell, the “mean judge” of talent competitions, enjoys the money he has made berating talentless contestants by vacationing on the Slipstream. No, this isn’t Star Trek, his favorite 196-foot long super-yacht is the Slipstream. He takes it around Ibiza with his family.

Slipstream has a spa pool, barbecue, dining area, and sitting area — and that’s just on the sun deck. Inside the ship are seven rooms and enough room for 12 guests. There’s an observation lounge, a VIP suite with a private balcony, and a sky lounge that turns into a cinema. It’s all yours for 330,000 euros per week.

The Edge of Cyan (Or Is It the Other Way Around?)

Cyan belongs to The Edge. Don’t forget that. The Edge certainly doesn’t want you to. It’s hard not to take it personally when people think that Bono is the only U2 band member who can splurge on a yacht. The Edge set the record straight: “It’s mine,” said the guitar player, “Bono doesn’t know anything about boats.” Yeesh.

In reality, The Edge needed help from his friend to buy the 160-foot vessel and redesign it. They added a jacuzzi, high-end music system, and bar. So Cyan belongs to The Edge and friends. I wonder if Bono is one of them.

Calvin Klein is one of the wealthiest people in the fashion industry. From his famous underwear to his elegant suits, the designer’s products are ubiquitous. The Vantage follows Klein’s eye for sleek elegance. Plush carpeting and warm colors line the interior, while the exterior hosts a jacuzzi, bar, and barbecue grill.

Klein has hosted many parties during the Cannes Film Festival on the Vantage with many A-list celebrities on the waiting list, no doubt. The yacht is big enough for 12 guests and nine crew members. You can charter this 150-foot yacht with the starting price at $180,000 per week.

Sail the Seven Seas with Steven Spielberg

Some might say that Seven Seas is the "bigger boat" that Brody mentioned in Spielberg's beloved film "Jaws". Unsurprisingly, the filmmaker's $200 million super-yacht houses a movie theater with a projector, a large screen, and rows of seats.

There is a gym, a jacuzzi, and jets skis included. There are also large windows from floor to ceiling in the dining room that can be opened when the weather permits. Spielberg didn't expect to like sailing so much, but he put Seven Seas for sale in 2015 to get a bigger boat. See what I did there?

Queen B’s Galactica (Battle)Star

R&B's most prominent couple, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, like to spend time with their kids on the Galactica Star, not to be confused with the science fiction TV show, Battlestar Galactica. This $42 million beast's owner is actually Nigerian billionaire Kola Aluko. Hov and Bey only rent it for $900 million per week.

The Carters get a lot for their money: hot tub, pool, cinema, and the ability to entertain 12 guests. Even though the ship is enormous (weighing 961 gross tons), it can go up to 28 knots. Galactica Star is one of the fastest yachts in its class.

This striking feature sets the tone for the rest of the yacht, which borrows inspiration from traditional Canadian and Native American influences. The result is a polished ambience, which is still liveable and relaxed. Winch Design hasn’t shied away from bold reds and dark blacks, all offset by varied textures and rich materials.

Guest Accommodation

Slipstream's interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 7 rooms, including a master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 15 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.  

Her Owner’s suite is particularly lavish, with a scarlet, black and cream color palette creating a romantic atmosphere. The Owner’s suite includes an office, his and her bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe and a raised observation lounge with access to the foredeck.

His annual summer cruise of the Mediterranean appeared to be missing its usual 'harem' of devoted female followers as he set sail aboard the £50million Slipstream yacht.

But Simon Cowell couldn't seem to be without the company of the fairer sex for too long, and was joined by a bevy of bikini-clad blondes and former flame Sinitta as he kicked back on the French Riviera on Monday.

Despite being joined by a decidedly more masculine crowd as he embarked upon his month-long holiday on Sunday, the 53-year-old music mogul appeared to be back to his old ways as he enjoyed a day of jet-skiing and sunbathing with his army of female friends.

Joining the music mogul were Kelly Bergantz, who is his top female TV executive at Syco Entertainment and a close friend, as well as her sister Jamie - and the pair wasted no time in soaking up the Mediterranean sun in bikinis.

The X Factor boss appeared to be keen to stay active as he enjoyed the first day of his summer break, using the opportunity to get out and about on a jet-ski.

As Simon enjoyed an action-packed day out, Kelly, who married Ben Belldegrun in April, donned a blue 'Dubai' Melissa Odabash bikini and chatted with her lookalike sister Jamie, who was clad in a similar white bikini from the same designer.

While queen been Sinitta, who brought her publicist boyfriend Jason Gale, caught up with friends on board the lavish vessel.

As Sinitta joined Simon on board, she also broke her two week Twitter silence as she wrote: 'Bye Bye Blighty, take care til next time ... Ps what a "header" Van-Persie!!! Xx.'

Prior to Monday, Sinitta hadn't tweeted since July 29, with a tweet many believe was a reaction to finding out Simon was destined to become a father.

She tweeted: 'Something has just happened ..half miracle, half nightmare! #WakeMeUpIWantToGetOff!!'

It was previously reported Sinitta grew emotional at discovering Simon had fathered a child with New York socialite Lauren SIlverman, telling him 'it should have been me'.

After visiting his mother Julie in London last week, Simon re-emerged on the continent on Sunday as he prepared to board the $73million yacht for his annual month-long cruise.

Simon's 'harem' usually includes ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy and former girlfriend and best friend Jackie St Clair, who was reported to be shocked at his recent news that he has fathered a child with Lauren, was not on board - and has not joined him on the yacht.

Simon has rarely been seen over the past two weeks - bar an X Factor press conference in Los Angeles on August 1 - since it emerged his married lover was pregnant.

While Simon will spend the next few weeks cruising the Med, it's expected the American socialite, 36, will remain at her home in The Hamptons, New York, with estranged husband Andrew as they try to resolve their issues regarding the care and custody of their seven-year-old son.

However, sources close to Lauren have vehemently denied to TMZ.com that she is planning to uproot and move to Los Angeles to be with Cowell, insisting she will remain in New York.

The X Factor judge has chartered the $458,000-a-week 196.9 foot vessel for his winter holidays in the Caribbean and summer holidays in the Med in recent years.

Joining him last summer was Lauren and her husband Andrew, along with Simon's usual harem. The yacht features seven guest cabins and sleeps up to 13 guests, with a crew of 15 catering to their every need.

Earlier this month, photos taken in August 2012 emerged that appeared to show Simon and Lauren kissing on the yacht, despite her husband also being on board. Simon is said to have met up with Andrew in New York just before his flight to Europe.

Simon and Andrew secretly met with each other reportedly at the Francis S Gabreski airport in Westhampton Beach, New York, where they allegedly spent three hours clearing the air.

The summit is supposedly the first time the men had come face-to-face since the news emerged that Simon was the father of Andrew's estranged wife's love-child.

Simon is finalising a deal to rent Lauren a luxury apartment as she works out her divorce, from Andrew, who named Simon in the legal papers.

But he reportedly flew in from Las Vegas - where One Direction were performing on August 2 - to the small airport which is close to where Lauren has been staying with hers and Andrew's seven-year son Adam.

An airport source told The Sun on Sunday: 'There didn't seem to be any animosity, they both seemed just like normal friends.'

The 53-year-old star - who is standing by New York socialite Lauren Silverman and their child - will pay $20,000-a-month for the sprawling three-bed property in NYC.

The couple are also now discussing which of Cowell's many properties they will also share - as he already owns multi-million dollar homes in Beverly Hills and London.

Simon and Lauren are officially a couple, according to friends, and the music mogul is keen that she finalises her divorce from her property millionaire ex as quickly and peacefully as possible.

Friend Sinitta told The Sun she believes Simon will be a good father because 'he’s great with kids.'

The 'So Macho' singer – the former girlfriend of ‘The X Factor’ boss -  is confident the music mogul will live up to his title of a doting dad because he jokes around with her children, Magdalena, eight, and Zac, six, and even has the nickname 'Silly Simon.'

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: 'Simon does everything naughty. I’m trying to promote eating nicely, speaking nicely, not being rude.

'He shows them food in his mouth when he’s eating and gives them loud toys to bang in the bedroom when I’m trying to sleep. He’s great with kids. He becomes a third child.'
