• Riviera Dunes is located approximately 6 miles up the Manatee River from Tampa Bay outer marker #2
• Continue up Manatee River past the three easternmost bridges, which have a 40 foot charted clearance
• Upon reaching Mile Marker #24A, continue approximately 100 yards further East to avoid shallow depths
• Turn to the North to see our inlet, and navigate through our marked channel
• Enter our basin and turn to the West, approaching Riviera Dunes Marina

Being a long standing member of our yacht club in Wisconsin, and having a home in Bradenton, Florida, we decided to visit the Bradenton Yacht Club. They were not welcoming and are one of very few clubs that offer reciprocity, we couldn't even stop in as guests for a drink.

It's really a beautiful location and the views are to die for. The food is mediocre at best but again, the views are great. Often you will see groups of adults in the pool all day with beer cans. They never get out for bathroom breaks. It's a bit low-rent. There is a high turn-over of staff but it often seems like it is more about the staff and less about the members. Especially from the bartenders and manager. Many people seem to be allowed to bring in their own food, while others aren't. It is on a favorite basis. But again...the views are amazing.

The bartenders are SO good that they already know what you want before you order it!!! Chelby and Ashlee are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend for any event!!!

Food took forever and then one at our table wasn't correct. Said it would be 10 minutes longer for his. After 20 he still didn't have it. Said another 5 minutes. Never got entree and everyone else had been finished for some time. Tried to charge us for more glasses of wine than we had. Constantly had to seek out someone to handle each specific issue. Horrible service and left one person still hungry and a very unenjoyable evening.

Great place to hang out with family and friends. We come here all the time and it's an awesome place.

The band is awesome

I am the biggest fan of this yacht club. And during the COVID-19 risk, they have stepped up to provide their members with the best food on a delivery system that is second to none. My personal favorite is the 1947 salad, which I have ordered a number of times during the shutdown. My husband has a more varied culinary taste, and he has picked each of the sandwich options alternatively. We are so looking forward to returning to the social experience with our fellow members as soon as possible. And we love our staff. Thank you guys.

Great staff!! Super friendly, helpful, always consistent. It's so nice to walk into a place and have the staff remember your name. If you are looking for an unpretentious place to join, with fantastic amenities. ..this it is!

Eat here weekly. All new 1-million kitchen , new chef and excellent staff have created a top eating experience. This is a membership only club. The negative reviews are from questionable, non-member types. If you know a member, ask them to bring you.

The Field Club is located on the Easterly shore of Roberts Bay at marker #78 on the Intercoastal Waterway. Contact the Dockmaster upon approach for instructions. The Field Club monitors channel #16 and switches to channel #68. Dockage for our membership is free for the first night and $1.10 per foot per day after. Dockage is granted to full resident members of fellow FCYC clubs by advance reservation only. Visitors must identify themselves by presenting Club membership card. Dockage fee is $2.21 per foot per day after the first night. Electricity charges are based on consumption.

Boat Arrival

The Field Club is located on the easterly shore of Roberts Bay, three miles south of the main business section of Sarasota. At marker #78 on the Intercoastal Waterway, turn to the east and follow the club markers into the marina. Contact the Dockmaster upon approach for instructions.

The Dockmaster is in attendance from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Showers are available. No outdoor cooking allowed. No laundry or towels to be hung on boats. Gasoline and diesel fuel available when the Dockmaster is on duty, charged to your Club. Leashed pets allowed in Marina area only. Owners responsible for clean-up. All food and beverage consumed on Club grounds must be purchased on Club grounds.

The Field Club monitors channel #16 and then switches to working channel # 68.

Reciprocity

Full reciprocity to all FCYC members except those who are non-resident members of other FCYC Clubs. Bird Key Yacht Club, Bradenton Yacht Club, Sarasota Yacht Club and Venice Yacht Club by boat only, except when those Clubs are closed.

All bills will be sent to your Club. No cash transactions permitted.

First 24 hours, no charge, then $1.10 per foot per day for Field Club members and $2.21 per foot per day for FCYC members. Minimum $8 per day. Electricity charges, including first day, based on lines used.

Either side of ICW near marker 78 has 5' of water and good holding ground. Other anchorages are available to the north in Sarasota Bay.

Docking Information

Our facility boasts 298 wet slips for vessels up to 150' in length, over 25 boat lifts for vessels up to 53’ in length, and over 85 mooring balls for traveling sailors.

We offer fixed and floating docks with 30, 50, and 100amp single and three phase shore power, fresh water, cable, complimentary wireless internet, and in-slip pump out. Our on-site amenities include climate-controlled shower and restrooms, launderette, Service Department, and four unique dining options through the Marina Jack Restaurant, as well as the Marina Jack II Lunch & Dinner Cruise.

90% of Marina Slips are open to the public on a “first come, first served” basis.

Whether you’re looking to fuel up before that trip to Key West or just across the bay to Lido Beach, Marina Jack’s fuel dock offers hi-flow diesel and 90 octane recreational gasoline for vessels of all shapes and sizes. Our friendly full-service staff can help tie up all loose ends, from securing your boat to the fuel dock through to check out and casting off. We also offer complimentary pump-out stations on all 3 sides of the fuel dock, free to the public.

Fueling available after hours with a Credit Card or House Account Card. Please inquire in the Dockmaster’s Office for more information.

If you are paying at the pump via Credit Card, please be aware that your bank may place an authorization hold on your account. This hold is usually released within 24 hours once the transaction completes, but may last up to 7 days for credit and debit customers, and up to 30 days for pre-loaded card customers. To avoid a potential hold, you have the option to pay inside the Dockmaster's Office during normal hours of operation. If you have any questions about your bank's hold policy, please call the number on the back of your credit or debit card.

Location is the Bradenton Yacht Club We will have Live Music and Food available. Also a Cash Bar. Anglers will need to make sure that they fully understand the IAngler App that will be used for the event. The gates for the BYC will open at 4am on Saturday the 3rd for any angler wanting to catch bait prior to the start of the event at first safe light.
