• Complete gymnasium structure demolition ‐ Removal of existing domes foundations for relocation 
• Widening of deck area between two funnels 
• Construction and installation of a new aluminum fore mast (Height 3,2m platforms and foundations 
• Removal of Jet Ski cranes and modification of foundations. Installation of one deck socket on each foundation to accommodate the portable ATLAS crane/ ATLAS 1600, SWL 500 kg.
• Installation of new hard top (area 35m2) in place of the existing one with infrastructure for TV mechanism (SAMSUNG UE 88 JS 9500 LXXH 88’’ Curved)
• Construction of a WC / Shower area aft from the starboard funnel (basis 16m2 plating) 
• Application of new FEQ teak deck‐ 17mm thick & 100mm wide with grey caulking (Total area 140m2) / Application of new underlay ‐ filler (up to 1cm) 
• New Jacuzzi Villeroy & Boch Just Silence and Sun pads structure (23m2) 
• New bar structure (25m2) with Caesarstone Top, 4 Christian Liaigre Bar Stools and full set of Appliances (Glasswasher by Hobart (PROFI GXC), IceMaker by Hoshizaki (IM 30 CWNE), Wine Fridge by Vintec (ALV40SGE), 4 Refrigerators Drawers by FrigoNautica (model FC/2) and Beer Froster 
• All cushions made completely waterproof with Sunbrella Dark Smoke, using acrylic lines, mesh underneath for drainage and secure fastering FastMount TC06, Reinforced foam with a layer of Ricellen 2cm so the cushions can’t absorb water underneath. Toweling Cover by Sunbrella Terry Grey and Black Covers by Acrylic Fabric Sunbrella Plus. 
• Reckmann sunFLIP awning system to our yacht with the optimum regards to style and aesthetics, resilience, weight, handling and durability, constructed by Carbon Poles and Stamoid Alluminium  
• Bridge deck – exterior – all new laid teak decking and new corner sofa area similar to the sun deck with neat custom-made black covers and new large multi-choice fixed dining table (either 1 long table or 2 separate smaller tables). Previous dining area now equipped as cinema (but plans are to be able to quickly rearrange to separate dining room as no other indoor dining is available) with a VIP double guest cabin in front and new bathroom (complete and in good condition). Wheelhouse – navigation equipment partly upgraded - most technical upgrades completed.

• Main deck – all exterior decks have had hand rails changed as well as new glass plates. We understand the teak will be replaced. A new Owner's study will be created aft behind the main saloon, but that the remainder of the deck will remain as per the current General Arrangement, but with a mostly new interior. It is difficult to assess the standard and quality as this work is still in process, although the full beam Owner’s suite, bathroom and wardrobe are complete and up to good standards and high quality of fabrics with newly fitted balcony on the starboard side.

Main Deck - New Owner Study (WC incl.)

• Construction of new Owner’s office area in the aft part of the Main Deck.
• Application of filler levelling OF MD TEAK AND STEPS
• Building of a new steel staircase port of centerline
• Watertight door (entrance to foyer/port entrance to WC)
• Cabling in owner study and foyer (cable trays, 6 main sockets, 10 dimmable ceiling lights, 3 ceiling light in the WC and 3 in foyer) - Two level diming applies
• WC piping in owner study
• Ventilation ducts in owner study/foyer/WC
• Windows for owner study structure (3 straight & 2 curved)
• Application of new FEQ Teak Deck – 20mm thick – with white caulking and application of new underlay (up to 1cm)
• Cropping of bulwarks to main deck level and starboard side shell plating in way of owner's cabin for Installation of retractable balcony with teak deck on owner's cabin

General Refit of Crew Accommodation as Follow

• Amtico Floor, whole wrapping by 3M, new ceiling panels by Majiilite, Corian Bathrooms reconstruction with new shower cabins, crew mess reconstruction/redesign as per design of whole crew area with new Miele rridge MIELE KFN 14943 SD ED/CS-1 / Microwave M 6012 SC and professional dishwasher of MIELE PG 8056
•  Construction and installation of crew mess partition bulkhead with security glass and installation of hinged door with lining. 
• New laundry area with above specification of construction as per crew area built with 3 new sets of MIELE Washer and dryer PWT 6089 Inox / ΡΤ 7189 Inox, roller iron of Miele HM 16-83 and Ironing board of Miele B-1700. Sink constructed as well 
• On the area of laundry also constructed walking cold room with door and stainless steel +4c max and walking freezer room with door and stainless steel -18C. 
• Both include shelving racks/ lighting/ alarm button and doors designed with emergency handles inside. New fan coil installed as well for their support.   
• Conversion of the old laundry of the yacht into an electrical room containing the yacht’s emergency switchboard, transformers and shore power converters. Installation of 2 Units ASEA shore power converter AC150NVHE-3/2 also with installation of chiller unit Super 60-40 series made by Frigomar SRL 

  Main Deck

• Replacement of the hatch leading to the forepeak area with a new watertight one.
• Fitting of all exterior doors and hatches with open/close indication sensors, connected to the yacht’s monitoring system.
• Completion of outfitting works in the Main Deck guest areas.
• All Lights are production of Italian Luxury Innovation | AltraLuce Int Srl. 
• Interior and exterior lights, spots/panels/outdoor panels/artwork lights etc
