6 The most classic Riva launches of all time

The roots of classic Riva yachts go right back to 1842, when a young Pietro Riva began repairing and building yachts on Lake Iseo in northern Italy. But it was his great-grandson, the legendary Carlo Riva , who had the vision to create a range of wooden-hulled speedboats that were to become the epitome of the jet-set era of the 1950s and 1960s.

Carlo Riva was inspired by the products of the American yacht builder Chris-Craft, for which he was an agent, and he used Chris-Craft and Chrysler engines in his classic Riva yachts. We trace the history of the most popular classic Rivas, and round up a few of the most memorable Rivas of all time…

The first twin-engine classic range Riva yacht was the Tritone, in build from 1950-1966. While 221 of the standard Tritone version were delivered, far fewer of the far more desired Super Tritone came into being, with only 21 hitting the water. At nearly eight metres LOA, the Super Tritone was a long, powerful version of Riva’s Tritone, its biggest thus far. The Super Tritone is valued at €200,000-€300,000.

Tritone Special

Riva owners may commonly have been rich and famous, but it was rare to get special treatment; however, Carlo Riva broke his rule in the case of the Como industrialist, champion sailor and Riva patron, Achille Roncoroni. In 1960, Roncoroni persuaded the company to build him a one-off version of the Tritone Special model classic Riva yacht. He wanted the best, fastest and largest Riva ever. What he got was an 8.3 metre wood-clad wonder powered by two high-performance, marinised Cadillac Eldorado V8 engines, each producing 325hp to push the boat to a stunning 60mph. The unique interior had red, white and blue front seats that could be laid flat to let occupants sunbathe away from prying eyes. The dashboard featured sparkling, chrome bezel instruments befitting the Cadillac-powered Special.

Roncoroni used the boat,  Ribot III , mostly on Como, and kept her until 1970 before selling her on to the second owner who has owned this classic Riva ever since. And, true to his word, Carlo Riva ensured  Ribot III  remained a one-off, even turning down a request for a similar craft from King Hussein of Jordan.

The original Riva Aquarama line was delivered from 1962 to 1972. This included first classic Riva Aquarama yacht, of which 288 were sold, and the Super Aquarama, with 203 splashing. The Aquarama Special then emerged, running from 1972 to 1996 with 278 boats built.

The most expensive classic Riva ever built was probably an Aquarama, which crossed the block at Mecum Auctions in Kissimmee, Florida, back in 2011, for an impressive $975,000. Bidders from around the world competed to own the boat, which was considered extra special, because it was the last of the original, wooden-hulled Rivas to be sold to the public. Hull No 774 was completed in 1996 and delivered new to the founding family of the giant Sony Corporation on 23 December 1998.

Surely the ultimate Christmas present, it was one of six “End of the Era” commemorative editions produced. Its owners, however, clocked up fewer than 20 hours aboard her in 12 years, with their most ambitious voyage being a return trip across Lake Garda for lunch.

The Riva Junior was the late 1960s replacement for the basic Riva Florida. At 5.6 metres, the classic Riva yacht model Junior found fame as the choice of the celebrity set such as Brigitte Bardot and Peter Sellers. The Riva Junior is valued at €30,000-€40,000.

Despite the move into fibreglass — and now superyacht-size yachts even — Riva’s current owner, the Ferretti Group, is still passionate about preserving the essence of classic Riva yachts in its new runabouts. In 2001, a year after Ferretti Group purchased Riva, the Aquariva was launched. This 11-metre yacht was specifically designed as a successor to the inimitable Aquarama. Though built in GRP, her sweet exterior lines and wood detail harken back to the days of a bygone era when the first classic Rivas plied the waters.

Launched in June 2016, the Rivamare is the newest addition to the Riva collection. Despite her effortlessly classic styling, the 11.88 metre Rivamare is packed with modern technology, such as underwater lighting, air conditioning, an electro-hydraulic bimini shade and a Seakeeper NG5 stabiliser.

31 Feet 1986 Riva St Tropez

1986 Riva St Tropez powered by twin Crusader 454’s. This is a rare US Spec boat that was imported to the US when new. Most of the St Tropez’s that we we built were use in Europe. This boat has gone through a major overhaul last year having a brand new OEM interior installed as well as having the bottom freshly painted and the motors gone through to make sure everything is turn key. The boat comes with full cover.

29'6" Feet 2018 Riva-Reets Replica

This boat was built by Reetsboat Works in NY. The lines are taken loosely from a Riva Super Aquarama and measures a little over 29'. If you want to own a Riva at half the cost and with better stronger construction this is your boat. The bottom is a triple layer cold molded bottom with each layer being 7/8" thick and is protected by Carbon Fiber Kevlar. Sides and Decks are mahogany. Engines are barely broken in. Bow Thruster and Stern Thruster make this boat easy to drive and dock!! This boat was used in Lake George NY in 2019 and stored since. This is a turn key boat with great style and incredible craftsmanship. Sits on a custom built tri axle trailer that is the same year as the boat.

26 Feet 1962 Riva Tritone Aperto

A proven Show Winner and a gorgeous Series 1 Riva Tritone. It has fresh sides, deck, a new bottom and new upholstery. The engines have also been rebuilt and offer strong performance. The Aperto models had the open sun pad configuration and was the impetus and the precursor for the Aquarama model. Only 17 of these Tritone Aperto models were built and only a few made it to the North American market. Boat very low hours. The boat is very correct and would score high at any boat show. Comes complete with a full mooring cover and a custom fitted tandem axel trailer.

29 Feet 1989 Riva Super Aquarama Special

Since new in 1989 this Riva has had only 3 owners. mechanically this Riva has only 340 hours and has always been cared for by Riva specialists. The boat received a new bottom, re-chroming, engines have been removed and the engine compartment has been repainted. The boat now also has 28 layers of varnish. The boat has always been well maintained and is in mint condition.

28 Feet 1966 Riva Super Aquarama

Essentially a new Riva Super Aquarama with a full restoration completed in 2005 by RAM in Sarnico, Italy. All wood is new but for a few frames and tow boards and was the most extensive restoration they have ever done. The sides were completely replaced with new triple lamination. Even the seat frames were rebuilt. In short, nothing was left untouched. The boat now has 454 blocks with Holly Pro-Jection fuel injection and we estimate the engines produce over 400 HP each. We saw 55 MPH on the GPS last summer at 6,200 elevation making it the fastest Riva we have seen. The engines could be changed back to the original carbureted version with a simple change of an intake manifold and carburetor. The boat is offered complete with a DHM custom trailer and a full mooring. They do not get any nicer than this one.

20 Feet 1964 Riva Super Florida

Owner has had this boat since 2009 and has recently restored the engine in 2013. The boat has a basic trailer but satisfactory for short haul or roll on roll off situation. Very few of these boats are found in the United States and great chance to add a Riva Super Florida to ones collection.

22 Feet 1965 Riva Ariston

One of the most beautiful boats ever built, the Riva Ariston is admired among collectors and enthusiasts alike. This example has been beautifully restored and is in lovely condition. Engine recently removed and detailed, new bottom installed, and original interior cleaned. The trailer has been recently serviced and will tow the boat anywhere! This Ariston was originally delivered to Wyncote, New York and later spent its life in Lake George, NY. She is ready to show and includes her original Riva canvas cover.

Best Riva boats: 10 stunning boats from the famous Italian builder

  • Top stories

No-one has ever done a better job of making timeless works of art out of mahogany. But there's more to the best Riva boats than just woodworking

Decades after Riva stopped making wooden boats, no-one has ever done a better job of making timeless works of art out of mahogany. But there always was much more to the legendary boatyard than its woodworking skills.

Power, performance and gorgeous looks have always been as crucial to the Riva boat offering as impeccably grain-matched dowels and 12 coats of varnish. And the yard has built some absolute classic motor boats in fibreglass too.

With a history that stretches back into another century, choosing just ten of the best Riva boats to write about is a tricky task but here are my personal favourites from oldest to newest.

Are Riva boats still being built?

For those with only a passing interest in motor boats the name Riva probably conjures up images of the classic Italian styled all-wood muscle boat, cruising on the waters of Lake Como.

But the desirable marque has continued to make motor yachts for many years, often at the forefront of innovation, with new sportsfly and flybridge models being built today – and a number of new more traditionally-styled open boat options too.

The red racing hydroplane on a black background

Ronzino – built 1935

If Carlo Riva gave the boatyard the iconic status that we still acknowledge today, it was his father Serafino’s passion for racing hydroplanes that set the ball rolling, back in the 1920s.

Motor boats like the victorious Ronzino, built for Count Metello Rossi, shone the limelight on the Riva brand for the very first time, and set the stage for the famous high-performance runabouts that followed.

Fifteen feet long and powered by an inboard four-cylinder, 145hp, 1.5-litre BPM petrol engine, this Riva boat was built of double-skinned aviation plywood on oak formers.

Riva Tritone – built 1950

Twin-engined and more than 26ft long, the Tritone was a muscleboat before the word had been invented.

The earliest examples sported 177hp engines and had a top speed of 45 knots but the 16-year course of its 258-unit production saw the Tritone grow slightly longer and a lot more powerful, culminating in the Cadillac model with its pair of 320hp V8s.

With a less voluptuous appearance than the fabled Aquarama, which shared its hull, this motor boat is still regarded by many aficionados as the quintessential wooden Riva – powerful, authoritative and effortlessly elegant.

Riva Bertram25 Sport Fisherman. Photo: Motor Boat & Yachting

Riva Bertram 25 Sport Fisherman – built 1970

In 1970 both Riva and Bertram found themselves owned by the Whittaker Corporation.

The synergies weren’t immediately obvious but Carlo Riva knew he had to get into fibreglass boatbuilding and Dick Bertram’s boats had an unequalled reputation for high-speed seakeeping thanks to their race-proven deep-V hulls.

Carlo’s decision to bring a 25 over to Sarnico to fit out as a Mediterranean luxury weekender, with an elevated finish, plenty of interior wood, and a more versatile cockpit design, was a great move and became an instant classic.

Riva 2000 – built 1973

Design legend Sonny Levi was not just a superb naval architect and brilliant engineer, he also drew some of the best-looking boats of his era.

When Riva asked him to design a triple-engined sportscruiser powered by his innovative surface drive system, the result was destined to be something special.

The 37ft, two-berth Riva 2000 packed 1,050 horsepower in a 20-degree deep-V hull, and could reach 53 knots fully loaded.

It inspired boatyards on both sides of the Atlantic to up their game, and still turns heads today, 40 years later.

River Rudy. Photo: Motor Boat & Yachting

Riva Rudy – built 1972

Small, fast, fun and gorgeous to look at, the 19ft Rudy speedboat was Riva’s first in-house GRP project, its hull mould taken off a wooden Riva Junior.

With a single 190hp four-cylinder petrol engine and shaft drive, it made an ideal yacht tender, ski-boat or fun runabout, while its stylish looks, 36-knot top speed and big aft sunbed offered all the advantages of the wooden boats without the maintenance headaches.

The Riva 50 Superamerica is hanging from a crane close to the dock. The weather is sunny.

Riva 50 Superamerica. Photo: Riva 50 SuperAmerica

Riva 50 Superamerica – built 1981

In the days when the London Boat Show was squashed into the original 1930s Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre, the biggest boat on display was often the 50ft Riva Superamerica shown by Lewis Marine, behind a red rope and guarded by a uniformed commissionaire.

British boatbuilders at the time had nothing to match it, but as well as picking up some valuable marketing tips, they also saw just how cool and desirable a big flybridge yacht could be.

It took a while, but when Fairline’s 50 came out in 1986 it represented a huge step for UK boatbuilding – its two-tone gelcoat a conscious homage to its Italian inspiration.

Riva Ferrari 32 – built 1988

Early Riva boats sported engines from Chris-Craft and there was at least one Lamborghini-powered Aquarama.

The shipyard was never shy of collaborations with big brands and in the world of high-octane luxury, the Riva Ferrari is top of the list.

So although it’s a shame it didn’t have Ferrari engines, the Riva Ferrari’s twin 390hp BPM V8s with surface drives still pushed it to 53 knots, and it was designed using Ferrari’s CAD software, an idea as advanced for the time as the carbon fibre used for the radar arch.

Only 40 Riva Ferrari 32s were built.

Riva Aquariva. Photo: Motor Boat & Yachting

Riva Aquariva – built 2000

In 1998 Riva was owned by Vickers and wooden boat manufacture had been halted two years before. The yard was floundering, but Stephen Julius, a canny entrepreneur, understood the problem, and the brand.

The result was the Aquariva, 33ft of perfectly proportioned dayboat with all the quality of its predecessors, but in fibreglass.

It paved the way for Riva’s motor boat future, and when Julius sold up in 2000, Ferretti simply had to keep going on the same path.

A sleek, grey Riva 76 Perseo speeding through the water at sunset.

Riva 76 Perseo – built 2015

Given Riva’s indelible association with fast, open sports machines, it’s easy to forget how pioneering the yard has also been when it comes to the more sensible world of flybridge cruising boats.

And dazzled by the pure allure of the 76 Perseo you might be forgiven for not noticing that it too has an upper helm station, and seating up there for ten – not forgetting the spacious deck saloon and four sleeping cabins down below.

Sensible, however, it isn’t – the Perseo packs up to 3,600hp and can blast along at close to 40 knots.

Riva Rivamarie. Photo: Motor Boat & Yachting

Riva Rivamare – built 2016

The old Riva boat spirit is alive and well in the 39ft Rivamare, a fibreglass reimagining of the legendary Aquarama, complete with a powerful flared bow, wraparound windscreen, sculpted stern and a central walkway up through the sunbed.

Times have changed, though, so it also offers a modern medium-V hull, twin 400hp Volvos on Duoprop drives, a practical galley, air-conditioning and a gyro stabiliser.

But it remains an old-school open boat, without even a radar mast, and it goes as good as it looks.

Seven vintage mahogany Rivas are on display at a museum near Lake Como, one of the largest owner communities of the highly coveted brand.

Riva Yachts has created an exhibition hall for seven of its mahogany runabouts at the MBL Lake Como International Museum of Vintage Boats in Pianello del Lario, Italy. Lake Como has one of the largest owner collections of vintage Rivas in the world, followed by Lake Garda and Lake Iseo in Sarnico, home of Riva’s production facility where the mahogany boats were built until 1995. Riva’s fiberglass line is now produced in the same facility as well as in La Spezia, Italy, by the  Ferretti Group .

The 3,220-sq. foot exhibition room, designed by architect Paolo Albano and Riva’s in-house designers, uses an historical approach, proceeding from the 1930s through the brand’s “La Dolce Vita” heyday in the 1960s and ‘70s, when Riva Aquaramas, Aristons and Floridas were considered the most prestigious runabouts in the world.

They became status symbols in Monaco’s Port Hercules harbor as well as the French Riviera in Cannes and St. Tropez, as well as tony Italian and Swiss lakes. Royalty like Prince Rainier of Monaco and King Hussein of Jordan owned Rivas, while film stars like Sophia Loren, Brigitte Bardot, Peter Sellers, Sean Connery and Rex Harrison could also be seen driving sleek, gleaming Rivas around the Med . More recent stars like George Clooney have been photographed driving an Aquarama.

“Mahogany Rivas became such a prominent item not only on the French Riviera and Italy, but far beyond Europe,” HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco told  Robb Report  recently. “The Aquarama was so visible in Monaco that it became closely linked with our maritime heritage.”

Riva last year produced a book called “Riva in the Movies,” which chronicles the 50-plus movies in which a Riva boat has been used as a prop. In the U.S., Lake Tahoe has become the main gathering point for vintage Rivas, though Lake George and South Florida also have their collectors.

“The first ride was incredible. You couldn’t peel my hand off the steering wheel,” says Jeff Peterson, owner of the Aquarama  Portofino  on Lake Tahoe. Peterson says the combination of beauty, ride and comfort all make the Aquarama the iconic runabout. “The engineering is something very, very special.”

Carlo Riva, who became one of yachting’s most famous figures, developed the brand’s most celebrated models, including multiple series of Aquaramas, Floridas, Tritones and Aristons, along with a series of large motoryachts built with Feadship’s DeVries shipyard in the Netherlands.

Carlo was preceded by his father, Serafino Riva, who was famous across Italy for building high-performance racing boats. The collection includes  HaLu , a Riva from the 1930s when Serafino still ran the family shipyard. The boat is probably one of the oldest and best-preserved vintage Rivas in the world.

The historical timeline also includes a series of traditional molds used to produce hulls. The display also includes the  short film called “Riva In The Movie,”  which was presented at the 77th Venice International Film Festival.

The Riva mahogany boats have become collectors’ items, with values increasing each year. A 1965 Aquarama Super, hull 175, fetched $750,000 in 2010 at Mecum auction. A year later, one of the last Aquarama Specials built, owned by Sony Corp., sold for $995,000, with bids coming from around the world.

The evolution of a legend

VETRORESINA

THE FIBREGLASS ERA AND THE EVOLUTION OF THE YARD (1970 - 1999)

Carlo Riva was an innovator not only in design and style, but also in materials and technologies. From one of his many trips to America, he brought back his discovery of composite materials, whose potential he was the first to see.

Between the 1970s and '90s, the cultural revolution also contaminated style. They were years of experimentation in which the frenetic pace of day-to-day life propelled the myth of speed back into the limelight. On his international travels, Carlo Riva learned about new recreational boating technologies and replicated them in his work as a builder and manufacturer of series produced boats, here too showing his great ability to innovate. It was in the United States that he recognised the potential of fibreglass.

...

Contrary to general opinion, he thought it was the perfect material to have more aesthetic and design freedom, as well as reducing maintenance costs (almost to zero) and increasing production capacity. But it meant becoming familiar with a completely new material that was very different from wood, and for the workers at the Yard it wasn't an easy transition.

The first Riva-branded boat was built in 1969 and the 1970s began with the launch of fibreglass production across the entire range, in collaboration with the American yard Bertram, which had been using the material extensively for years and with excellent results. The first two Riva models in composite material were the Bahia Mar 20 day cruiser and the Sport Fisherman 25 cabin cruiser, followed by the Rudy. These models had exposed wood finishings, in keeping with tradition. In parallel, embittered by the adverse trade union climate, in September 1969 Carlo Riva sold the yard to the US firm Whittaker but remained as chairman and general manager until his resignation in 1971. These two posts were then held by his brother-in-law and business partner (since 1950) Gino Gervasoni. New and old models evolved and the Riva tradition lived on. Carlo Riva nevertheless continued frequenting the Yard for a further ten years as the tenant of "La Plancia", his old office.

In the 1970s, '80s and '90s various new models were launched. The highly successful Superamerica, a sporty flybridge produced in various lengths from 45 to 50 feet, was the first major cabin cruiser and remained on sale for over 20 years. Then came the Riva 2000, the St. Tropez - produced until 1992 - and the Corsaro 58, followed by the Black Corsair and the Riva 32 Ferrari. Despite the success of fibreglass, production of wooden runabouts continued until 1996, the year the last Aquarama Special (number 784) was built. In 1989, a year after the acquisition of 100% of Riva's stock by the UK group Vickers (which also included the Rolls-Royce brand), Gino Gervasoni, husband of Carlo Riva's sister, left the Yard after 41 years. This marked the end of the Riva family's involvement in it. At the 1991 Genoa Boat Show, Riva presented the 58' Bahamas, the first of its boats on which designer Mauro Micheli worked.

...

20' BAHIA MAR & 25 SPORTFISHERMAN

Determined to design something new and with the same passion that had gone into the creation of his evergreen runabouts, Carlo Riva exploited the collaboration with Bertram to start redesigning with style, taste and elegance the deck and superstructure of two boats imported from the USA: the 20' BAHIA MAR and the 25' SPORT FISHERMAN. He managed to soften the appearance of the composite materials with the warmth of wood in the detailing on the hull and superstructure, but also in the interior finishes. The Riva BERTRAM fibreglass hulls were a new development in recreational boating, and yet another example of Carlo Riva's indispensable contribution. Presented for the first time at the 1970 Genoa Boat Show, they aroused the curiosity of owners and experts alike, shocked to see that composite materials too could produce sensations of beauty, balance and harmony. These were unforgettable and emotion-filled moments for the engineer who built the Ferraris of the sea and, with the same ardour and enthusiasm, was about to leave his unmistakable stylistic mark on a new technological era.

Agile, responsive and very fast, this inboard immediately showed its unmistakable Riva class, despite its modest dimensions. The Rudy was an exciting boat that was fun to drive, but above all it was an excellent runabout for water-skiing (also at competition level) and a perfect tender for large motor yachts. It was the first fibreglass boat that Riva built entirely to its own design, and in Italy. In its construction, a Riva Junior was used as pre-mould to speed up the process and guarantee a tried and tested aesthetic appearance.

Superamerica 42/45/48/50

The Superamerica was the forerunner of all Riva cabin cruisers over 40 feet and continued the Yard's experimentation with composite materials. Architect Giorgio Barilani collaborated on this project, which proved to be innovative in terms of both its performance and layout. Carlo Pagani, who had studied under the celebrated Gio Ponti, was involved in designing the refined elegance of the interiors. The particularly innovative circular stairway was later reprised on the Riva 2000, because as well as being highly original, it also freed up more space on board. Other much appreciated features included the roomy cockpit and the second helm station on the flybridge. Riva once again made pioneering use of innovative technical solutions, and the Superamerica became a true cult, a benchmark in terms of clean lines, seaworthiness, comfort, speed and manoeuvrability. It was an expression of absolute superiority, an experience of class yachting based on both spaciousness and intimacy, as well as on the superlative efficiency of the mechanical engineering and instrumentation.

The Corsaro motoryacht's sleek profile transformed large volumes into simple, elegant forms, which not only highlighted the unmistakeable contours but also improved manageability in windy conditions. Its agile and speedy trim concealed an exceptional structure that came into its own in more demanding navigational situations. The interior layout, featuring two large owner cabins, a comfortable guest cabin, crew quarters, an extremely practical galley and the grand saloon with lounge, dining area and bridge, was unimaginable when catching sight of the Corsaro speeding past at 31 knots. And its exquisite finishings were matched by a wealth of equipment and systems, from radar to desalination, plus extended range for long cruises.

...

The Riva 58' Bahamas combined luxury and comfort with versatility and performance. In addition to a top speed of 39 knots delivered by two MAN diesel engines, it offered interesting practical features, such as the hydraulic gangway concealed in the stern and the tender compartment, while the below-deck cabins were furnished in perfect Riva style. Next to the sunbathing areas was a dinette with a mini bar. And to please even the most demanding owner, the Bahamas could be ordered with one of three different layouts, offering the option of a separate dinette, a guest cabin with separable beds or a larger lounge area.

Riva 32 Ferrari

Designed for people who love to ride the waves at high speed, the Riva 32 Ferrari had an innovative design ahead of its time, incorporating the technology and engineering excellence of both Riva and Ferrari. The carbon fibre spoiler was its unmistakable signature, in grand 1990s style. The propulsion system was the result of meticulous testing to achieve maximum reliability and performance in the order of 54 knots using the surface propeller system. The boat had custom Riva instrumentation, a wrap-around anti-glare windshield, anatomical seating, a comfy sofa and a spacious sunpad, colour contrasts and a generous bed below deck in the bow. Another notable, indeed unique, new feature was the first ever electro-hydraulic swim ladder. But the most important innovation in this model was the use of digital design: the Riva 32 Ferrari was in fact the first boat to be built at the Sarnico yard using 3D modelling software (provided by Ferrari Engineering).

The Unique Burial of a Child of Early Scythian Time at the Cemetery of Saryg-Bulun (Tuva)

<< Previous page

Pages:  379-406

In 1988, the Tuvan Archaeological Expedition (led by M. E. Kilunovskaya and V. A. Semenov) discovered a unique burial of the early Iron Age at Saryg-Bulun in Central Tuva. There are two burial mounds of the Aldy-Bel culture dated by 7th century BC. Within the barrows, which adjoined one another, forming a figure-of-eight, there were discovered 7 burials, from which a representative collection of artifacts was recovered. Burial 5 was the most unique, it was found in a coffin made of a larch trunk, with a tightly closed lid. Due to the preservative properties of larch and lack of air access, the coffin contained a well-preserved mummy of a child with an accompanying set of grave goods. The interred individual retained the skin on his face and had a leather headdress painted with red pigment and a coat, sewn from jerboa fur. The coat was belted with a leather belt with bronze ornaments and buckles. Besides that, a leather quiver with arrows with the shafts decorated with painted ornaments, fully preserved battle pick and a bow were buried in the coffin. Unexpectedly, the full-genomic analysis, showed that the individual was female. This fact opens a new aspect in the study of the social history of the Scythian society and perhaps brings us back to the myth of the Amazons, discussed by Herodotus. Of course, this discovery is unique in its preservation for the Scythian culture of Tuva and requires careful study and conservation.

Keywords: Tuva, Early Iron Age, early Scythian period, Aldy-Bel culture, barrow, burial in the coffin, mummy, full genome sequencing, aDNA
