I am relisting this great boat and giving the buyer the time to pay for it over the next four months or 120 days if they choose. I would take a $500 deposit through ebay and pay pal, with the understand that within 120 days it is paid for in full. If for any reason and/or at any time the buyer is not able to keep their part of our agreement, I will return all money I received as payments for the boat, except for the $500 non refundable deposit and down payment. I had 13 people on this boat last summer, how many monohulls this size could do that? You have a trailer to transfer it any time,any where you want or need to. Has an outboard motor with electric tilt., so servicing is easy. No need to pull the boat as an inboard would make you. And I have the mast craddle on the trailer rigged to step mast with 2-3 people like a daysailor boat! In other words you will save money with this boat and party with all your friends ! I bought this 2 years ago and had it transported from Texas. I was told it was refurbished....I since have gone over ALOT(everything) on this boat. The motor was BRAND NEW (DID NOT have OIL in the crankcase) and had warning stickers on the housing when I installed it onto the boat. The sails were never installed and were folded and in the bags. I know this for a fact because I had to replace the mast slides because they were under sized. I have 2 furling systems, 1. used riggging using the existing hank on sail 2. used furling rig and hardware.This will have to be adapted to the mast rigging and the sail I have fabricated and cut. This sail is beautiful perefct condition. I removed the galley cabinet (were made of painted pine and plywood). The toilet does not discharge corectly (plumbing and valve installed incorrectly), I have a self contained toilet that could work better ? The sinks are operated by foot pumps and the water holding bladders are under the 2 aft beds and are filled from decks above. There are 2 @2 1/2lb. propane tanks, these are used for the stove and 3 way refrig. I have a brand new depth finder to be installed by new owner. I used a hand held gps and VHF radio. I will include 4 fenders , anchor,it's chain and rope. I also have a Achilies inflatable dingy with carry/storage bag and owners book and a Honda 4 stroke 2 hp air cooled motor to go with all the above. I do not have a title for the trailer. The boat weighs an estimate 2,300 lbs. The trailer 500 - 800 lbs. and will need 4 new tires if the new owner is going to transport any considerable distance. If winning bidder wants I can help in having tires installed, they would only pay for the shop's bill/invoice for tires, balancing, ect. and labor. The trailer has new wiring and lights, is roadworthy and traveled from Texas 2 years ago The draft is 18 inches with the daggerboards up and 48 inches with the daggerboards down. The mast from water line is 37 feet and the beam is 10 feet The transporter did not have permits nor a tag on the trailer when delivering it 2 years ago.

1977 Hirondelle Mk II

I did significant work on this rare classic English catamaran before bringing her up the ICW from Savannah to the Chesapeake Bay. There we meandered northward exploring coves and inlets that most boats could not enter (our min. draft is 18”). When we reached the top of the Bay we headed through the C&D Canal, down the Delaware Bay, and back inside from Cape May to Manasquan Inlet. There we headed outside up to and around Sandy Hook. I and my crew of 1-2 spent three comfortable months on our journey of over 1,000 miles.

There is 5’-8” of headroom in both hulls and sitting headroom in the bridgedeck salon (which converts into a double berth). A friend of mine (who is 6’-3”) owns a Tartan 3700. He thought the head in my boat was more comfortable than the one in his. He also liked the dual companionways which he thought prevented traffic jams.

Sail Area / Displacement Ratio

A measure of the power of the sails relative to the weight of the boat. The higher the number, the higher the performance, but the harder the boat will be to handle. This ratio is a "non-dimensional" value that facilitates comparisons between boats of different types and sizes. Read more.

SA/D = SA ÷ (D ÷ 64) 2/3

• SA : Sail area in square feet, derived by adding the mainsail area to 100% of the foretriangle area (the lateral area above the deck between the mast and the forestay).
• D : Displacement in pounds.

Ballast / Displacement Ratio

A measure of the stability of a boat's hull that suggests how well a monohull will stand up to its sails. The ballast displacement ratio indicates how much of the weight of a boat is placed for maximum stability against capsizing and is an indicator of stiffness and resistance to capsize.

Displacement / Length Ratio

A measure of the weight of the boat relative to it's length at the waterline. The higher a boat’s D/L ratio, the more easily it will carry a load and the more comfortable its motion will be. D/L = (D ÷ 2240) ÷ (0.01 x LWL)³

• LWL: Waterline length in feet

Comfort Ratio

This ratio assess how quickly and abruptly a boat’s hull reacts to waves in a significant seaway, these being the elements of a boat’s motion most likely to cause seasickness. Read more.

1970 GRP 23ft 4-berth Twin Centerboard Cruising Catamaran, Powered by a single 5.5hp Suzuki 4-stroke outboard engine. This boat has just had a massive restoration, a huge amount of work has gone into this boat, a full 3 month restoration to fully bring back to life a fantastic catamaran - this very clean and tidy Hirondelle MK2 This boat would make an ideal weekend get-away or even a small live aboard boat. Recently anti fouled. Lying on hard standing at Glastonbury

Single 5.5hp Suzuki 4-storke outboard engine Fully serviced in 2021 and a few parts replaced, Comes with extra expansion fuel tank

New complete rewire throughout - ALL electrics and cabling are brand new - tin lined marine grade cables throughout (interior and all mast electronics installed/replaced with new). The electrical work took 7 days total! With two marine electricians (Poole based - A J Hartnell) This was the major expense on the boat. It’s cost thousands to replace but it’s now like a new boat. All electrics and cables were ripped out (there were literally just a couple of old cables) every light (including up the mast) replaced with modern navigational LEDs including the anchor, stern and tri-light. New cables through the mast - also marine grade tin lined. So when I say a complete rewire - everything! . So everything below is brand new 2021 installed at the same time: Electronics box built bespoke for new systems. Gang rocker panel + switches for everything. New electrics board and box made bespoke. Battery indicators and voltmeter installed. Isolator switch. New solar panel system - Renogy (top brand). New renogy charge controller. 30amp PWM. Lots of room if you wish new panels to be added. The electricians have left some cables/tails to easily add more panels in future. It was designed to be future proof for upgrade in years to come. New inverter- 1200w. This is for getting 240v from the 12v solar and batteries. 240w power - 240v sockets installed - Can easily charge laptops or phones. USB points installed in cabin. Solar system - Renogy system with 100w panel (charges very fast - can add more panels easily, I don't think you'd need to) Shore power connection RCD/breaker box. 2 leisure batteries. 2x 110ah = plenty for this system. Battery charger (hardwired for shore power charging) LED strip lights inside (both sides). Run from back to front of port and starboard. Wave hand over sensor to power on - very smart! Manual controls also. Fully dimmable. Powerful deck LED bar spot lights - two rear floods and one very powerful flood bar light on the front (all controller from gang rocker panel). Inside touch spot lights. 2 in main cabin middle - 2 in cabin rear. Head has light bars throughout. 16A Shore socket and plug ~ 4 gang fuse board + cables. Nasa Supernova LED all round Tri. Oceanflex Marine Tinned wall cable.

Raymarine Axiom 7inch with down vision (3D mapping and fish finder) top of the range system New Axiom transducer installed. Axiom features are extensive (please google this system) Raymarine 3D down vision with 3d mapping. Awesome top of the range system. Multifunction display with speed, GPS, fish finder, etc. VHF - Cobra radio Compass Tri/Anchor light: Aqua Signal. Hella Marine Stern light.

Main sail Furling Genoa They are back from the valet and reconditioning - excellent condition now. Excellent sails according to the sail makers. This cost £598 for the recondition plus some repairs.

Sleeps 4 - 2 in main saloon area, 1 in each side aft berth She has all the sole boards and saloon table (does double as the bed in Saloon area) - This has been restored. She has a small galley. Stove heat plate fitted. She has a sink, with plumbed in drain/seacock valve. Tap in place but not connected to water container at the moment. There are water fill points to fill from outside. Heads with Jabsco sea toilet, sink with outlet. Brand new high quality upholstery. Professionally made. Not cloth - wipable material. Removable and washable. High quality thick zips. The Foam is all brand new 2021! This was not cheap as was bespoke of course. 13 new cushions! The complete boat upholstery - saloon area, berths, and the cockpit outside all throughout! Teak EVGA foam on floor - grey. Boat has been Fully insulated 6mm hard foam throughout. Dampens the sound, Warmer winters and cooler summers. Makes the sound system sound incredible also! Huge difference on making the water quieter when on the water (reduced the lapping a lot) DAB+ system including aftermarket Axiom DAB+ Antenna Powerful Apollo Signature marine 1400w fusion4 channel amplifier - Head unit is a fusion Apollo RA770 top of the range complete with Digital radio - DAB+ head unit and antenna installed, bluetooth and wifi compatible Apollo signature LED range with the remote for this system for the speaker controls + mood lighting. The sound system on this is literally stunning! It's very loud but superb quality if you wish to blast it, or sounds beautiful with classical FM on the new DAB+ system. Bluetooth and wifi enables head unit.

Well, this one has potential but does need some work. She was in the process of being refurbished but unfortunate circumstance means she is now on the market. Yes, she is cluttered, the headlining is hanging and she is generally in need of tidy up however she does appear to be sound, dry inside, has instruments, sails and a dinghy among other attributes and will be a worthwhile and rewarding exercise to get back in commission.

One of the later Mark III build she is presently afloat and could, with the addition of a small outboard to go in the engine well, be ready for use this summer.

These catamarans are still very popular and with not many on the market they still have a good following. This one is pretty basic but appears sound and just had new rigging fitted with good sails. Due to personal family matters which restrict our ability to cruise, we are regrettably having to offer her up for sale before we could sail away in retirement.

S/V OCEAN TRADER is a 2000 Voyage 380 Maxim catamaran, for sale by owner. She is an easy-handling cruising catamaran in a good condition with 3 cabin’s, master cabin has a luxury shower. She is registered (tax paid) in Kenya and has the right documentation.

This model can be called a Voyage 38 or a Maxim 38 because Maxim Yachts, from Durban South Africa, provided Voyage Yachts with the Voyage 38. These performance cruisers were built in South Africa by Maxim and distributed through Voyage Yachts. The Maxim 380 was the winner of the 2005 Cruising World Best New Catamaran under 40 Ft . The 380 got the judges’ attention with its four-burner stove, and added headroom in the galley.

There are 6 solar panels with a total of 1100 wats on top of the afterdeck. They give the perfect shade and are very functional. There is no noisy generator on board. Ray marine equipment includes a good autopilot and radar.

S/V Bonaventure 1 a Florida based 1994 Fountaine Pajot Tobago 35 catamaran for sale by owner.

It is a 3 cabin and 1 head. The saloon is bright with a 360 panoramic view. The galley, navigation table and dining table are all located in the spacious saloon. The Tobago 35 is light and well canvassed. With 20 knots of wind on the beam the polars promise 9 knots of boat speed particularly with it JProp folding propellers, it make this model and exciting machine to sail. S/V Déjà Vu is a 1972 Catalac 9M catamaran, for sale by owner. A hybrid with sail/solar propulsion, its main advantages are: sustainability, silence, no fumes/engine troubles, little energy costs, easy maintaining.

After more than 30 years of experience in designing and building solar powered boats, I ventured into the combination of sail and solar propulsion for a sea/inland waterways cruising boat using only renewable energies. It should be added that I use the boat as a means of travelling! – Europe is so much richer for cruising not using only the different seas but also rivers and canals.

So I replaced the diesel engines in a well-maintained Catalac 9m built in 1972 by 2 electric motors. These have the advantage that they require hardly any maintenance and are also highly efficient in the partial load range.

S/V Gem is a 2006 Gemini 105MC catamaran, for sale by owner. This is a one of a kind Gemini 105mc, perfectly rigged for single/short hand sailing with furling screecher sail (self tacking), furling genoa, AND furling inmast mainsail! Sparcraft mast, boom and standing rigging installed in 2015, along with a new Yanmar 30hp inboard engine with low running hours (+-1400h).

All systems have been maintained meticulously, and ongoing cosmetic maintenance is currently being carried out (interior teak, gelcoat polishing etc). We have not spared any expense since we’ve owned her. We had a survey carried out last year and no serious issues were found. Small finding have been sorted out since the survey (small sail repair, new genoa line, service of liferaft and fire fighting equipment). All up to date!

Included in the sale is a berth at the beautiful Preveza Marina, Greece. It is valid from date of listing until July 2024. Preveza is a wonderful town at the door of the Ionian Islands. Great staff and amazing facilities. A huge benefit to any prospective buyer who wishes to sail Western Greece and further into the Med! This is providing the marina is in agreement at the time of sale, but there should be no issue.

S/V Jus Dreaming is a 1995 Lagoon 37 TPI Jeanneau Catamaran, Ready to cross the Atlantic. This boat is set up for a Full-time live Aboard couple with over $100,000.00 in upgrades. American made, By Jeanneau in a joint production venture with TPI in Warren, Rhode Island, USA.  Known to be one of the strongest catamarans ever built. (They Just don’t build them like this anymore)

Built by French Jeanneau in a joint production venture with TPI in Warren, Rhode Island, USA to the highest standards of construction and finish; the Lagoon 37 has good sailing ability and excellent interior and exterior living space. Designers of the Lagoon 42, Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot-Prevost reproduced the winning formula in a smaller boat.

S/V First Tri is a 1998 Corsair F28R trimaran, for sale by owner.

First Tri comes with a trailer, Honda 9.9 HP engine, two mains: 1 mylar and 1 dacron, three jibs: 1 mylar and 2 dacron, spinnaker, and furling screecher. The interior has a propane stove and sink. Plumbed for a marine head, but I removed it and installed a porta-potty.

With the exception of a couple of trips to Destin Florida, she has been sailed exclusively in fresh water lakes. 

S/V Belize is a 2001 Fountaine Pajot Athena 38 catamaran, for sale by owner in Mexico. She is currently on the hard at Marina Escondido just south of Loreto. I’m in WA state and would fly down to put the boat in the water and do the sea trial with a buyer under contract. This is a great opportunity to get a cruise ready cat in a great location!

The boat is fully loaded for extended cruising including electronics, windlass, AIS, water maker, built in refrigerator and a new Dometic stand alone fridge/freezer, three anchors, full canvas cover for the cockpit, 1480 watts solar panels with two controllers, battery charger, Highfield RIB dinghy with outboard, fishing gear, two inflatable SUPs, lots of tools including sewing machine and spares.

S/V Misha is a 2000 Lagoon 380 catamaran, for sale by owner. Misha is hull number 15, which if you check the reviews, was better built than later models.

This catamaran has had only 2 owners, NEVER chartered, and is in excellent condition. Only 700 hours on the engines. Custom interior upholstery and curtains. A joy to sail, super easy and fun. The reason for the low engine hours is due to the fact that the original owner lived in Arizona and only used the catamaran in the summer on the San Francisco Bay. This boat has been babied from day one.

The Lagoon 380 is known as the most successful cruising catamaran model. Introduced in 2000, it was built to be a workhouse for the charter industry and an entry level-cruiser. It is a great entry level cruising catamaran that sails better than many other cats and provides lots of living space for the money.

S/V Quartersplash is a 2000 Endeavor Victory 35 catamaran, for sale by owner. The name “Quartersplash” comes from the second owner who raced cars and almost broke the land speed record in the quarter mile dash. We are the third owner and purchased Quartersplash nearly three years ago in La Paz, BCS, but circumstances have changed upon the purchase of a home within a few miles of Puerto Escondido marina.

She is light, nimble, and beautiful. We have enjoyed our time on the Sea with her and hope to find someone else who enjoys her as much as we did. Quartersplash is an ideal Sea of Cortez exploration vessel. Very stable, economical and comfortable platform sailing or at anchor. We made numerous additions and upgrades to Quartersplash. This a boat that is at home on the hook, dockside, or underway.

She is an excellent sailing boat and comfortable to be on while offshore or at anchor. It is easily sailed single-handed as all lines lead back to the helm which has an electric winch. The helm can be fully enclosed in the event of inclement weather. The dodger provides excellent visibility and protection. Instrumentation includes a new (2022) Furuno depth sounder/fish finder; Raymarine Wheel Pilot, chart plotter, two USB outlets and an AC at the helm.

S/V Papillon is the popular Owners Version 2004 Lagoon 380 catamaran with extensive upgrades, for sale by owner. She features a full walk-in internal shower, external shower at swim ladder, hard top Bimini, double helm seat, big interior volume, fast and seaworthy hulls.

Recent upgrades including new lithium house batteries, solar panels, Victron controllers, chartplotter, radar and sails. This vessel will take you anywhere. Twice sailed across the Atlantic and into the Pacific.

We are the second owners of Muvfasta and take excellent care of her.  We have done many upgrades to Muvfasta since we got her in April 2019. We sailed her in the Caribbean island hopping and then sailed her from St. Lucia to Louisiana from March to August 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The Catalac 8M is a pocket cruising catamaran which has a solid reputation for quality, strength and durability. Although classified as a pocket cruiser, the 8M was designed with blue water sailing in mind. The 70 amps of charging and 70 gallons of stock water tanks make even these smaller boats terrific coastal cruisers. 

My Way’s hull is constructed with a solid fiberglass hulls. She floats on a single pivoting Yanmar 2GM engine that allows for amazing maneuverability. We installed new batteries last year.

S/V Aireze is a Florida based 1999 Gemini 105M catamaran for sale by owner.  The Gemini 105 was designed to be affordable, compact, relatively easy vessels for sailors new to catamarans.  It is one of the most popular catamaran designs ever built with over 1,200 hulls constructed.

I have owned her since 2016 and maintained her on a regular basis with lots of current updated equipment including new autopilot, electric winch, electric head, 12V refrigeration, standing rigging, and much more in the full equipment list. She has a 2005 Westerbeke engine and new saildrive 2017.

S/V Mabs is a 1991 Ocean Twins 38 Catamaran For Sale By Owner located in Cartegena, Spain. The success of the Heavenly Twins model propelled Pat to build the Ocean Twins as a next generation of larger cat, which was a much more purposeful design, built for long distance cruising.
