Lady Jorgia

Lady Jorgia is a striking and bespoke 115-metre superyacht built for a repeat client who previously owned an 86-metre Lürssen. He required a top-notch design and engineering as well as seagoing comfort for his family. For the exterior and interior design, he, once again, trusted the design office Nuvolari–Lenard, who gave Lady Jorgia a unique look. The objective was for the yacht to enable a healthy and family-focused life on board with numerous facilities for sports and activities including the extra-large gym on the sky lounge deck and the spacious wellness area on the lower deck. She was designed to travel to her destinations in utmost comfort and, as with all Lürssens, the yacht is equipped with state-of-the art technology and engineering systems. For instance, the generators are fitted with a heat recovery system to heat the pool water, leading to reduced use of electrical power and lower emissions, while dynamic positioning enables electronic anchoring in sensitive and remote areas, protecting the seabed and allowing for safe mooring regardless of water depth.

AHPO Yacht -The Amazing New $300 Million Superyacht

The AHPO yacht is a spectacular new superyacht built by Lurssen and delivered in 2021.

The popular Italian designer Nuvolari Lenard styles the exterior and interior of this beauty.

Accommodating up to 16 guests in 8 cabins the superyacht includes a variety of facilities including a dancefloor, movie theatre, beach club, gym and spa.

The 115.1 meter superyacht now ranks amongst the top 50 largest yachts in the world , just behind the Navtilvs.

Like most other yachts her size, she’s built with a strong steel and aluminum superstructure and hull with a sleek aerodynamic design.

The bottom of the hull features a unique gold trimming and the black highlights along the windows and back of the yacht offer a stunning contrast.

AHPO Yacht Accommodation

AHPO consists of 8 luxurious cabins that can house up to 16 guests comfortably.

The yacht can hold up to an incredible 36 staff members that are there at all times to fulfill guests needs and offer an unforgettable charter experience for guests.

Guests will never get bored onboard the AHPO superyacht with a plethora of toys and activities to choose from.

Guests have access to endless entertainment such as a dancefloor to party in style, and large cinema and a fun, vibrant beach club.

If guests want to have more of a relaxing time they can relax in the spa and beauty salon, as well as seek peace and quiet in the sauna.

Of course there’s also a gym so guests can keep fit and a swimming pool to keep cool on hot days.

AHPO has a variety of water toys on board, including a sailboat, Jet Skis and a WaveRunner.

If that’s not enough for you, AHPO also has waterskis, kayaks, windsurfing, a seabob and of course fishing gear.

Featuring MTU engines, AHPO cruises along at a speed of 14 knots with a maximum speed of 20 knots.

She’s very stable when anchored with a full-displacement hull and at-anchor stabilizers, to offer guests a comfortable time aboard.

AHPO sold for $300,000,000 USD in 2021 and has an annual running cost of $30 million.

The fastest way to get the measure of any bespoke superyacht is to sneak a peek at the beach club. With a mosaic spa, bamboo-walled treatment rooms, hammam, sauna and drop-down sea terrace, 378-foot Ahpo brings a serious A game to its stern area. Pair that with four pools, a split owner’s suite and perhaps the most impressive gym on any recent yacht launch, and you’ll have a good idea why Lürssen’s new build will be one of the most popular boats for charter this summer. Of course, the owners will be using her, too.

Ahpo —meaning grandmother in Chinese—was built for a large family that knew exactly what they wanted. Blood, sweat and tears went into the family’s previous boat, the 288-foot Quattroelle , only for them to sell it just a few months after its 2012 delivery. This time, Ahpo would be for keeps.

The owner engaged the same team as Quattroelle : Nuvolari-Lenard for the interior and exterior design, Lürssen for the build, with project management by Moran Yachting. The family’s personality oozes throughout with Asian details that catch the eye. Soft pastel pinks and sage greens meet bursts of gold and white marble. Silk wallpaper, hand embroidery and elaborate inlays depicting flying flamingos, gingko leaves and red maple trees with bluebirds set a nature-heavy tone. “Madame wanted the yacht to feel feminine, romantic and linked to nature,” Nuvolari-Lenard’s Valentina Zannier told Robb Report . “It had to reflect their healthy lifestyle with a relaxing Zen quality.”

The design brief was clear; to use Quattroelle as the starting point, then make Ahpo “better, nicer, richer.”

With charter in mind, the PYC yacht also had to be able to accommodate 16 charter guests, 24 crew and staff as well as a fully commercial helipad and, of course, that all-important beach club.

A plunge pool and separate Jacuzzi decorated in turquoise mosaic and marble sit at the heart of the lower deck’s wellness area. The sauna and steam room share a Turkish hammam vibe with beautiful mosaic tiles, while a waterfall brings the sound of running water. This is the where the family relaxes, with 180-degree views to sea through the stern and side terrace.

Forward is a second guest lounge and an IMAX Dolby cinema, with twinkling LED stars set into the ceiling. Access to the amidships staircase, with its wraparound bronze balustrades, is via a glass corridor that runs through the gallery-like engine room.

On the main deck, formal dining for 22 and two drop-down balconies extend the wow factor. Adjacent, the formal salon—or tearoom, as it’s known—houses a grand piano. Unusually, the area between the salon and aft deck is occupied by a boardroom, though this also doubles as a smaller, alternative dining area for family.

The table features a vintage map of Jamaica inlaid in bronze surrounded by a blue resin sea to represent the owner’s half-Jamaican, half-Canadian ancestry. The Jamaican blue mountains are depicted in mosaic on the wall.

The heart of the yacht is on the owner’s deck, where the split-level, full-beam owner’s suite is decked out in pink and cream colors. Two ensuites—one pink blossom, the other black and gold—contain elaborate gold baths, showers and walk-in dressing rooms. Directly behind are the twin daughter’s suites.

The three family bedrooms share access from a central lobby. It’s on this level where the informal salon is found, along with a sweeping aft deck with al-fresco dining, sun pads, sofas and two bars.

The skylounge deck on the level above is where the owner’s panoramic winter garden enjoys all the cool blue views. A collection of plants brings a connection to nature and a jungle-at-sea ambience. This is the family’s sun deck, and the level above (occupying the top deck) has the full-beam bridge and captain’s cabin.

The Japanese-themed gym is one of the most technically equipped gyms found on any yacht. Large enough for multiple guests to work out in, it oversees a Jacuzzi and counter-flow swimming pool.

Lürssen employed stylish design throughout the build, from the elaborate aerial mast to the pink custom Carbon Craft tender. Featuring e-glass windows, a heat recovery system and an electric hybrid PTO/PTI system that improves fuel efficiency, it also works hard to be as sustainable as possible.

Following a maiden voyage that included a stop in the UK, the owners dropped anchor at the Monaco Grand Prix two weeks ago, before heading off on a Mediterranean cruising itinerary. For the weeks that the family is not on board, Ahpo will be available for charter with Moran Yacht & Ship serving as central agent.

The 115.1m/377.6ft mega yacht AHPO (ex Lady Jorgia, AHPO, Project ENZO, project TESTAROSSA ) takes its name from Hakka Chinese and means 'grandmother'. M/Y AHPO was constructed at the German shipyard Lurssen before her launch and delivery in 2021. Nuvolari Lenard produced the exterior and interior styling. The raked bow and descending curve of the stern add timeless elements to the white-painted steel hull and aluminium superstructure, which are contrasted by dark glazing and black accents. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 16 guests across 8 en-suite cabins, along with a crew of 36.

The lower deck swim platform acts as an outdoor extension of the beach club, providing a spacious seaside terrace for lounging and sunbathing in tranquil anchorages. There is direct access to the beach club, and two stairways sweep up to the main deck aft for more sunbathing and lounging options.

The upper deck aft provides guests with an 8m/26ft pool that has a side Jacuzzi and a sunbed adjacent, and above, the Owner's deck has seating and sun loungers with the option of canvas shades to enjoy the day at leisure. Side walkways along the Owner's deck lead around to a forward lounge placed under the shade of the bridge deck overhang. The setting comes with sofa sunbeds and drinks tables, with a forward stairway descending to the massive foredeck and its helipad.

The sundeck grants guests panoramic views of the surroundings from an elevated position, and there is a second helipad to ensure that guests can come and go as they please during large celebrations.

The interior design uses natural materials and colours with an emphasis on an Asian aesthetic, in keeping with her Chinese name.

The lower deck boasts a magnificent beach club wellness centre, designed with a fold-down terrace, back-lit bar and mosaic-tiled plunge pool. A massage room is beside the beach club, and there is also a Jacuzzi and Hammam composed of blue and gold mosaic tiles and a 12-seater cinema forward of the engine room.

The main deck hosts the majority of the guest accommodation, plus a grand conference room which also functions as a formal dining room. Sliding doors give easy access to the main salon behind, and this social space features a self-playing Steinway piano.

The upper deck hosts a comprehensive gym and an aft winter garden which can be opened or enclosed as desired, creating a functional-light filled space in all weather conditions.

AHPO Specifications

The Owner's deck is accessed via a private stairway and leads to the Owner's lounge, which in turn connects to the private suite.

A pair of MTU 20V 4000 M73L engines grant a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite cabins: 1 Owner's suite and 6 further guest cabins. ~ The Owner's suite is situated on the Owner's deck, accessed via a private stairway into the Owner's salon. Two guest cabins are located on this deck, both with en-suite facilities. ~ Four guest cabins can be found on the main deck, and the last guest cabin is on the lower deck. ~ Throughout every cruise, all guests will receive first-class service from the professional crew of 36.

€330M Lürssen Ahpo sold in three months and renamed Lady Jorgia

The 115.1-metre Lürssen superyacht Ahpo has been sold in-house by Moran Yacht & Ship in what is believed to be the biggest brokerage deal in history. The superyacht has been renamed Lady Jorgia.

Ahpo (now Lady Jorgia) was originally sold as a new build by Moran Yacht & Ship in 2017 to a repeat Lürssen client and began construction under the codename Project Enzo, a nod to the owner's love of Ferraris. She was built in steel and aluminium by the German shipyard, delivered in 2021 and showcased at the Monaco Yacht Show the following year.

The yacht's striking design, both exterior and interior, is the work of Nuvolari Lenard and features trademark half-moon windows, as seen on the owner's previous Lürssen build, along with tapered decks.

Accommodation on board is for 16 guests in eight staterooms with a further four staff cabins for pilots, a nanny, or bodyguards. The owner's private duplex includes an exceptional gym, while side decks on the sky lounge deck are extremely wide, running 100 metres all around, allowing guests to take strolls side-by-side in the fresh air without going ashore.

Other features geared towards health and wellness include a nature-themed spa complete with a massage room, Himalayan salt sauna and a Turkish-style hammam finished in vibrant mosaics and ivory onyx. Nature is a theme that continues throughout the vessel, seen in the choice of artwork, the central staircase, which depicts an olive tree, and the grand dining room, which is themed around water lilies.

Adjacent to the spa is a vast beach club with a sit-up bar and waterside lounge, while other standout amenities on board include a 12-seater cinema with a starlit ceiling and a protected winter garden that can be enjoyed in all weather.

The 5,257GT superyacht is powered by twin MTU 20V 4,000hp engines and she is equipped with advanced systems such as a heat recovery used to warm the swimming pool, dynamic positioning, four Quantum fin stabilisers and controllable-pitch propellers for manoeuvring at low speed. She has a full-time crew of 36 and is serviced by two custom 12-metre IC Yacht guest tenders, plus rescue tenders, with a commercially-certified helipad supporting a Sikorsky S-76 helicopter.
