Overall rating

One of the best on Long Island in terms of food, service, the view and the whole facility. In one word, non-pretentious. I come here for my son s annual regatta. The club has been the host for years. They make some really good continental dishes. The portobello bell pepper eggplant sandwich is my favorite. The staff are genuinely nice. Unbeatable view Nice guest mooring.

We are new members and are never disappointed. The members and staff are so friendly. The food is delicious. The bar is top shelf. The amenities are wonderful. I wish i joined years ago!

I got married here at the Port Washington Yacht Club. We had the most fantastic wedding. A lot of friends and family said it was one of the best they been too. The food was plentiful and amazing. The service was outstanding. The day could not be more picturesque. What I love about this venue is you need to be sponsored by a member to have an event here so not everyone can use the venue.

Just one visit there for a Kiwanis meeting and was extremely impressed with the level of service and the quality of the food.

I called 4 or 5 times to inquiry about hosting a wedding there. Lee never returned calls. Lost the place a lot of money. Then I attended another wedding there - there was no food during cocktail hour and the food at the dinner was inedible. Beautiful views though.

Set on the beach, Crescent Club offers a really fun party atmosphere but prices can be high.

DiMaggio’s Trattoria and Bar

Good Italian food, generous portions, casual atmosphere and sweet Courtyard Room that can accommodate 20 – 50 guests for private parties.  Reasonable prices.

Hendricks Tavern (formerly George Washington Manor)

Recently bought and renovated by Poll Restaurants (Toku, Cippolini, Bryant & Cooper, Bar Frites), Hendricks Tavern offers an urban style restaurant with private dining options for small and large groups.

H on the Harbor

Good for large parties but pricey.

Private dining rooms with vaulted ceiling, very good food and reasonable prices.  Great for large parties.  My favorite part is the roof top garden bar upstairs.  My brother-in-law’s 40 th was here and it was a blast.

Sophisticated and delicious, beautifully decorated private room can accommodate 20-65 people.  Pricey but terrific.

Family style Italian restaurant with two different rooms for private parties.  Good food, nice ambiance, reasonable prices.

La P’tite Framboise

Very charming French Bistro on Main Street with delicious food, reasonable prices, and great service.  Perfect place for small parties up to 70 ppl.  We had our daughter’s baptism reception here.

Louie’s Oyster Bar & Grille

Beautiful views of Manhasset Bay, three different private rooms, good food and great service. Book early as this place tends to fill up fast for private events.  I had my baby shower here – it was a lot of fun.

Delicious Greek food in the heart of Roslyn with casual and urban-style dinning room.  Private party space available on the second floor, which can hold up to 60 guests for dinner.

Bistro with good food and nice ambiance.  Prices can vary.

Beautiful view overlooking Manhasset Bay, good food, terrific service and two different rooms available. I had my bridal shower here. Good to know — you don’t have to be a member to have a private party here.

An American kitchen & bar with water views and private dinning options to accommodate any size.  Delicious food and specialty drinks but catering menu packages start at $50.
