The owner of the yacht, Viktor, tried to be very accommodative of all my requests and was quite clear in his communications. I booked the yacht for my girlfriend’s birthday and proposed to her as a surprise in the deck when the lights at the bund were on. It was truly a memorable night for both of us. One suggestion is to book the decorations well ahead in time so that you can get a better supplier with good decoration.

- After the booking is successful, the terminal staff will contact you to inform you of the specific boarding information. Please keep the email and phone contact information correct.
- In special circumstances, the boat will be temporarily moved to the dock near the terminal default location to board the ship. Please refer to the notice of the terminal staff.
- It is necessary to go through the maritime border check registration if the yacht goes to sea or areas of special regulations. The dock staff will contact and collect the identity information of all boarding personnel going to the sea in advance to prepare for the maritime report and purchase insurance. Please cooperate with us for safety reasons.
- Please bring valid ID card or Passport of all boarding personnel before boarding, and arrive at the dock in advance to confirm the boarding details with the pick up person.
- Children also need valid documents for boarding.
- If you can't go to sea due to extreme weather conditions, you may reschedule or refund the full amount.
- If a request for refund is required after the submission of booking due to personal reasons, please notify us upfront and we will process with the following procedure: - Full refund if notice happen 7 days before booking date - 50% refund if notice happen 3 days before booking date - No refund if notice happen 3 days before booking date
- All refund will be processed within 1-7 working days after confirmation by the service staff
Reschedule:
- If the yacht is unable to take off due to extreme weather, it may be delayed, rescheduled or refunded in full.
- If a request for refund is required after the submission of booking due to personal reasons, please notify us upfront
- If notified 7 days before the booking date, it is free to reschedule once
- 50% Fee may apply if request to reschedule during the booking date
- Resources are tight during the National Day, Spring Festival and other national statutory holidays. In principle, no rescheduling is recommended within 7 days before the confirmed booking date (except for extreme weather). In case of special circumstances, please contact the service staff to communicate.
