Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

This was my first time renting a boat in Miami and I’m sooo happy I found Myke to work with. This company is phenomenal and made the process of booking a luxury yacht charter so easy. Vanessa helped me plan my 40 th  birthday celebration. It was a truly unforgettable experience.  I booked a 150’ yacht in The Bahamas. During my trip, we explored the Exumas. Each day was better than the day before!  My favorite part of the trip was swimming with the nurse sharks at Compass Cay. The captain and crew were also incredible. They were extremely professional and friendly. I never had a chance to even ask for anything, they were on top of everything!  I recommend using this company for your next yacht charter.

Highly recommend this boating company! I have rented from multiple boating companies, and this experience was one of the best. We had two captains that ensured we all had the best time! They tracked the radar to make sure we stayed out of the rain. They were also super helpful on the boat with drinks/food/towels/cleaning etc. The level of professionalism was highly appreciated. The boat was also in great condition!

Thank you Miami Boat Experts for the great experience I had. I loved the boat ride and locations we visited. Captain Jessie is clearly a skillful sailor and friendly man. Mate Angie is very attentive: always concerned with keeping her guests comfortable and happy. Between both of them, they make an splendid crew that will make one feel very safe while cruising. We had the best time with Captain Jesse and Emilio. They took our group of 6 on an amazing tour ending up at sandbar. Several touches such as floaty toys, bottled water, cooler, ice etc. made the trip so much more pleasurable. Not to mention the two beautiful dogs! We had the best time and would highly recommend a trip with these guys. Thanks for the memories!

Great service and great experience, Jesse and his team went beyond making us feel comfortable! We had a great time sailing! We had the chance to see super nice views and stop for swimming in a nice area! I highly recommend using these guys for a boat trip! Totally recommended.

Capitan Paul and assistant Vic put what would have been a perfect experience completely over the top. They were professional, kind and constantly making sure we were well taken care of. We rented the boat for meetings and they made our guests feel welcome and well served. I would highly recommend this team! Of course the boat was beautiful!

I've been on a lot of boats around the world and by far this is my best experience. Jesse, the Captain, made us feel very comfortable in his abilities to maneuver around the city and he was really funny as well. Angie was like a superwoman between being an amazing deckhand and filling every one of our drinks before we even had a chance to ask. Definitely coming back soon!

Yacht rental faq’s.

Reservations are confirmed, with an advanced payment to secure the booking of the yacht you want to rent. The yacht type and the destination determines the advance payment done at the time of booking. Its generally the half of the total Yacht cost, in other cases it can be an initial payment to confirm the reservation paying an advanced deposit of at least $ 500USD. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and paying with local currency the prices are calculated based on the price of the local currency in Dollars which is quoted on the day of the payments.

Passenger capacity varies from vessel to vessel. Non-certified Yacht can accommodate up to 13 passengers, regardless of the size. The party vessel which are suited for larger groups and dinner cruises are U.S. Coast Guard certified, which determines their capacity. The capacity for each yacht is listed within the specifications table on all vessel pages.

You can pay with many different forms, Cash, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer. Payment must be made 48 hours before charter commences.

Yes, we will email you a few menus from restaurants and Gourmet Market for you to browse and circle what you want to order; we will take care of the rest for you. A fee may apply.

Yes, you are allowed, it’s your charter for the day so you may bring whatever you want, we will help you get setup.

Cancellation by charterer (you) for any reason must be received forty-eight (48) Hours prior to the scheduled departure date; otherwise we may assess a thirty (30%) percent of the charter hire agreement as liquidated damages. However, that if we are able to rebook the yacht for all or part of the charter period, we shall refund to Charterer any amount by which the sums received from Charterer (less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total charter hire and all expenses incurred in arranging the rebooking) and the charter hire received from the substitute charterer for the rebooked dates exceed, in aggregate, the charter hire payable hereunder. If we must cancel, monies paid shall be refunded in full by us to the Charterer.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Yacht only on the Aft platform of Yacht

Yes, we can show you Yacht Encore we are Located at Island Gardens Marina right Behind restaurant called “The Deck”  

Yes, we will call a company to do a rendezvous (deliver & pickup) to your charter wherever you are at the moment. You may rent it by the hour. Renting of a jet ski or any type of watercraft is solely possible when chartering one of our yachts. Keep in mind our vessels have jet ski included on the yacht.

Yes, our yacht is insured by owner and our company also carries liability insurance. Owner shall keep the Yacht fully insured for the full term of the charter period. Owner’s insurance policy, however, does not cover Charterer’s protection and indemnity during the term of the charter, and Charterer can take the charge of the coverages if they want. Charterers should not go beyond the owner’s insurance policy. including, without limitation, the navigational limits it imposes.

A yacht is going to need to be taken care of as you use it as a rental. If you’re going to have a party on it and a lot of people are going to show up, be sure you tell them that if they get out of hand then they will have to get off and schedule their own pickup regardless of where you all head off to; not to mention the person limit on boats in this area which is only between 10 to 14 people. You need to go over the rules with your guests. That way, someone doesn’t break something because then you’ll have to pay the charter company to fix the issue when you turn it in. I’m sure you can imagine how expensive this might get! The average external fix for a yacht is well over $5,000.   

Figure out what you’re going to have to pay to rent one before you pick a place to work with- this comes down to how big you want the boat to be, how many people you want to bring, how long you want it for (you can usually choose between a 4-hour or 8-hour charter), and what you want the company to include (food, drinks, a fun excursion, jet skies, etc). You want to get prices from a wide variety of rental companies so you can get a good idea of what you should have to pay and how much the prices are in the Miami area in general. Don’t just select a company to work with based on price, however. They also need to have a good reputation because even if they are cheap to work with, if they don’t make their customers happy they’re not worth scheduling your luxurious activities with.   

A company that rents yachts needs to be well reviewed before you work with them. You need to make very sure that the company is going to be able to meet and exceed your needs and has a reliable, fun, knowledge captain and crew on board, too. If they are known for not doing that good of a job, then you know that you should work with another company so you don’t end up being unhappy with the end result you get when spending all that money. There are plenty of awesome options in the Miami area so look up reviews and find a company with a good reputation that you know also has fair prices.  

A yacht company will never offer for you to drive the boat or anything of that sense. They’ll have a captain and crew included in the price so you stay safe and have someone driving you to the hot spots in the area. However, you can also just get one that is docked so you don’t really need to worry about anyone controlling it for you or going anywhere; we often see people doing this on days that the weather is terrible. Many times regardless of the weather, you’ll have a no-refund policy within 24 hours of your trip. This means you’ll still be paying if the weather sucks, so you might as well try to enjoy it anyway while docked somewhere in a marina. If you know about operating yachts you can generally save some money because that means you won’t have to have a captain on board. But who really knows how to or are licensed to operate one besides experts, right?

There are plenty of companies out there that you can work with that will make you happy. However, you will also find companies that are not that good which is why it pays to do your research.
