Below Deck Sailing Yacht

Captain Glenn Shephard

Originally from Montreal, Captain Glenn’s life has always been dictated by the need to see the world. Glenn knows how to keep his cool while catering to the uber elite. This laid-back Captain is happy to pitch in when needed and likes to empower his crew to take charge.

Adam Glick from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Chef Adam Glick

Adam is a casual California surfer who travels and lives in his camper van when he’s not on charter. He likes to consider himself the “adventure chef.” Adam returns to the Mediterranean with a renewed sense of focus and a stronger culinary game.

Jenna MacGillivray from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Chief Stewardess Jenna MacGillivray

Originally from Canada, Jenna wasn’t planning a career in yachting, but once she was bitten by the travel bug, she couldn’t turn away from the lifestyle it provided. From her tablescapes to the way she manages her crew, nothing is left unfinished when she is in charge. This girl boss does have a sarcastic sense of humor and is always ready to party.

Byron Hissey from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Chief Engineer Byron Hissey

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Byron is a fixer on the boat and luckily is familiar with Parsifal since he worked on the yacht five years ago. Byron had his share of wild days and admits that he can still party with the best of them, but recently settled down, got married and had a baby, with his wife.

Madison Stalker from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Second Stewardess Madison Stalker

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Madison succumbed to the wanderlust lifestyle and bought a one-way ticket to Fort Lauderdale where she jumped headfirst into the yachting industry. Madison is full of energy, like the energizer bunny, and is a spastic, sarcastic and hilarious stewardess who is always up to something.

Georgia Grobler from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Third Stewardess Georgia Grobler

Born in South Africa, Georgia traveled to Thailand to teach. She quickly got drawn into the world of yachting and has a wide repertoire of experience that ranges from private yachts to catamarans. A self-proclaimed extrovert, Georgia says she “parties like a rockstar and drinks like a sailor.” She is always down for a good time and can throw down with the best of them.

Ciara Duggan in Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Deckhand Ciara Duggan

Having spent most of her childhood traveling on her family’s 45-foot sailing catamaran, yachting seemed like a natural career choice for Ciara. She got her first taste of yachtie life at 17 working as the sole stew and crew cook on a 27-meter sailboat in Spain. This charter season, Ciara steps in as a deckhand and although she has been dating her boyfriend Paget for over four years, they have never worked in the same department.

Paget Berry from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

First Mate Paget Berry

Born and raised in England, Paget has been sailing since the age of 13. When he was 18, he joined the crew on a 27-meter sailboat in Spain and then spent the next three years exploring every corner of the Mediterranean. An avid outdoorsman, when he isn’t sailing, Paget enjoys weightlifting, surfing, diving and playing the guitar.

Parker McCown from Below Deck Sailing Yacht - Season 1

Deckhand Parker McCown

Born and raised in Maryland, Parker has been immersed in sailing culture ever since he was a kid, where he learned to sail at summer camp. For two years, he was a deckhand on an historic Skipjack built in 190. A self-proclaimed “James Bond of the sailing world,” this ladies’ man brings his high energy and magnetic charisma to Parsifal.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht arrives as the newest iteration of the popular Bravo franchise. The series, premiering Monday, February 3, takes place on a luxury sailing yacht with a new crew and equally demanding charter guests looking to follow the wind as they cruise along the crystal-clear blue waters of Corfu, Greece.

Chef Adam Glick from Below Deck Mediterranean returns to the galley aboard the180-foot-long sailing yacht Parsifal III . Additional crew members include Captain Glenn Shephard, yachtie couple Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan, Jenna MacGillivray, Byron Hissey, Madison Stalker, Georgia Grobler and Parker McCown.

sailing yacht below deck crew

When the sails are up, the crew’s already difficult job gets tougher as they must contend with maneuvering the sails in high winds and adapting to the steep tilt of the boat, all while troubleshooting the needs of the guests and any issues that may arise.

Constantly at the whim of the wind, it’s a sailing lover’s paradise and getting there is part of the fun as they visit the colossal cliffs, explore the breathtaking sites and the beaches in the sun-drenched Ionian Sea. The physicality of working on a sailing yacht brings new challenges to these young, attractive and adventurous yachties who are ready to work hard and play harder.

Below deck, tensions between the crew are amplified by the conditions of working aboard a sailing yacht which has a sleeker design than their motor yacht counterparts, with a smaller galley, almost non-existent stew stations and cramped living quarters. And while two yachties start a roller coaster romance so intense that it might sink the yacht, resident couple Paget and Ciara’s existing relationship gets pushed to new boundaries.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 cast

Captain Glenn Shepherd returns to helm the Parsifal III. This is his fourth season on the series, but he's no stranger to the ship. He's been helming the Parsifal III for over a decade.

New to the series are chef Ileisha Dell, stews Lucy Edmunds and Mads Herrera and deckhands Chase Lemacks and Alex Propson.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 plot

Bravo offered this synopsis of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 and it gives you a good sense of what's coming in the new season:

"Capt. Glenn and his comeback team Daisy Kelliher, Gary King and Colin MacRae resume their responsibilities aboard Parsifal III, along with new, dynamic crew members, as they set sail in Sardinia, Italy. Capt. Glenn realizes that his laid-back leadership style has allowed his crew to become too comfortable and starts taking charge of quality control in the interior department, much to Daisy's dismay.

"In the galley, Chef Ileisha’s cooking impresses the guests, but her indecisiveness and co-dependency lead to time-management issues between courses, which causes her to self-destruct. On deck, strong personalities collide, and a power struggle results in a near mutiny, as Gary clashes with his new overconfident deckhand, Chase.

"Two overlapping love triangles further complicate the dynamics on-board, and a shocking hookup puts Colin, Daisy and Gary’s friendship in jeopardy. With a near collision, fire, crew rebellion, gruesome guest injury and two different potentially season-ending engine failures, this is the most captivating and unpredictable season yet of Below Deck Sailing Yacht ."

sailing yacht below deck crew

Below Deck: Behind the scenes of filming the hit superyacht reality show

When it first aired in 2013, Below Deck quickly garnered the attention of a loyal band of die-hard fans. Three years later, the spin-off Below Deck: Mediterranean followed. Amid the chaos of crew love triangles and outrageous guest requests, returning captains Lee Rosbach and Sandy Yawn emerged as respected industry professionals and brand ambassadors for the show.

  • Below Deck secrets: What the hit TV series didn't tell you

In 2020, the brand’s second spin-off, Below Deck: Sailing Yacht , launched, shining a new light on the crews and challenges of sailing yacht charters. Together, the reality show triumvirate propelled Below Deck and the superyacht industry to global audiences, earning the show its own unique place in the hall of reality television fame. But Below Deck’s producers aren’t done yet. Earlier this year, US network Bravo announced the Below Deck empire was set to grow further with two new spin-off seasons, Below Deck Adventure and Below Deck Down Under . As the sixth season of Below Deck: Mediterranean gets underway on June 28, BOAT talks to executive producer Tania Hamidi about Below Deck’s stratospheric rise and the behind-the-scenes reality of filming the show.

  • How Captain Lee became TV’s favourite yacht captain

Hamidi is a seasoned television producer and one of Below Deck’s longest-serving team members. She has been a staple of the Below Deck production team for seven years, joining as the second season of Below Deck got underway. Soon after, she was involved in the launch of Below Deck: Mediterranean fronted by captain Mark Howard, who was promptly replaced by captain Sandy Yawn in the second season. This was a key casting decision, Hamidi says. “We loved Mark, but it was really exciting to have a woman in the wheelhouse. When that opportunity presented itself, it just took over,” she says, adding that Sandy “got herself on that boat”.

  • Captain Sandy Yawn on the reality of filming Below Deck Mediterranean

While captains Lee Rosbach, Sandy Yawn and Glenn Shephard have become familiar fixtures of the show, Hamidi reveals that not even they are safe when it comes to casting the next season. “All the different positions are on the table each season, including the captain,” she says. However, when it comes to changing a captain “there’s got to be a reason”. With crew, familiar faces often return, with notable examples being chief stewardess Kate Chastain and bosun Malia White. This creates a sense of continuity, Hamidi says. “We often have yacht crew come back in higher positions.” Diversity also informs key crew casting decisions to ensure “different types of people feature in different roles.” “It’s fantastic to have a female bosun or a different culture as head of a department that you don’t expect to see,” says Hamidi. “It’s fun to lean into the reality of the industry because it does exist.”

Below Deck: Inside the boats from the hit reality show

A Below Deck charter typically carries a maximum of 12 superyacht crew on board, including up to three resident crew who work on the yacht full time. Often the official captain of the yacht will drop down to first mate to allow for an incoming Below Deck captain. However, generally these crew roles stay off-camera and are not considered “part of the season,” Hamidi says. “They don’t really fit into part of the story, and if you do see them, it’s in an organic way, like an emergency.”

When it comes to casting new crew members, Hamidi reveals that “most” incoming crew already hold their STCW qualification, with some needing a refresher. While the show is totally unscripted, the casting team does look for a specific type of person when choosing the crew. “It’s a TV show so the crew we choose are definitely outgoing and happy to be open,” Hamidi says. “If they are closed off, it’s hard to tell a story and hard for others to come out and tell them their stories.”

  • Parsifal III : Meet the star of Below Deck's sailing spin-off

The same ethos applies when recruiting the season’s charter guests. As an unscripted show, the guests must be outgoing and excited for the charter. “We really don’t try and make them do things they don’t want to do,” says Hamidi. “We say ‘just have fun, it’s your vacation’.” This, Hamidi claims, is why they have so many guests keen to return, with the Below Deck charter guest casting team having to restrict the amount of returning guests to keep things “fresh”. While it’s well known that Below Deck’s guests pay a subsidised charter rate, Hamidi reveals the opportunity is still very much “aimed at the one per cent”, with guests expected to tip to the full price of the charter. “The guests have a slightly discounted rate but it’s still a pretty penny,” she says. “The average person couldn’t afford it.”

The filming schedule of a typical season of Below Deck is hectic. The intense schedule squeezes nine charters into a filming period of eight weeks. A total of 30 people, comprising yacht crew, guests and camera crew, can be on the boat at any one time. Split into pairs, the camera crew consists of a camera operator and a second team member operating the audio rig. Guided by the director, who watches from a cabin transformed into a “control room”, the camera crew “jump around the yacht” trying to capture key moments of the charter, from pulling anchor to meal prep in the galley. They often arrive onto the yacht at 5.30am and get the cameras rolling before the guests are out of bed. Working a 12-hour shift, they need to ensure all the unfolding action on board is caught on camera while avoiding the other camera crews on board. “The camera crew are running around and hiding from each other while getting all the action,” Hamidi says. This is especially difficult on a four-deck motor yacht, she says, but easier on the wider decks of Parsifal III , the star of Below Deck: Sailing Yacht . To support such an operation, the main charter yacht is accompanied by a support vessel and water taxi, which ferries the camera crew to and from the main yacht. The support vessel, which in previous seasons has been a schooner, catamaran and “mini yacht”, is chosen on the capabilities of its galley to ensure the crews are well fed. The support vessel follows around the mothership but is always carefully anchored out of sight to avoid being in the shot.

While Hamidi admits filming the series is “full on”, for her the hard work begins weeks before when preparation for the show begins. This includes everything from casting the show, choosing a charter yacht, selecting brands to appear on the show and sourcing water toys, such as floating golf courses and superyacht slides. Equipment is checked in the galley, visas are approved and valuable objects – such as art – are removed from the charter yacht. Amid all the noise and intensity of preparing and filming the show, it is the morning water taxi rides to the mothership that stay with Hamidi the most. “You’re out on the water, it’s too loud to have a conversation and it’s beautiful – it’s those moments that stay with me,” she says. Despite two more spin-off series being greenlit, Hamidi is adamant the Below Deck franchise is just getting started. “It’s internationally syndicated, more and more people are interested in yachting, and I think it’s just going to grow and grow and grow.”

Below Deck Mediterranean premieres on Monday, June 28 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes will be available one week early on Peacock beginning Monday, June 21 .

Here's Where the Cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 Is Now

Did the drama continue?

below deck sailing yacht season 3

Since it debuted back in 2020, Bravo’s spin-off Below Deck Sailing Yacht has certainly delivered some of the most dramatic feuds and steamy boatmances, and it looks as if Season 3 is no different.

While Captain Glenn Shephard is returning to take the lead of the Parsifal III, there’s a lot that’s changed, including a brand new crew and filming location. The cast will be sailing through the stunning waters of Menorca, Spain, but they’ll definitely be hitting some rocky moments, especially when it comes to returning crew members Gary and Daisy’s love-hate romance.

Well, it seems as if there’s more to come as Bravo teases one of the most unexpected crew hookups in Below Deck history. Say what? With so much having happened during the cast’s filming last summer, what exactly have they been up to since?

Captain Glenn Shephard

Daisy kelliher - chief stew.

When Season 3 wrapped, Daisy Kelliher, who returned aboard the Parsifal III as chief stew, took some much-needed vacation time. Kelliher hit up Antigua in the Caribbean , which is where she rang in the New Year and has remained since filming. Considering her ongoing love-hate relationship with fellow castmate Gary King, Daisy remains single for the time being, but she’s certainly not fallen out of love with traveling. Despite appearing to be living the life so many wish they could, Daisy revealed she’s been suffering from severe separation anxiety as she shared just how hectic and demanding her line of work could be in a February 13, 2022 post on Instagram

Gary King - First Officer

Being involved in Bravo drama is nothing new for Gary, especially after his steamy season with Daisy. Well, after wrapping up season three in Menorca, Gary took some time off to reunite with his family; sharing an adorable photo of him and his niece, Ava , on Instagram. The Bravo star is currently in St. Lucia , soaking up the sun, but he hasn’t managed to escape the drama. After sharing a kiss with Daisy Kelliher in the most recent season three trailer, fans have been wondering if he and Daisy are an item. Well, despite the rumors, Gary and Daisy aren’t dating, after confirming to E! News that the two are “just friends.”

Colin McRae - Chief Engineer

Colin McRae has returned to his old stomping grounds aboard the Parsifal III, and considering his love for sailing, fans aren’t surprised to see the Bravo star back on their screens. Since wrapping up last summer’s filming, it didn't take too much time before Colin and fellow Chief Stew Daisy reunited back in December. Since then, Colin has given most of his time to his YouTube channel, Sailing Parlay , which features an array of videos showcasing his sailing adventures. Things are clearly going well for Colin’s online presence, considering he was rewarded with a YouTube 100,000 subscriber count plaque back on February 6. "It has been 4 years of VERY hard work, possibly the hardest of any sailing channel out there that I know of so far, and to reach this milestone is so gratifying for us,” he wrote on Instagram.

Marcos Spaziani - Chef

Say hello to Bravo’s newest chef, Marcos Spaziani. The Venezuela native has been in the industry for over 10 years and is bringing his culinary expertise to the waters of Menorca. It didn’t take much time for Marcos to make a name for himself following season three of Below Deck Sailing Yacht . Spaziani is currently settled in California and has decided to open up his very own restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Marcos and fellow chef Louis Huh have been working diligently on their newest business venture, ML Eats LA .

Gabriela Barragan - 2nd Stew

Gabriela Barragan reigns from San Diego and while she’s new to the Below Deck crew, she is certainly no stranger to yachting . Barragan has worked as both a stewardess and a deckhand over the course of the last two years and has continued her yachtie life after filming season three of Sailing Yacht . Gabriela spent January and February working a yacht in St. Thomas. After living and working the island life, Gabriela took to Instagram to share that all of her “ wildest dreams are coming true ,” and considering she’s spending her days sailing through crystal clear waters, we don’t blame her.

Ashley Marti - 3rd Stew

Ashley Marti is making her Below Deck Sailing Yacht debut, and she’s relatively new to the industry. Marti first began working on yachts at the start of the pandemic. Although she reigns from New York , Marti is currently a West Coast gal as she takes in the Los Angeles sun alongside a few of her castmates. Since wrapping up Season 3, Ashley traveled through the United States and the Bahamas and is adamant about returning back aboard the Parsifal III, so Bravo fans just might be seeing more of her in the future.

Kelsi Goglia - Deckhand

Kelsi Goglia is making her Bravo debut this season of Sailing Yacht. After catching the travel bug following a trip to Croatia, Kelsi has been a yachtie ever since, and it doesn’t look like she’s turning back any time soon. She currently resides in San Diego, California, and loves herself some travel, as most Below Deck crew members do. While her romantic life remains a mystery, it’s clear she’s too busy roaming the world to settle down just yet.

Tom Pearson - Deckhand

Growing up on a lake , Tom Pearson is no stranger to the water, but he’s brand new to the Bravo family. The Below Deck Sailing Yacht deckhand was spotted getting his boatmance on, making us all wonder if he’ll be headed toward hot waters. Well, it seems as if Pearson remains single, but his life is anything but boring. After returning home to Windermere, England, Tom has kept busy surfing through the British waters but has taken quite a liking to his new image. The Bravo star has been attending a number of events following his newfound fame, including his most recent appearance in London, England for the launch of a new app on January 20.

'Below Deck' Exclusive Clip: Barbie Pascual Refuses To Change Her Signature Margarita Recipe For Fraser Olender

'below deck' chief stew fraser olender has a "love interest" of his own this season: "i've always been a third wheel", former 'below deck' charter guests hit choppy waters as they are charged with identity theft in prescription drug scheme, alex propson on whether or not casual sex can exist in 'winter house': "it's difficult, but i don't think it's impossible".

All aboard!  Below Deck Sailing Yacht   is about to set sail with a brand new crew of sprightly yacht pros. This season, the hit Bravo reality series will coast through the clear waters of Menorca, Spain, debuting with a supersized premiere episode in just under a month. Beginning in February, you’ll be getting new episodes of  Below Deck Sailing Yacht  weekly.

Captain Glenn Shephard is back aboard Parsifal III in Season 3 of the series. Alongside him is returning chief stew Daisy Kelliher , chief engineer Colin MacRae, and first mate Gary King. We’ll also be introduced to some new faces, so get ready to meet chef Marcos Spaziani, second stew Gabriela Barragan, third stew Ashley Marti, and deckhands Kelsie Goglia and Tom Pearson.

This season, Bravo has teased that Daisy and Gary will leave their arguments behind them as they “bring their relationship into uncharted waters.” Further, as Daisy attempts to keep her stations clean, her team begins to threaten the hierarchy of the boat as resentments grow between the stews. Chef Marcos isn’t used to cooking at sea, and while he attempts to maintain the same standard of excellence he knows on land, everything seems to be falling out of his hands.

“ With a twisted love pentagon, a litany of gruesome injuries and a dangerous, potentially vessel-crippling accident that threatens the safety of everyone on board, this is  Parsifal III ’s most epic charter season yet,” Bravo writes.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht is produced by 51 Minds with Mark Cronin, Courtland Cox, Vivian Kohon, Tania Hamidi, Christian Sarabia and Zachary Klein serving as executive producers.

The first two seasons of  Below Deck Sailing Yacht  are now streaming on Peacock. Scroll up to watch the first trailer for  Below Deck Sailing Yacht  Season 3, which will premiere on Bravo on Feb. 21 at 8 p.m. ET.

‘Below Deck’ Sails Into a New Era

With a different captain at the helm and new production elements, the reality show about charter yachts is switching up its style.

A man in a crew member suit stands behind a bar and tends to flowers in a vase.

By Shivani Gonzalez

Starting a new season of “ Below Deck ” can be similar to returning to summer camp as a kid — you know it’s going to be fun and that you’ll be in the same environment, but some of the people will be different and you’re not quite sure what the vibes will be.

This time around, in particular, feels that way because for the first time in the show’s 11-season run, Captain Lee Rosbach is no longer at the helm. It’s a pivotal moment for a franchise that has become one of the most popular entities in the sprawling universe of reality TV since premiering on Bravo in 2013 . The show’s appeal was built on endless romances between various crew members (“boatmances,” as they came to be known), horrible charter guests and some sort of passive-aggressive fight about how many shackles of the anchor chain should be in the water. And there was always Rosbach presiding over the drama as he trudged around the boat, reeling off one liners like “I’m madder than a pissed-on chicken” and “we screwed the pooch so many times we should have a litter of puppies running around.”

At the center of the show now is Kerry Titheradge (the stern yet goofy captain of “Below Deck Adventure” fame), who is managing the Motor Yacht Saint David with the cheeky chief stew Fraser Olender by his side.

With that change in captain, the energy on the boat — both onscreen and off — is different, according to Olender.

“I feel like Kerry this season, as opposed to Lee, has a no B.S. attitude, which I love with him,” Olender said in an interview. “With Kerry, he taught me a lot and sort of forced to me confront issues directly with my team, work them out, as opposed to making executive decisions too soon.”

This shift in management style changes the central conflict — whereas the drama once focused on the captain swiftly kicking out any unpleasant crew member (as we might have seen with Rosbach), the drama now focuses on the whole crew trying to get along (since Titheradge gives people those second chances).

Additionally, Olender noted that the captain’s relationship with the crew can also affect the drama on board.

“Captains absolutely do get involved, whether they know it or not,” Olender said, adding that for the crew, everything is about “trying to impress your captain.”

This phenomenon plays out early in the new season when the lead deckhand, Ben Willoughby, called out a fellow crew member over the radios about not wearing a life vest — something he easily could have done in private. The drama that followed became an interpersonal conflict between the two of them, both with the ultimate goal of impressing Titheradge. (Of course, the two deckhands had kissed on the previous crew night out, which is more in line with the “Below Deck” drama viewers are used to.)

For “Below Deck” showrunners, the changeovers in the cast allowed them to rethink what the show would look like.

From the season premiere, it was immediately apparent that Rosbach’s absence wasn’t the only change this season: The filming is sleeker, the daily, multicourse meals prepared by the chef are given their own glamour shots and the cameras sometimes cut to the perspectives of yachties running around on deck and through the galley.

“Our showrunner, Lauren Simms, is an avid consumer of all different kinds of media,” Noah Samton, a senior vice president of unscripted current production for NBCUniversal, said in an interview. “She pitches us different ideas on how to stylistically evoke different feelings and change the mood a little bit of ‘Below Deck’ without removing what really works.”

Moving through the rest of the season, and potentially through seasons to come, Olender is aiming to bring a cutthroat management style while also bringing affection for his stews, all with his signature British humor.

On Bravo’s side, there are changes in the works for the other “Below Deck” spinoffs — including “Sailing Yacht,” “Mediterranean” and “Down Under” — which collectively, have 26 seasons. Specifically, Samton said that “Down Under” is currently filming and that even though fans should be ready to see new things, the show will stay true to its original concept.

“These are real yachties doing a real job so you have to stay within those confines because the audience isn’t going to want anything that is too produced or fake,” Samton said. “So we have to find ways to reinvent while staying true to the original concept of the show.”

And as Olender said: “I’m sure that every year if I were to work with this franchise again, that I’ll be thrown a collection of total chaotic and disastrous stews — that’s what makes it watchable.”

Gary King has shocking Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion

Gary Below Deck Sailing Yacht confessional

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King had a very unexpected and surprising reunion this week.

Ahead of Season 5 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Gary has been taking time to travel.

Gary has been traveling all around Australia, and apparently, Alli carved out some time for him.

The two have a history after catching feelings for each other in Season 2, but in true Gary fashion, he messed it up by having sex with Deckand Sydney Zaruba.

It was a big mess because Sydney also had a thing for Gary, who kept saying they were just friends, only to have his flirty ways come out when drinking, which led to problems with Alli.

Despite the past drama, it was smiles all around for this Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion.

“Well this has been an absolute treat lovely see you again @allidoreporfavor,” he wrote across the picture.

Gary King and Alli Dore IG Story

That’s not the only Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion Gary has had in the past few weeks either.

Gary King reunites with two Below Deck Sailing Yacht fan favorites

In February, Gary was in Los Angeles, where he spent time with Captain Glenn Shephard and Chef Marcos Spaziani. The three men enjoyed a night out on the town, with Marcos sharing his happiness for the reunion on Instagram.

“Amazing to catch up with you guys !!! @capt_glennshephard and @king_gk Hope to see you guys soon ❤️❤️ #catchup #goodvibes #goodtimes #sailors #boysnigt #LA #CA #cheflife #funtimes,” the chef captaion the funny photo.

Gary popped up in the comments section of the IG post to share his excitement about hanging out with his pals.

“So good seeing you guys xoxo ❤️❤️,” he wrote.

Gary commented on Marcos IG post

It’s believed that Gary and Captain Glenn were in LA to film confessionals for the upcoming season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht.

Here’s what we know about Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5

As Monsters and Critics previously reported, Captain Glenn recently teased Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 by using a nice throwback photo to his days as a bosun.

Meanwhile, the jury is still out on just how big of a role Gary will have in the upcoming season because of the sexual assault allegations that came out after filming wrapped. Gary was removed from BravoCon after the claims made headlines.

We know Daisy Kelliher will be back for another season of the sailing show, so the aftermath of her falling out with Gary from Season 4 should be a pretty big storyline.

In other Below Deck news, some fans think another spin-off is in the works, and you can read all about that here.

What do you think of Gary and Alli’s little reunion?

Below Deck Sailing Yacht is currently on hiatus on Bravo. Seasons 1-4 are streaming on Peacock.

Below Deck Season 11 Episode 7: Release Date & Preview

T he eleventh season of “Below Deck,” which explores the day-to-day activities of the crew members who reside and work on these lavish mega yachts, is scheduled to debut in February.

Captain Lee Rosbach departed the program after ten seasons. The boat is now under the direction of Captain Kerry Titheradge, who fans may remember from “Below Deck Adventure.”

This season, the crew of the luxurious yacht M/Y St. David is working on the Caribbean island nation of Grenada. The Bravo reality series, which debuted in 2013, gave rise to other spinoffs, including “Below Deck Mediterranean,” “Below Deck Sailing Yacht,” and “Below Deck Adventure.”

The seventh episode of “Below Deck” of Season 11 is called “Cat’s Out of the Bag.” The forthcoming episode will center on Cat’s stay on the yacht, examining whether or not she will be able to make friends with the crew or whether she will still struggle to fit in.

In addition, fans are curious to find out if Xandi Olivier will develop a love relationship with any of the cast members—especially after she divulged information regarding her previous marriage in the most recent episode. It remains to be seen if anyone on the yacht will be interested in this information.

A new main charter guest is also introduced in Episode 7, which heightens the suspense and excitement surrounding the events that are taking place.

Episode 6 of ‘Below Deck’ Season 11 features a confrontation between Jared and Kyle. Captain Kerry Titheradge is made aware of the disagreement and conveys his displeasure with both parties. Captain Titheradge warns Jared and Kyle of the circumstances.

Cat, meanwhile, is still having trouble “finding her place on the yacht.” According to the synopsis, Eileen is the source of stress on the entire yacht, and her night in the hot tub will have long-lasting consequences.

Best Below Deck Second Stews

By Amy DeVore

sailing yacht below deck crew

We’ve already covered the best Chief Stews on Below Deck . These were pretty easy awards to dole out, as when they’ve been good, they’ve gotten to stay on-air for awhile. This means that there’s not a ton of department heads to sort through. However, we’ve never really talked about the revolving door of their right-hand man yachties, and over the years, there have been some phenomenal ones on BD .

Many of these stews presented so well, they even got a promotion to the Chief Stew position in subsequent seasons on Bravo . Here’s looking at you, Aesha Scott , Tumi Mhlongo , Fraser Olender , and Bugsy Drake . Out of those not promoted, these are our top picks for the best second stews on Below Deck. Starting with Lara Flumiani …kidding.

Julia d’ Albert Pusey – Below Deck Med Season 1

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Julia d’Albert (@juliadalbert)

Julia d’ Albert Pusey was Hannah Ferrier ’s second stew on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 1. At times, I can still hear her adorable accent as she’s flirting with “Bob-ay,” aka Bobby Giancola . As for her work ethic, Julia excelled. She also got along with her entire team, and everyone else onboard, which is a rare feat for this series.

Nevertheless, Julia still knew how to bring the wit, especially in her confessionals. In these, she would often provide honest, but still fun commentary about her coworkers. Perhaps this is why she was brought back for Below Deck Galley Talk , as her quips typically hit their marks.

That said, it’s unlikely that we’ll see Julia moving forward, as she and her husband are adjusting to life with a precious new baby in tow. Since she was such an amazing second stew on BD though, we know that her newest little charter guest will be in excellent hands.

Amy Johnson – Below Deck Seasons 2 and 3

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Amy Johnson Lenthall (@amy.jo.johnson_)

Amy Johnson actually starred on Seasons 2 and 3 of BD. Sadly her first season saw her clashing fairly often with Kate Chastain . Yet, the ladies seemed to find their groove in Season 3. Truly, Amy became the smile to Kate’s resting b*tch face.

On top of her sparkly, upbeat personality, Amy was a workhorse, and the guests all loved having her around. With her Southern mannerisms and her love of a good time, Amy’s popularity with the viewers soared in Season 3. Unfortunately for us, Amy left the yachting world behind after her second season, although she did star on Galley Talk, like Julia, which we loved. Overall, this charming yachtie was one of the best second stews found on Below Deck.

Emily Warburton-Adams – Below Deck Season 4

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Emily W Adams (@english_ems)

When Amy left, Emily Warburton-Adams entered. This warm, witty Brit was everything that a great second stew should be. She worked hard, and she also knew how to make the guests happy. Likewise, she also kept Chef Ben Robinson smiling, and his flower-purchasing scene, with Kate’s help, still makes us smile.

These two actually dated while the season aired, and Emily even moved to Florida, where they lived together for about a year. They eventually parted ways though, which saw Emily moving back to the UK. That said, with such a solid work ethic, many were shocked to learn that Emily was one of the youngest crew members to ever star on this franchise, as she was only 21 years old when she was brought onboard. Even still, Emily nailed it, and she is definitely one of our favorite second stews on Below Deck.

Dani Soares – Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Dani Soares (@iamdanisoares)

Dani Soares had a wild storyline unfold after filming wrapped on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2. Prior to this narrative though, she was brought on as a second stew, but with a wealth of experience already underneath her belt, she easily could have led her team. She easily fell back though, and she and her department Daisy Kelliher struck up a solid friendship, which still exists to this very day.

Onboard, Dani trained the third stew, and she never seemed frustrated when she was pulled around in various directions. Off the boat though, Dani realized that she was pregnant with Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux ‘s baby, and that’s when the shiz hit the fan. As we can all likely recall, he demanded a pregnancy test, and then he pretty much stayed far away, once their sweet girl was indeed proven to be his, which, ugh. These days, Dani’s a single mom and a registered nurse , and we know she’ll excel in both, just as did when working as a second stew on BDSY .

Josiah Carter – Below Deck Season 6

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Josiah Carter (@josiahcarter_)

Josiah Carter worked underneath Kate in Season 6, and their bond was really fun to watch, until it turned a bit dark towards their third stew. That makes him a bit controversial as one of our top picks, we’re aware. Yet, Josiah’s work ethic was so pristine, we at least have to mention his better narratives seen. You see, Josiah came onboard as a classically trained butler, and he was also a licensed mixologist, which made him a dream addition to Kate’s interior team.

Likewise, Josiah always made the demanding guests happy, even if that meant wearing a golden banana hammock. This is why, at least workwise, Josiah’s one of our top second stews found on Below Deck.

Below Deck’s Fraser Olender Expresses Concern About Jared Woodin’s ‘Aggressive’ Behavior: ‘Red Flag’

Below Decks Fraser Olender Expresses Concern About Jared Woodins Aggressive Behavior

While dealing with personal issues off the boat, Jared Woodin continued to alienate himself from more Below Deck cast members.

During the Monday, March 11, episode of the Bravo series, Jared, Fraser Olender, Anthony Iracane, Ben Willoughby and Kyle Stillie enjoyed a boys’ night out after a charter. Things took a turn, however, when Fraser suggested that the others help out Anthony more as he dealt with the anniversary of his father’s death.

Jared wasn’t thrilled by the request since he felt he did more than enough work. After Jared grew visibly frustrated , Fraser questioned his behavior.

“I know we are all going through our own s—t but Jared seems a little bit aggressive,” the chief steward said in a confessional. “If someone can turn to that so quickly after a few drinks, it is a red flag.”

The drama only escalated when the crew returned to the boat. Jared’s attempts to flirt with Barbie Pascual were not reciprocated as she officially chose to act on her feelings for Kyle instead. Barbie and Kyle subsequently went to her cabin to hang out while Jared got upset about the mess his deckhand left behind upstairs.

Below Deck s Jared Gets Into Awkward Fight With Provisioner Over Towels

“He’s on a f—king roll tonight,” Barbie said after Jared entered her cabin numerous times — without knocking — to express his annoyance with Kyle. Jared requested that Kyle clean up after himself, which didn’t happen quick enough for the bosun.

“You’ve got to understand. At the end of the day, I’ve got a job to maintain,” Jared told Kyle before their conversation got too loud and woke up Captain Kerry Titheradge . “I am not done talking. I just cleaned up a lot and it’s not even enough. I would like for you to vacuum up before you go to bed.”

Jared continued: “It’s my ass at the end of the day and the reason I took you down here to do this is because I don’t want to do it in front of other people.”

Kerry interrupted the talk before it got too heated. In a preview for the next episode, Kerry attempted to piece together what transpired before he got involved. Kyle was seen telling Kerry about how Jared “stormed into” Barbie’s room.

In response, Kerry asked Barbie whether she felt “threatened” by Jared’s behavior. Kerry also had a candid conversation with Jared, saying, “This is the second time you have gone on the piss and had bad behavior.”

Jared previously opened up about how problems at home were weighing on him.

“I only get two times a week to talk to my daughter. I’m in jeopardy of losing all communication if I do not adhere and stick to the schedule that I have,” Jared, who shares a young child with his ex , explained in an episode earlier this month. “I’m trying to build trust again. It is super important to me that I maintain consistency.”

At the time, Jared said the lack of communication affected his behavior, adding, “Last night was particularly difficult for me. It was very emotional because Tuesdays and Fridays are the days I am supposed to speak with my daughter. And not having phone service — I was not able to speak with my daughter. It is real.”

Kerry offered support while still reminding Jared that he had to do his job .

“I really care about where Jared is at and I can see that he is not in a good place. He is going through a tough spot but he is the head of a department,” Kerry said in a confessional. “You can’t have your head in the clouds or somewhere else. It affects your safety and the safety of the guests. You have to be focused on the job.”

Returning to the helm of Parsifal III will be Captain Glenn Shephard , who will fearlessly lead the crew through another wild charter season full of outrageous guests, hookups, injuries, and emergencies. Other familiar faces will also be back aboard the vessel as it sails around stunning Menorca, Spain, including chief stew Daisy Kelliher , chief engineer Colin MacRae , and first mate Gary King . Some new yachties will also be joining the ranks of Captain Glenn's crew: chef Marcos Spaziani , second stew Gabriela Barragan , third stew Ashley Marti , as well as deckhands Kelsie Goglia and Tom Pearson .

You can get your first look Season 3 in the official trailer, above, which opens with Captain Glenn setting the stage for the truly unpredictable charters ahead: "When you go sailing, you never really know what the conditions are gonna be like. If it were easier, everybody would be doing it!"

Yes, if we had one word to describe the new season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht , it would definitely be shocking . That's because it is truly full of moments we just didn't see coming, such as a new twist in onetime adversaries Daisy and Gary's relationship . Oh, and if you thought Gary's Season 2 love triangle was juicy, just wait until you see what the press release for the new season describes as "a twisted love pentagon " unfold.

As Captain Glenn tries to shake off the boat crash from last season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht , he'll have another headache on his hands as the Parsifal III crew must spring into action when they suspect the vessel is dragging anchor. "You can lose the boat," Captain Glenn says in the above preview. "It's about as serious as it gets."

But Season 3 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht won't be all serious. There's also plenty of fun in store, as well as some major conflict among the crew — which, if you're like Colin, you'll have a blast watching this season. "I do enjoy a little drama here and there," the chief engineer says in the sneak peek. "It keeps me entertained."

Same, Colin, same.

Catch all the drama when Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 kicks off on Monday, February 21 at 8/7c and stream the first two seasons on Peacock now. Bravo Insider members can get the exclusive scoop on what's new with Captain Glenn, below.
