Il bracciale Oysterflex

Il nuovo bracciale Oysterflex dello Yacht‑Master, sviluppato e brevettato da Rolex, rappresenta un’alternativa sportiva ai bracciali in metallo. La cassa e il fermaglio di sicurezza Oysterlock sono uniti a entrambe le parti del bracciale da una lama metallica realizzata in una lega di titanio e nichel che garantisce una grande flessibilità. La lama è rivestita di un elastomero nero ad alte prestazioni, particolarmente resistente alle aggressioni esterne, di lunga durata e delicato sulla pelle. Per un maggiore comfort, il bracciale Oysterflex è dotato sulla superficie interna di un sistema brevettato di “cuscini” laterali che stabilizzano l’orologio al polso e di un fermaglio di sicurezza Oysterlock in oro bianco 18 ct. Dispone, inoltre, del sistema di allungamento Rolex Glidelock, sviluppato e brevettato dal Marchio. Questo ingegnoso dispositivo a cremagliera, integrato al fermaglio, permette, senza l’ausilio di alcuno strumento, di regolarne con precisione la lunghezza di circa 15 mm con incrementi di circa 2,5 mm.

Oro bianco 18 ct

Disponendo di una fonderia propria, Rolex ha sviluppato un savoir‑faire senza pari nella produzione delle migliori leghe in oro 18 ct. In funzione della proporzione di argento, rame, platino o palladio che viene aggiunta, è possibile ottenere diversi tipi di oro 18 ct: giallo, rosa o bianco. Ognuno di essi è realizzato a partire da metalli estremamente puri, che vengono sottoposti a meticolosi test in uno specifico laboratorio interno Rolex dotato di una strumentazione all’avanguardia. Solo dopo la selezione dei metalli più adatti sarà possibile passare alla preparazione della lega e alla sua messa in forma, sempre con la massima attenzione per i dettagli. The Yacht-Master’s bidirectional rotatable 60-minute graduated bezel is made entirely from precious metals or fitted with a Cerachrom insert in high-tech ceramic. The raised polished numerals and graduations stand out clearly against a matt, sand-blasted background.
