This voluminous, luxurious, and elegant designed 52 metre yacht was built in 2007 by Golden Yachts and refitted in 2022 to an exacting standard.

With a capacity for 12 guests, a cruising speed of 15 knots and a crew of 11, Vertigo’s elegant lines and tasteful renovation will appeal to the most discerning yacht aficionados.

The luxurious and modern cabins include a main deck master suite, a spacious upper deck VIP suite, two lower deck VIP double suites, two lower deck double cabins each with an additional pullman berth, and one main deck twin cabin with a pullman berth.

Vertigo II is a 10m Technohull finished in stealth black with carbon tubes and two powerful Yanmar inboard diesel engines. This tender allows guests to undertake long transfers and exploration trips in extreme comfort.

Vertigo has a huge collection of the latest water toys including 2 tenders, 3 sea bobs, 2 jet skis, e-foil, and electric surfboard, water skiing and wakeboard equipment, stand-up paddle boards and a selection of towable and static inflatable devices.

17ft (51.84m) luxury charter yacht, VERTIGO is an impressive Greek-built superyacht from Golden Yachts with opulent amenities and large deck spaces for up to 12 charter guests, available for charter in the diverse and beautiful Mediterranean.

With three huge decks and a generous foredeck with semi-circular seating and table, VERTIGO offers guests several areas for socialising, dining and entertaining.

The main aft deck features a lounge, bar and comfortable chairs that can be set up for a film nights, with a large retractable screen and projector. The upper aft deck has a dining table, chairs and additional banquette seating for dining alfresco, with a long roofline with transparent section that can be illuminated with LED lighting at night.

The sundeck is a fantastic place comprising dining tables, sun lounges, sofas, bar, grill and an amazing state-of-the-art glass-fronted jacuzzi which will appeal to guests seeking sunshine and socialising during their charter.

Chic and sophisticated, the interiors of VERTIGO were designed by Giorgio Vafiadis and combine the fresh, crisp palette of white, cream, stainless steel and dark timbers.

The saloon as elegant and inviting, with cream leather sofas, arm chairs and a marble coffee table, retractable TV and Crestron entertainment system, original artworks and large windows for superb views. In addition, there is a Kaleidescape home theatre system for films on demand, DVD Blue Ray TVs in main deck saloon, upper deck, aft deck and in all cabins and music system on the sundeck.

The separate formal dining section boasts a dining table for 12 guests and huge, flatscreen TV with Art Mode.

On the upper deck, a second saloon is a brilliant bar and lounge, with games table and additional desk, high-tech entertainment unit and easy access to the upper aft deck for free-flowing entertaining.

ACCOMMODATION

There are seven beautifully appointed staterooms aboard VERTIGO: six double and one twin, accommodating up to 12 guests in absolute comfort. The full-beam master cabin is located on the main deck and comprises king bed, desk/vanity, his & hers ensuite with marble counter tops, mosaic walls, jacuzzi bathtub and shower, as well as cedar-lined walk-in robe and the latest TV/AV.

The twin cabin with pullman bed is also located on the main deck, and has a private ensuite. The VIP cabin is situated on the upper deck and features large windows for dazzling views, desk/vanity, lounge and ensuite with jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

Then there are four double cabins on the lower deck, two of which have a pullman bed, and each has private ensuite with jacuzzi bathtub and shower. The décor is a fresh and tranquil monochrome with masterful LED lighting to create a soothing ambience. 

WATERTOYS & TENDERS

VERTIGO’S charter guests will enjoy many hours of on-water fun. On board are the latest in watertoys, including a 6.25m Williams Diesel Jet tender, and a second Williams Tender, plus two Seadoo jetskis, a Seabob F5S, one WayDoo eFoil Flyer, jetsurfboard, SUP, wakeboard, waterskis, various inflatables including tow tubes and sofas, a Jungle Jim and swim step, fishing equipment and fins and vests for all sizes and ages.

The 170-foot (51.8m) VERTIGO is a fine example of the yard’s talent and experience. Launched in 2007, she is steel-hulled, with a beam of 30.2-feet (9.2m) and a draft of 9.2-feet (2.8m). Her interior design is by Giorgio Vafiadis. A refit in 2020 has left VERTIGO in excellent condition. She boasts a new white exterior, new carpets and entertainment systems and restored decks.

Guest accommodation comprises a main-deck king-sized master suite with an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom. She also has three VIP staterooms – one on the upper deck and two on the lower deck, all with Jacuzzi bathrooms. She has a further three twin cabins.

Guests can enjoy the ocean to the full of an incredible variety of water toys. Sea-Doos and SeaBobs, paddleboards, skis, inflatables and wakeboards are just a few of the attractions. There are also two Egret electric scooters for exploring ashore.

PRESENTING VERTIGO

In 2011, Alloy Yachts of New Zealand launched sail yacht VERTIGO. In specific, their largest yacht to date. At 837 GRT, the 67.2-meter Alloy Yacht VERTIGO was the largest luxury sailing charter vessel. Specifically, to be built in the Southern Hemisphere. It took 29 months to build and design by Philippe Briand.

ADDITIONAL ALLOY YACHTS

The owner challenged Briand to design a yacht. In specific, one that is large and is “sensitive to sail.”  When sailing in strong winds, she reaches speeds of almost 20 knots. When light winds are present, she outperforms all other luxury sailing charter vessels.  She is truly magnificent.

SWIMMING POOL

The design of the exterior areas allows guests to be outside, yet sheltered from the elements. The aft cockpit has a large hard-top featuring lateral sliding windows. The flybridge is open as well but can be protected by a removable bimini top. The sun pads at the rear of the cockpit conceal a swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The interior design is by Christian Liaigre. The lower deck layout offers four guest rooms and a large owner’s cabin aft. The passage from this cabin leads directly to the lazarette and swim platform.

The saloon on the main deck has natural light. Most surfaces are white with tinted walnut and black sandblasted wood accents. Complementary furniture has been custom design to match perfectly with the sporty spirit of the yacht.
