A ribbon cutting was held Monday for Holiday Inn Club Vacations Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort. The new 152-villa resort is located across the street from the company’s South Beach Resort on South Ocean Boulevard.

Company executives and Myrtle Beach Mayor Brenda Bethune attended Monday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“The opening of Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort is a significant milestone for our city and its tourism industry,” Bethune said in a statement. “This resort represents not only a new destination for travelers seeking luxury accommodations and unparalleled amenities, but also a vital addition to our tourism landscape.”
