HEMISPHERE, the world's largest sailing catamaran, is designed to deliver incredible experiences. She has a PADI-certified, Nitrox-capable dive centre for up to 12 guests and Captain Gavin is a qualified dive instructor with encyclopaedic knowledge and infectious passion for marine life in this divers' paradise. There is a 16.4m (53.8ft) sports fishing tender for exploring ashore and reaching special dive sites as well as tournament-standard fishing capabilities.

With a 16.6m (54.5ft) beam, her deck spaces are vast. From her flybridge jacuzzi and al fresco dining areas to her shaded spaces on the main deck aft and the sunbathing trampoline forward where you can watch dolphins play underway, she covers every base for relaxation and entertainment. The two VIP cabins on the main deck each have access to a terrace lounge forward and her award-winning interiors are refined yet instantly welcoming.

Right from the start, HEMISPHERE is in a league of her own. The world's largest luxury charter catamaran, HEMISPHERE boasts the ultimate fusion of extravagance and dynamic performance. This stunning 44.2m (145') sailing yacht commands unrivalled presence whether sailing or at anchor. HEMISPHERE will be available for charter in the stunning destinations of the Grenadines and Costa Rica until May 2024 and then in the idyllic islands of French Polynesia from August 2024.

Built by Pendennis and designed by renowned naval architects and multihull specialists, Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost, her interior concept by Michael Leach Design can be described as "Polynesian Six Star Luxury": 15 varieties of stone, 18 different leathers, a soothing palette and blend of finishes including walnut soles, brushed oak and wengé, make HEMISPHERE a charter connoisseur's dream.

At 44.2m, her imposing size allows ample room for all the luxuries her charter guests could desire. A performance catamaran, HEMISPHERE is stable at sea as well and quick to respond when her 2 x 490hp Caterpillar engines are employed. HEMISPHERE accommodates up to 12 charter guests, and no two staterooms are identical. The two VIP masters are located forward of the main saloon, both with ensuite shower rooms. These staterooms can be adapted into a single master suite via a retractable joining door. In addition charter guests are accommodated in 2 double staterooms plus a twin stateroom with two pullman berths, all with ensuite shower rooms. The TV room on the main deck, boasts a Kaleidescape system where charter guests can choose from hundreds of movies and games. Wi-Fi and socket connections, Satcom and Cellular communications facilities, Satellite TV, iPod docking stations and MP3 connections are throughout the vessel. There's a 61" plasma TV in the lower saloon, 42" plasmas in the VIP staterooms and 32" LCD TVs in charter guest staerooms.

Outside, the flybridge affords massive deck space for recreation, and an inviting seating area surrounds the spa pool. The main aft deck features a fascinating oval-shaped glass table, etched with a map of the world's seven continents. The lavish formal dining area is located on the deck below.

As for water sports and toys, HEMISPHERE'S options are nearly limitless for charter guests. In addition to an 8.2m Scorpion tender with 315hp Yamaha inboard, HEMISPHERE comes equipped with a 16.4m (54ft) F&S custom sport fishing boat for game fishing, diving and guest excursions. There is a 4.5m Castoldi jet wave rider with Yanmar 125hp engine, full scuba diving gear for 12 guests, water skis, five water scooters, two Seabobs, wake boards, kneeboard, kayaks, paddle boards, tow toys, a 4.8m inflatable water trampoline and a 1m high 2.4m professional diving board!

Hemisphere was launched by Pendennis in 2011 as the world’s largest privately owned sailing catamaran, at 44.2m LOA. One of the most unique and imposing launches in our 35-year history, she turns heads due to her sheer scale, but equally impressive is the level of luxurious detail within her interior spaces and range of on-board facilities.

Pendennis partnered with leading multihull naval architects Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost (VPLP) – designers of the 33rd America’s Cup winning multihull. Their innovative design formed the large cross-deck into their trademark ‘ailes de mouette’ which not only dispersed the up-draft wave motion, but also housed the large 12-person tender. One of the more challenging aspects of Hemisphere’s design were the bomb bay doors in the cross-deck, uniquely designed to enable the storage of the tender.

Following her launch, we were delighted to be able to exhibit Hemisphere at Monaco Yacht Show in 2011. Welcoming over 600 guests on board during the week, it was one of our busiest but most rewarding shows.

The Hemisphere is the world’s largest catamaran, showcasing sheer extravagance, luxury and performance.

The 145.01ft/44.2-meter vessel was built in 2011 by Pendennis, and its elegant exterior was designed by Van Peteghem Lauriot Prevost (VPLP).

Michael Leach is responsible for the exquisite interior design work, and the Hemisphere has won multiple awards for its design, architecture and layout.

The Hemisphere sleeps up to 12 guests in its 5 rooms. The rooms include 2 VIP staterooms, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin, each offering a comfortable and contemporary place to relax after long days at sea.

The Hemisphere has a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 13 knots, offering guests a smooth cruise for all on board.

Entertainment is key, and you’ll find a 61” plasma in the lower salon and a Kaleidescape system with hundreds of movies – ideal for any movie buff. Two dive instructors are also on hand to help you perfect those dives, and a custom sport fishing boat is ideal for game fishing.

Views are plentiful, and the catamaran offers a stunning perspective of the ocean. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable for guests even on the hottest of days, and the open seating areas offer guests a truly sumptuous sailing experience.

Dining and living areas are spacious, stylish and functional, and on board Wi-Fi connection makes catching up on emails or updating social media easy.

When it comes to entertainment, you’ll find scuba-diving equipment, wake boards, a kneeboard, windsurfers, kayak, fishing equipment, 5 x Seadoo sea-scooters, 4 x mountain bikes, and an inflatable trampoline.

Standing at a proud 44.20 metres, this Pendennis catamaran Hemisphere is one of the most striking catamarans of her kind. Her royal blue exterior glistens as she glides through waves at ease. Originally build in 2011, Hemisphere has since received several maintenance refits ensuring she is in top-class conditions for those wishing to charter.

The interior of this magnificent catamaran, Hemisphere is just as impressive as the exterior. The exquisite and unique work of Michael Leach Design is seen in every last detail. The ultra-modern, ultra-luxurious interior décor is superior to that of a five star hotel. It offers the utmost comfort and luxury for all on board. The salon features several separate lounging areas and provides ample room for a maximum of 12 guests to sit back and relax in style. This living space is beautifully decorated with glamorous throw-pillows and aesthetic flower vases, all adding to that super posh atmosphere.

Accommodation

The Pendennis catamaran Hemisphere holds five splendid cabins and has the capacity to sleep 12 guests comfortably. Each cabin is as tastefully decorated as the next, with shiny oak flooring and pristine white bedding. The grand collection of finishing touches accumulate to create a truly blissful ambience in each cabin. Guests feel instantly relaxed and can enjoy the most perfect night sleep. The cabin configuration consists of 2 master cabins located in front of the main saloon and 2 double cabins. As well as 1 twin cabin with two pullmans. Each cabin also has its own private en suite/ shower room.

The outdoor deck provides just as much comfort and luxury as indoors. The aft deck area features a large dining table which is meticulously set for meal times. Here guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared by the top-class chef whilst taking in the breath-taking scenery of Fiji, French Polynesia, Tonga or Vanuatu. The aft features large sun pads and sofas perfect for relaxing. The bridge deck provides for the perfect chill-out spot for all. Hemisphere, world's largest luxury sailing catamaran, delivered by Pendennis

Following her launch last month, Hemisphere has recently been delivered by Pendennis and is currently cruising the Côte d'Azur. At 44.2m, she is the world's largest luxury sailing catamaran.

Hemisphere was designed by leading multihull naval architects Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost (VPLP), and has a Michael Leach interior. She boasts a spacious flybridge with jacuzzi, sunpads and shaded dining along with a vast indoor/outdoor living area on the main deck. Her relaxed, elegant interior is the epitome of contemporary chic and the yacht’s exceptional volume offers a high degree of luxury without a trace of glitz.

Accommodation for 12 guests is arranged in five comfortable en-suite cabins and the yacht will operate with a professional crew of eight.

Burgess has been appointed to manage the yacht’s charter programme which will commence this winter in the Caribbean with rates starting at €175,000 per week. Following this, she will transit the Panama Canal into the South Pacific for summer 2012.

Hemisphere will be on display at the Monaco Yacht Show next month, and we will also be featuring her in Boat International magazine in the near future.

Fifteen types of stone, 18 different leathers, and a variety of finishes including walnut soles, brushed oak and wengé, mark a distinctively astonishing interior decorum best described as “Polynesian Six Star Luxury”.

Outside, the fly-bridge presents tremendous deck space for recreation, while an inviting seating area surrounds an irresistible spa pool. The main aft deck features a unique oval-shaped glass table intricately etched from beneath its surface with a contoured map of the world’s seven continents. The lavish formal dining area resides on the deck below.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided for up to 12 guests , with two identical master suites on the main deck which can be merged to form one huge suite with access to the trampolines and a small seating area.

A further two double cabins, and an additional twin suite with two pullmans are all outfitted in five-star Polynesian style.

As one would expect from the most luxurious catamaran in the world, Hemisphere hosts the very latest audio-visual and communications equipment on board, as well as a crew of eight to tend to every need, including two diving instructors.

She is one of the yachting world’s most eagerly-awaited catamarans.  Sailing catamaran HEMISPHERE launched in July 2011.  Her build is Pendennis. In specific, Pendennis Shipyard in the United Kingdom.  Sailing catamaran HEMISPHERE was previously the world’s largest luxury sailing catamaran.

Sail catamaran HEMISPHERE is 44.2 meters in overall length. Pendennis Shipyard Ltd built the yacht.  Her design is by multihull naval architects Van Peteghem Lauriot Prevost (VPLP).  They designed 33rd America’s Cup-winning multihull.  Michael Leach Design created her interior.   The teams created a groundbreaking yacht.  She has an innovative design. In specific, it blends speed and stability with space and style.

The yacht has a draft of just over 3 meters.  She explores shallow draft destinations off-limits to deeper draft superyachts.

Her decks and rigging are uncluttered. Visible deck hardware is minimal.  The 190-foot tall mast soars into the air.  In specific, free of spreaders.  All lines run internally.  In specific, inside the mast. Tenders stow out of sight. This adds to the clean deck lines.  A port transom houses water toys.  The dive locker has a large hydraulic swim platform.

Her build is specifically for the Caribbean yacht charter market.  The multihull has an enormous flybridge with Jacuzzi tub. In addition, sun pads and shaded dining.  Further, A roomy indoor/outdoor living area complements the main deck.

Michael Leach Design created a relaxed, elegant interior. It is the epitome of contemporary styling. Subsequently, the catamaran’s amazing volume offers a high degree of luxury. In specific, without a hint of glitz.  The yacht has offset dark wood floors. Specifically by a neutral color scheme with many customized touches. For instance, seventeen different types of granite. World’s Largest Sailing Catamaran Hemisphere

Burgess Yachts, the yacht’s management company, recently announced that the 145-foot luxury sailing Catamaran Hemisphere has started sea trials in the United Kingdom in anticipation of delivery from Pendennis Shipyard. The owner officially takes delivery in late July, Hemisphere will become the largest sailing catamaran in the world, as well as the largest available for charter. The yacht was originally known as the Gemini Project and in 2008, was scheduled to be delivered from Derecktor Shipyards in the United States. In 2009  Pendennis won the contract to complete the build.

After she launches this summer, Catamaran HEMISPHERE will be used exclusively by the owner in the Mediterranean for the 2011 Summer Season. She will be moved to the Caribbean for her first season of charter this winter. HEMISPHERE will transit the Panama Canal for a 2012 summer  season in the South Pacific.

Luxury CATAMARAN HEMISPHERE is the largest sailing catamaran in the world at 44m (145ft). Her huge size means she can afford every luxury, as well as sail or motor at high speeds. Being a catamaran she is also very stable at sea. A draft of only 3m (9.8ft) ensures ease of maneuverability and access to ports and lagoons inaccessible to monohulls of comparable size. Decks and rig are remarkably uncluttered as visible deck hardware has been minimized, and the 53m (174ft) high mast soars free of spreaders with all lines running internally. Tenders are also ingeniously stowed out of sight, and the port transom houses a full watersports and dive locker served by a large hydraulic swim platform. World’s largest luxury catamaran HEMISPHERE opens for Tahiti yacht charters

The multi-award-winning 44m/145ft superyacht HEMISPHERE is now available to charter throughout  French Polynesia  in destinations such as  Tahiti and Bora Bora.

Launched by Pendennis in 2011, HEMISPHERE is a sleek and stylish luxury catamaran with flexible accommodation provided for 12 guests across five immaculately-furnished cabins.

This winter, she will be taking guests on Tahiti yacht charter vacations around the South Pacific island chain. Charterers can expect to experience the untouched beauty of this spectacular region, with its azure lagoons, bright white sandbars and lush tropical forests.

Primed for outdoor living, the flybridge of the catamaran is sure to be the socal hub during the day. A mosaic-tiled jacuzzi, a table etched with a map of the world and a block of sun pads in the midst of it all create a relaxed yet sociable ambience.

There is an al fresco dining area here too, but guests will find a more spacious option on the main deck aft, where there are also further places to catch some sun and drink in the vistas of Tahiti.

Charterers can expect to experience the untouched beauty of this spectacular region, with its azure lagoons, bright white sandbars and lush tropical forests.

Extending trampolines on the forward terrace offer an additional place to unwind or have some fun bouncing while the yacht is at anchor. There is also a dive platform which guests can use should they wish to take a dip in the refreshing sea.

The superyacht is well-equipped for those looking to explore below the surface of the crystalline waters, which are home to thriving coral gardens and a diverse array of sea creatures. Two dive instructors are provided on board, with a dedicated dive room complete with air and nitrox fills.

There is also a treasure chest of water toys and accessories on board, so even the most thrill-seeking charter guests can enjoy their Tahitian  yacht charter vacation.

The interior of luxury yacht HEMISPHERE exudes a feeling of peace and tranquillity thanks to her comfortable but refined design, which follows a fittingly Polynesian-inspired theme. The communal spaces are ornamented in brushed oak and wenge wood, with leather and stone furnishings contributing to the overall effect.

Made for adventure, the catamaran is a popular charter yacht that has circumnavigated many of the world’s far-flung regions. Turning heads with her sheer size alone, she is the ideal yacht for exploring Tahiti on a private yacht charter vacation with friends and family.
