We are a big boating family with two boats of our own. We had a last minute opportunity to head down to Orange Beach for a long weekend with no time to get the boats ready! Found this rental opportunity last minute and very pleased we did. Communication and customer service were amazing and the pontoon boat we rented for the whole day was in amazing condition! The experience was everything we hoped it would be! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that is low key hassle free! We will definitely be coming back once the weather gets a bit warmer! Thank you! 🤙🏼

Great experience with their boat, all around! They were prompt on delivery and communicated throughout the rental to make sure we had everything we needed. The boat had all the necessary equipment and is in great shape! We will absolutely rent from them again in the future!

Excellent trip with Captain Randy. We did the sunset cruise which was excellent. We even saw several dolphins in the bay. Highly recommend as Captain Randy runs a professional and safe operation.

This was our first private sailboat ride in Orange Beach Al. And we had a blast! Captain Randy was great. Funny, informative, and very accommodating. There were six of us. Mema, gramps, mom, dad, and two teenagers. Captain Randy showed us some of the most valuable properties in Alabama. We were very happy with our sunset cruise. And we highly recommend This sailboat experience.

Great sunset cruise the other night. Randy is a fantastic captain and host. We booked the private sunset cruise for our anniversary. Our 1st try was rained out, but Randy was great at trying to accommodate and we made it at the end of the week. Thanks Randy. We will be back.

Would recommend anyone new to sailing to try the Orange Beach Sailing Charters. They provided good customer service up front and a better experience out on the water. My wife and I selected the 2 hour tour during the afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed being out on the water. Captain Randy was an excellent guide and offered much information about the area. Hope to get out there again in the future for a longer session.

Great experience. We took the sunset cruise. Private charter for 6 people. Hard pressed to find a better value. This was a relaxing cruise in the Gulf. Captain Randy is friendly, entertaining, and professional. So much better than riding in a boat with 60 strangers. Zero complaints. Couldn’t have been better.

Captain Randy was a delight to sail with. He was very knowledgeable and had lots of experience. We all felt extremely comfortable and safe in his hands. This was an amazing experience and a great company to rent from! Boats were well maintained and ran very well! Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future!

We rented the party barge pontoon with slide for the full day. The staff was super helpful and nice. They had an ice machine to fill our cooler. We spent the whole day exploring the bay and playing in the water. The kids and adults all loved it.

My family and I would like to thank you guys for an amazing day! Boat was comfortable and had plenty of power, thank you Thomas for being so helpful preparing the boat and helping plan our day of island hopping. We will definitely be back!

Great family friendly place to rent water sports equipment! We rented a center console boat and had an amazing afternoon trolling around the bay, the gulf, fishing and anchoring near a sand bar. If you are looking for a serene, peaceful hide-a-way with a breathtaking view, then Dock of the Bay is where you need to be! About the Home With sleeping accommodations for up to 8, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has plenty of room for guests to kick back and relax. This home features a master suite with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a “single sized bedroom” with a half bath attached. There is a bunk bed in this room to sleep 2.  Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 on a twin bed and a full-sized bed. The two guest rooms share the hallway bathroom. Dock of the Bay was simply wonderful! My family of five stayed here and really enjoyed the beautiful home and location. The house is so cozy, comfortable, and well kept. The location is perfect for boat watching, wildlife watching, fishing, and crabbing. We loved the screened in porch with beautiful views. My family had an excellent time and hope to return!

This house was just what we were looking for: quiet and on the water with lots of birds and boats to watch. Fishing wasn’t great, but it was pretty cold. Dolphins visited right up to the pier occasionally. We loved the house and its location.

We have stayed at Dock of the Bay twice now and I posted a review after the first visitWe truly loved our stay both times and lol I actually have been keeping an eye on reservations in August because we are planning a visit then. The house is awesome and both visits we have enjoyed everything about the house . We have never experienced any issues. It’s always been very peaceful and we have had everything we need . Booking is easy and no issues with the air or anything! It’s become our place to find some peace and quiet and enjoy the view from the back porch and the dock! The only thing I would say is if the elevator worked that would be great but if not I will still return and recommend this house to friends and family !

We were very happy in Dock of the Bay last August. Great location. Quiet. We seemed to be the only rental on the leafy street and our neighbor was very nice. We loved sitting by the water.Accommodation was very comfortable except for the bunk beds which were not comfortable and not stable.The kitchen was really well equipped which we appreciated as we always cook.We were told there was no outside grill, but there was one there. That was a bit annoying as we had dragged ours along!I would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the dock by the bay house. We had plenty of room for all of us. The dock was where we gathered every night for some night fishing and relaxing. A bonus was watching the dolphins every morning and evening. Thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home on the bay, and it suited our needs perfectly as a family of 5 adults plus 2 grandparents. It is a lovely home set back off the road in a quiet area and on the water. There were beds for all 7 adults, and the fact that it had 2 1/2 baths was very nice. We made a couple of meals in the well-equipped kitchen (Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots and pans, muffin tin, measuring cups/spoons, colanders, etc.) and stored lots of food in the refrigerator. Our guys enjoyed fishing from the long pier with non-slip decking (the only change I would make would be some sort of covering over at least part of the pier's deck.) They caught fish almost every day, we watched the beautiful sunsets each evening, and even saw a few dolphins swim by. The back screened porch with a lovely swing allowed those who wanted to be inside/outside to have a nice spot with such a great view. Part of our group even ate one of our meals on the porch at the high table and chairs. There were gracious plenty towels which was really nice. And best of all, there was plenty of comfy seating for all 7 of us to gather in the den each evening where we played games. The only real issue we had the entire time was that the internet at times was very spotty. I am sure that is more an internet provider issue than an owner issue. We just used cell data when it went out. Thanks so much for a very enjoyable home away from home!!

Easy to use and book stay. We booked a year ahead and had a flexible payment plan thru the year. Easy on line check in. When I did make a service call about internet it was taken care of within the same afternoon.

Flora-Bama Fishing Rodeo

Dates - June 7 & 8, awards on the 9th

Location - Flora-Bama Ole River Grill beach area

This fishing rodeo is a 3-day Captain's Choice Tournament. Anglers compete in 30 categories including red snapper.

The tournament has an epic beach party and award ceremony with daily weigh-ins. There is live music,  vendor booths, epic food, and all the fun.

Luke Bryan Concert - Mind of a Country Boy Tour

Date - June 14 and 15, 7 pm

Location - The Wharf Amphitheater

The Luke Bryan Concert also includes Chayce Beckham, Lily Rose, Josh Ross, and DJ Rock.

Tacos & Tequila Festival

Dates - June 22 & 34

Location - Baldwin County Fairground

Enjoy tacos including a taco eating contest, beer stein holding contest, toss the tacos, and so much more.

Blue angels practice.

Dates - June 4, 5 * , 11, 12, 18, 25, 26

Location - Pensacola Naval Air Station

Gates open at 9:30 am

The Blue Angels are scheduled to take off at 10:30 am

The dates with a * includes an autograph day in the museum following the Blue Angels Practice.

Practices last approximately 55 minutes. There are open bleacher seats for 500 people. You can also rent a chair for $6 (there are limited quantities of chairs).

Please note that backpacks, daypacks, luggage, or similar items are NOT allowed on the flight line during Blue Angel practice air shows.

You will need to have your ID to enter onto the Naval Air Station. Public access to NAS Pensacola is available only from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through the West Gate on Blue Angel Parkway.

One of my goals this summer is to get out on a jet ski tour and see the local dolphins. It feels like the perfect way to enjoy time on the water and get to see local wildlife.

Plus they just look like so much fun.

Jet Ski Rentals - You can rent a jet ski by the hour and head out independently to explore the back bays of Orange Beach.

Head out on the water and check out the local Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins that play in the back bays and Gulf.

Sunset Dolphin Sail

May is the perfect time to enjoy a sunset dolphin sail on the back bays of Orange Beach. This sailing tour leaves from the Wharf making it really easy to get to.

You can relax with a cold drink while watching dolphins frolicking nearby. As the sun goes down you can savor the warm weather and epic views from the sailboat.

This is one of our favorite date night activities on the water. It is so relaxing and the views are amazing.

Easy and friendly! My family rented bikes this morning from Chris for a ride around Shelby Lake in Gulf State Park! It was HOT but we had a great time! Chris got us set up quickly with 4 bikes and we were on our way! Highly recommend!!

My family and I stumbled on this place this week and will be back every time we are in Gulf Shores! The shop just opened so the bikes are brand new and the owner, Chris, is fantastic! He recommended bike trails for our family (kids aged 11, 8, 6, and 4) and suggested stops along the way for food and wildlife viewing (gators were the highlight!). When we had a flat tire on the trailer Chris rushed out with a pump and even brought us cold waters and coozies for our troubles. As a bonus you get a $1 discount on putt putt with your bike rental. My family and I enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to many more rides with Tiki's Bikes!

This place is outrageous!!! We tried to rent 6 bikes, but soon changed our mind after it was going to cost $600 (for 4 days!!!). The owner told us he would give us unlimited golf if we paid the $600, but even then it still wasn't worth it. Go to infinity cycle rentals instead, they are further away but the prices are cheaper.

Chris is amazing! Great bikes! All the fun! Highly recommend if you need a bike for a day or for a long weekend. Chris was prompt and answered all of our questions! Will be back!
