“The owner’s really into his music and likes to listen at the highest possible definition,” said Cannarsa. “The sound system is so powerful it’s typically only used at 40 percent of the volume.”

Nestled in the space between the master suite and the main salon is the coolest area on board—a self-contained multimedia room that accommodates private retreats into a world of music. With the extra-thick, sound-proofed doors open, the room serves as a corridor. Closed, it becomes a melomaniac’s bolt hole equipped with a two high-definition speaker sound system with sub woofers and a large television screen.

“It’s more sound-proofed than any other area on board, so even when it’s late and his wife is sleeping, he can use this media room without disturbing anyone,” says Cannarsa.

The name UV II references the yacht’s ultraviolet name plate that glows neon pink at night and the 20 underwater hull lights that light up the surrounding waters. The interior, designed by Luca Dini, features backlit wall panels, televisions camouflaged as mirrors, and textured paneled ceilings. “The owner looked at other Dini-designed interiors and was drawn to his paired-back style, but it was UV II ’s connection with the outdoors that truly won him over,” says Cannarsa.

On the upper deck is a large circular dining table for up to 14 guests. It’s surrounded by large glass sliding doors that close during colder weather or open to merge in warmer temperatures with the aft deck. A mesh partition keeps the sun out and the sea air in.

A side balcony in the asymmetrical main deck owner’s suite is a favorite nook for taking morning coffee. There is a second private owner’s area forward of the bridge deck for breakfast. Once meals are cleared away, the table drops down and converts into a large sunpad for relaxing.

UV II is the owner’s third yacht, and he used his previous cruising experience for several custom requests. These include the use of marble throughout the bathrooms, a day head on every level and outfitting the captain’s cabin to the same standard as the five guest suites. He also pushed the guest-area ceiling heights to a generous six feet, eight inches.

A key mandate was for a dedicated beach club at the stern with a lounge and its own wine fridge, typically stocked with a collection of New World whites. The beach club, which is accessed at anchor via the lifting transom, is dappled in natural light from the skylight above, created by the glass-bottomed plunge pool on the main deck aft. Mirrors at the rear of the space reflect the far-reaching ocean, but it gives the illusion of being able to see all the way through to the forward end of the boat.

The beach club opens onto a large swim platform, ideal for watersports activities. The toys and one tender are stored forward, out of sight. A second tender is launched from a side garage.

The yacht is now listed through Cannarsa for about $26.6 million.

ISA Yachts gives first look inside 45m UV II ahead of Monaco Yacht Show

ISA Yachts has provided a first look inside its latest 45-metre Gran Turismo superyacht ahead of her debut at this year's Monaco Yacht Show . 

Named UV II , the steel and aluminium yacht was delivered in July 2023 after construction was completed at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard in Ancona, Italy. She is currently listed for sale with Fraser , asking €24,900,000.

The sporty profile is the work of Enrico Gobbi - Team for Design with a plumb bow, aft-learning radar arch and curved superstructure line that draws inspiration from modern sports cars. Naval architecture was completed in-house by the Italian yard.

Luca Dini Design & Architecture is responsible for the yacht's interior design, working with large windows that can be "opened on all decks" and a contemporary colour palette of gold and turquoise. 

A five-cabin layout accommodates a total of ten guests, with further provision for a crew of seven. A full-beam owner's cabin benefits from its own lobby, sofa, TV and bathroom, along with a balcony and private access to a forward lounge.

The main deck houses a mosaic swimming pool and sizeable external cockpit, comprised of a semi-circle configuration of structural sofas and side tables in shades of grey matched with emerald and acid green. Inside, the main saloon boasts a range of comfortable seating, including a large L-shaped sofa combined with two armchairs and a coffee table.

Up top, the fly deck has been designed as a second, more informal dining area with a bar area and a round table that can expand to seat up to 10 people.

At the stern, the beach club is enriched with chaise lounges, armchairs and a bathroom.

The yacht has a maximum speed of 15.4 knots and a cruise speed of 14 knots, and features a shallow draught of just over two metres that allows shoal water cruising. Tender storage can be found in a side-loading tender garage on the lower deck.

According to BOATPro , ISA Yachts has two yachts in build – including the new 80-metre flagship designed by Espen Øino – with another two projects currently in development.

FULL LOAD DISPLACEMENT

The latest jewel from ISA Yachts, a Palumbo Superyachts brand, is the 45-metre Gran Turismo. A superyacht with marked characteristics and stylistic features true to the DNA of the historic Ancona shipyard. A combination of sophisticated naval engineering and elegant shapes that marries detailed interiors with warm tones and a contemporary flair.

Palumbo Superyachts handled the naval engineering; Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design designed the exterior lines, and Luca Dini Design & Architecture penned the interior design.

The meticulous carpentry work has chiseled the fluidity of the lines in an extreme way to make this boat a true work of art.

Large windows that can be opened on all decks and a harmonious colour palette in shades of gold, sand and turquoise are the elements that characterize the interior spaces. Floors in natural oak laid with an irregular pattern give lightness to every area. Sections of light oak wood slats mounted on bands of black lacquered wood have been inserted into the walls and ceilings and enrich the interior still maintaining full balance between the elements of each area. 

Below deck we find 4 VIP cabins, two with twin beds that can be joined together, and two cabins with double beds, all with private bathrooms. At the stern, the beach club is enriched with chaise lounges, armchairs and a bathroom. The crew area has been positioned forward and can accommodate up to eight people into four cabins with bathrooms, as well as the comfortable dining area with adjoining laundry.

The large full-beam owner cabin is located on the main deck forward and includes entrance hall with sofa and TV, bathroom with double sink and walk-in wardrobe. A unique property of this area is the direct access to the forward outdoor lounge via a private staircase. The main saloon has a large L-shaped sofa combined with two armchairs with a golden aluminum structure and a coffee table. Two back-lit sides with metal front decorated with a geometric motif that give the room a pop touch are valuable add-ons. On the main deck the sizeable external cockpit features a semicircle configuration of structural sofas complete with side tables; shades of grey matched with emerald and acid green generate a young and fresh environment. The big swimming pool is covered in silver colored mosaic.

The forward upper deck houses the helm station and the Captain’s cabin, while amidships we find the round dining area with circular windows opening 180° onto the cockpit. The latter is equipped with structural sofas, armchairs, two coffee tables and several poufs.

The fly deck has been designed as a second more informal dining area and includes a bar area, a round table that can expand to seat up to 10 people and a sundeck.

Steel hull and aluminum superstructure, ISA GT 45 mounts 2 CAT C32 ACERT engines of 1300 hp each delivering a top speed of 15,4 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

The 5-metre tender is stowed in the side-opening starboard garage on the lower deck. At the bow, we find the rescue boat that just as the two jet skis kept in the hangar can be launched with a hydraulic crane.

The 45M ISA GRAN TURISMO motor yacht ULTRAVIOLET II is the latest masterpiece having left the Italian shipyard, representing the beautiful Italian design with fluid exterior lines and harmonious luxury interiors. With naval architecture by Palumbo Superyachts , and exterior design by Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design and Interiors by Luca Dini Design & Architecture , this superyacht is the perfect combination of style, safety, comfort and technology on water.

Amongst the main characteristics of her exterior design are the large windows, that can be opened on all decks, bringing the exterior environment inside the vessel. The interiors boast a calm colour palette of gold, sand and turquoise with floors in natural oak lain with an irregular pattern. The interior is further enriched with light oak wood slats mounted on bands of black lacquered wood inserted into the walls and ceilings.

Accommodation comprises four VIP cabins that are located on the lower deck, with two twin beds that can be converted into couples and two double cabins. All suites have one private bathroom. The master suite spreads full-beam of the vessel and has been placed on the main deck forward. This stateroom has a beautiful entrance hall with a sofa and a TV, a private ensuite bathroom with a double sign and a walk-in wardrobe. From here, there is direct access to the forward outdoor lounge via a private staircase.

The main saloon features a spacious L-shaped sofa and two armchairs with a golden aluminium structure, as well as a coffee table. The exterior aft area of the main deck boasts a semicircle sofa configuration with side tables. There is also a large swimming pool with silver-coloured mosaics.

The upper deck is home to the helm stations, the Captain’s cabin, and a lovely round dining area with circular windows opening 180° onto the cockpit. Sofas, armchairs, two coffee tables and a number of pouffes have been placed here.

Ultraviolet II is powered by two CAT C32 ACERT engines of 1300 hp each and reaches a top speed of 15,4 knots while her cruising speed is 14 knots.

She has a range of water toys as well as a 5m tender stowed in the side-opening starboard garage on the lower deck. At the bow, a rescue boat is stored as well as the two jet skis in the hangar, all of which can be launched via a hydraulic crane.

The ISA GT 45 features a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. It is powered by two CAT C32 ACERT engines, each with a horsepower of 1300, allowing for a top speed of 15.4 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

The 5-meter tender is stored in the side-opening starboard garage on the lower deck. There is a rescue boat at the bow, and both jet skis kept in the hangar can be launched using a hydraulic crane.

The monitoring results of the total (0.3–2.4 μm) and UV (0.28–0.32 μm) radiation in Tomsk in 2003–2010 are presented. In this period, stable radiation conditions were observed with an abnormally high income of total solar radiation in 2003. A tendency toward a drop of incoming UV-B radiation is noted; no significant effect of the total ozone content on variations in the UV-B radiation in warm periods is revealed.
