Similarly Blue Shores offers its own set of amenities, which include lakefront tennis courts on a peninsula, an outdoor pool with lake views, a recreation center with indoor swimming pool, party room with kitchen, workout room & library and access to the waterfront. Blue Shores also has a marina with privately owned slips for residents. The major difference between Lighthouse Point and Blue Shores is that Lighthouse is a larger property with many more units of both condos & townhouse style homes. This membership was created this season based on the demand of the “snowbirds”, who fly south in the winter months, with some who cannot legally reside in the United States more than six months a year, and others who have a second vacation home here and do not require a year-round membership. The criteria for our Seasonal Membership are the following: Seasonal Members and their family will have full access to all Club amenities and activities from November through April only. Seasonal Members’ primary residence must be outside the state of Florida. Seasonal Members will be responsible for the one-time Initiation Fee, Monthly Dues, and a Monthly Service Charge. There is no food & beverage minimum requirement for Seasonal Membership, due to the monthly service charge. Inquire within to learn more!

Lighthouse Point is one of Collingwood’s most popular waterfront condo communities due to location, amenities and the range of real estate options available. Lighthouse Point Real Estate

Lighthouse Point offers a diverse range of real estate options and price points. The area was developed in stages from 1990 to 2006. Some of the older units have electric heat and some have been totally updated while there are still some value priced units that can be updated at will. The newest phase, closer to the entrance was completed in 2006 and designed for more transient owners.

The most exclusive real estate option at Lighthouse is in the waterfront units. These stylish condos offer one floor living ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The units feature a deck or patio overlooking Georgian Bay. The buildings have an elevator and each unit has a detached garage with storage in the front courtyard.

The Garden Homes are popular as they have large patios or decks and offer some privacy. Designs include Bungalow Ranch, Garden Homes, 2 Storey Townhouse, some reverse floorplans, some with loft bedrooms. All units have either outdoor parking or garage.

Cindy is one of the principals of E & H Property Management. She assumed the role from her parents, Horst & Elisabeth. Cindy is the lead manager with 25 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems. Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career, from developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.

Cameron joined the LHP team in September 2014 and is responsible for the overall management of Shared Facilities and the Lighthouse Point Marina.  Customer service, contract negotiation, financial management and working with the variety of LHP committees are also included in his responsibilities.  Cameron was awarded his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in February, 2016. 

Cameron and his wife Jennifer live in Collingwood with their daughter Katelyn and son Ethan.  As a family, they enjoy tennis in the summer and skiing in the winter.  In his spare time Cameron is actively involved with the Collingwood Community Tennis Club, recently being appointed Chair of the club.
