Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 Cast: Where Are They Now?

Here's what happened to Daisy, Colin, Captain Glenn and the rest of the Parsifal crew.

Considering the series filmed in August 2020, viewers are curious about the whereabouts of our Sailing Yacht favorites...and, more importantly, how the cast and crew managed to film for several weeks amid lockdown. As it turns out, the location of this season was chosen intentionally. At that time, Croatia remained one of few countries in the EU to accept American tourists. In a Reddit AMA , a producer for the show also explained that maintaining safety protocols (which likely included regular Covid testing) was key in filming this season.

Here's what happened to your favorite crew members from Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2:

Colin Macrae

Colin Macrae might serve as the Chief Engineer aboard the Parsifal III, however, when it comes to the inner workings of his relationship, things aren’t as black and white. Despite gushing over his relationship with Martina Alvarez last summer, Macrae revealed that he and Martina have officially parted ways. “Unfortunately my relationship with Martina came to an end a couple of months ago,” Colin captioned his most recent YouTube video . Although his romance is no more, Colin remains optimistic for what’s to come as he embarks on a “fresh start” in none other than Panama. Colin has also continued his efforts in creating content online documenting his many adventures in Linton Bay, Panama , where he’s resided over the course of the last few months.

Glenn Shephard

Captain Glenn Shephard is back and better than ever! The sailboat captain may only have 2 seasons of Below Deck under his belt, but his 20 years of experience certainly make him a notable addition to the Bravo family. Since his summer in Croatia last year, Gl enn has since moved to Spain , which Shephard has deemed his new “happy place.” While becoming a Bravo-lebrity can go to one’s head, Glenn has remained modest when it comes to his newfound fame. The star now offers Zoom sessions with fans of the show, where he dishes on behind-the-scenes details all while sipping cocktails on the Spanish coast.

First Officer Gary King walked away from his very first season on Below Deck Sailing Yacht feeling nothing but grateful. “Reminiscing about the last 6 weeks that have just flown by. I learned lessons that I’ll carry for life,” Gary wrote on Instagram . While fans have been rooting for him and fellow stewardess, Alli Dore to set sails on a possible romance, it appears as King has been flying solo since the series ended. After traveling about to a number of stunning locations, including Mallorca, Spain, Gary returned home to South Africa just in time for Christmas. The Bravo star has since remained in his home country, occupying himself with a series of visits to the golf range and a new passion for landscape photography and cooking.

Natasha De Bourg

The Michelin-star chef has been tuning in this season from her home in the Bahamas, and, well, she hasn't taken to it favorably. The star has posted a series of pics on her Instagram detailing her frustrations with herself on the show, claiming that she is “human and humans are imperfect.” Luckily for Natasha, her friendship with both Dani and Alli has blossomed immensely since wrapping up, and the two have been a huge support for Natasha as she cruises through these waves of criticism.

Daisy Kelliher

Being the Chief Stewardess on any yacht is no easy feat, and Daisy Kelliher is certainly feeling the burn. Following her time at sea in Croatia, Daisy, unfortunately, broke her wrist and found herself back home with mom and dad in Ireland . During lockdown, Daisy accepted a job in Antigua two months later, however, due to the current situation, her efforts at finding adventure fell flat. “I had completely lost myself,” Daisy captioned her photo on Instagram , revealing she began pushing friends away and entered a dark space. Luckily for the Below Deck star, she feels like herself again and is set to start a new job. During a live chat, Daisy revealed to co-star, Sydney Zaruba that she is most likely headed back to Europe, although she’s left much of what she’ll be doing a mystery.

Dani Soares

Dani Soares soared to being a fan favorite this current season and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. Soares, who reigns all the way from Brazil, has gone on to make quite a name for herself since her summer in Croatia. The star currently resides in Sydney, Australia where she is expecting her very first child. Dani revealed the news on social media back in April, however, both her due date and daddy status remain unknown. Although fans have inquired who the father is, Soares made it clear that it isn’t “anybody’s business.” As she embarks on her journey towards motherhood, Dani is currently working as a beauty therapist in the land down under all while taking in her recent rise to fame.

Alli Dore is the third stewardess to join the hit Bravo series, and boy are we glad she did. After wrapping up her summer in Croatia, Alli returned home to Australia, where she was born and raised. Her love for boating didn’t stop when the summer did, as she went on to spend her time in the Whitsundays Islands. As for Alli’s personal life, the star made an appearance on the Unpopular podcast where she revealed that she is pansexual. [I am] “attracted to people’s aura,” she revealed. Alli has gone on to start her very own IGTV series called Pita Party , which she stars in alongside Sailing Yacht co-stars, Daisy and Dani.

Sydney Zaruba

Sydney Zaruba found herself in quite the love triangle last summer in Croatia, but today, she is all about keeping her inner circle small. Sydney, who was born and raised in Florida, moved on over to the stunning island of Mallorca, Spain where she currently works on a 42-meter sailing yacht! This is nothing new for Sydney; considering her experience on Below Deck and, of course, her long history of sailing with her family. In addition to being at sea, Sydney decided to become a travel agent with Explorateur Travel. While the cast of Sailing Yacht has gone their separate ways since the summer ended, Sydney still managed to bump into none other than Captain Glenn on the streets of Palma.

Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux

Jean-Luc may be the youngest Below Deck crew member but he certainly makes up for it in height? Following his summer working on the Parsifal III, Jean-Luc traveled to Mallorca, Spain, an idea many of his co-stars had as well. Shortly after, the 25-year-old made his way on over to Costa Rica , which he’s called home for the last several months. Despite the remarkable views, Jean-Luc is entering some rocky waters as a plethora of rumors have surfaced questioning his role in Dani Soares’ pregnancy. Not only have fans been flooding his social media with questions concerning whether he’s the father or not, but fellow charter guest, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow also went on to add fuel to the fire. In an Instagram video posted back in April, Barrie claimed that Jean-Luc “was too busy getting the other one [Dani] pregnant … He’s gonna be a daddy,” he said. While Dani laughed off the comment, Jean-Luc has yet to address the rumors.

Meet The Season 2 Cast Of Below Deck Sailing Yacht

Prepare for messy romances and a lot of tension.

Season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht features almost an entirely new cast . The only person fans will recognize is Captain Glenn Shephard, the leader fo the Parsifal III yacht who also captained the ship in Season 1. But with so many new crew members comes the potential for a ton of new drama.

Already, the Bravo website is teasing that the chief stew will butt heads with the chef, complicated romances will emerge, and tensions will be high due to pandemic protocols that required the crew to stay on board at all times. Captain Glenn is usually able to stay pretty cool in tough situations, he has his limits . If his staff isn't living up to his expectations, things could get rough. But as the captain teased to E! News, he tried his best to let the cast relax while also pushing them to stay on task. "Working on a yacht in a busy charter season is a bit of a pressure cooker," he said. "So, when there are not guests around, I will let them blow off a little steam — but I want to keep my eye on it, so it doesn't get out of hand." Of course, the trailer hints that things did exactly that .

Captain Glenn Shephard

According to his Bravo bio, Captain Glenn got his start in the sailing industry as a deckhand and worked his way up to captain over the course of two decades. His full-time job for the last 11 years has been as captain of the Parsifal III, the yacht featured in the show.

Natasha De Bourg

The Season 2 chef is Natasha De Bourg, who was trained in Europe and worked as an executive chef in France at L'Ardoise prior to diving into the yachting world. She's been working as a yacht chef for three years now. And when she's not cooking, she's making all her Instagram followers jealous with her glamorous travel photos .

Daisy Kelliher

Sailing is in Daisy's blood: her grandfather Eddie Kelliher was one of Ireland's Olympic sailors in 1964. She joins the Bravo cast as the yacht's Chief Stew, but she's been in yachting for years. Her Instagram shows that she's almost always on a boat, including during the 2018 St. Barths Bucket Regatta race.

Colin Macrae

Prior to joining Below Deck Sailing Yacht , Colin spent eight years as a yacht engineer on various other vessels. These days, he's also a YouTuber and vlogs about his various sailing adventures for his nearly 100,000 subscribers.

Dani Soares

Dani is the Second Stew aboard the yacht, and she has eight years of experience in the field . Those eight years have helped her visit 69 countries , according to her Instagram. Now, Below Deck Sailing Yacht will further her travels.

The other deckhand is Jean-Luc, the youngest member of the crew . Before he joined the sailing world, he played college football for the Charlotte 49ers in North Carolina. But he's spent a lot of his life around water and on boats , fishing with his dad , so he's not starting in the sailing world with no sea knowledge at all.

Eddie Lucas is Commanding the Harbor Waters

Eddie climbed to the ranks of a bosun in season 2. Originally a Deckhand, he claimed the position of First Officer on the Bravo reality show. After returning to the show for eight seasons, he hung his robes and departed from the franchise. The reality TV star has now taken up a life outside entertainment and is the Captain of a Harbor Tug Boat in the Baltimore Harbor. Eddie even managed to purchase a home in Baltimore but also revealed in an interview that Bravo has been paying him less than other cast members.

The 38-year-old now likes to spend his time sailing across the Caribbean and other exotic locations. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his dog, Bert, and his partner. Eddie was also speculated to have left the show because of his disagreement with Rayna Lindsey and alleged homophobic comments. However, the television personality has not addressed these rumors.

Kelley Johnson is A dvocating for Mental Health Today

Along with his sister Amy Johnson, former Marine Kelley Johnson channeled his love for fishing and water through ‘Below Deck.’ He eventually left the series after season 4 and has since explored other opportunities. Kelley works as an Emotional Support Advocate for people with mental health issues. The veteran also runs his YouTube channel called The Military Guy and regularly posts self-help videos.

Moreover, Kelley has discovered his penchant for photography and videography and now explores his fascination with the lens. The television personality currently helms the Ship of Fools – 68 Viking as the Captain. Based in Fort Lauderdale, the 36-year-old enjoys all aspects of life with his friends and family.

Andrew Sturby is Working in Fashion Retail

Despite lying about his credentials, Andrew managed to savor his spot on ‘Below Deck,’ thanks to Captain Lee’s discretion. Yet, he still failed to perform his duties righteously and instead spent more time engaging with the guests. Ultimately, Andrew couldn’t live up to the responsibilities and was fired from the show.

Since he departed from the show, Andrew has primarily kept his life under wraps. Now in his 30s, he no longer prefers to share his life on social media with his fans. Jennice Ontiveros is Producing and Voice Acting in the Entertainment Industry

Despite her short stint on the series, Jennice made history by becoming the first female Deckhand on the show. Outside the show, her romance with ex-Marine Kelley Johnson didn’t blossom the way they had anticipated. Instead of moving in together, Jennice and Kelley were embroiled in an online altercation and ultimately soured towards one another during the reunion episode.

Nevertheless, the television personality managed to put behind the drama and has since gained a career in entertainment and production. She has done voiceovers for ‘Adventures of Aladdin,’ and ‘Create Together.’ Jennice has even worked as a Producer on ‘School of Chocolate,’ and ‘MasterClass: Talking Shop.’ The Native New Mexican is based in Los Angeles and is vocal for the SAG Writers Strike. While being a Bravo celebrity might be overwhelming, Glenn has stayed humble about his newfound status. While sipping drinks on the Spanish shore, the celebrity now gives Zoom sessions with fans of the program, where he spills on behind-the-scenes insights.

Colin MacRae

Colin MacRae, a seasoned sailor, spent 13 years as a Chief Engineer aboard superyachts before joining Parsifal III for his Season 2. On January 23, the head engineer shared the first official photo of himself and his girlfriend, Silvia Latini, on Instagram, announcing their significant relationship. "Everyone meet [Silvia]. She’s my girlfriend. Been almost a year now but we chose to keep it private. But we announced it on YouTube today," Colin wrote. In the comments of the Instagram post, Colin and Silvia received a lot of love from the Below Deck Sailing Yacht clan, including Captain Glenn Shephard, Sydney Zaruba, and Dani Soares, all of whom conveyed their fondest wishes for the couple.

Gary's 12 years of experience shows in the way he manages his deck crew, having commanded smaller boats and run the deck on several busy yachts. Gary is also famous for hooking up with his crewmates and has a party animal in him that pops out when the occasion is perfect. Gary was shown making out with Daisy Kelliher in the most recent teaser, which stunned many fans. Gary King first boarded the yacht Parsifal III in March 2021, while it was cruising in Croatia. Fans were unclear if he will return in Season 3 after the conclusion of Season 2. He surprised his followers, though, by uploading a photo on Instagram of himself formally joining the third season.

Natasha de Bourg

Chef Natasha is a Trinidadian who studied culinary arts in Europe before working at Michelin-starred restaurants. This season's chef, Marcos Spaziani, will be taking over the kitchen from Natasha De Bourg, and he'll be serving up some fire!

Daisy Kelliher

He said, on the other hand, that all he wanted was a paternity test to be sure. Lanaux has confirmed that he is the father of Dani Soares' baby Lily-Rose, and is now learning to co-parent with his co-star.

Capt. Glenn and his comeback team Daisy Kelliher, Gary King and Colin MacRae resume their responsibilities aboard Parsifal III, along with new, dynamic crew members, as they set sail in Sardinia, Italy.

There was baby drama after Season 2 when second stew Dani Soares announced that she was pregnant with Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux’s child. Jean-Luc requested a DNA test , which confirmed he was the father of Dani’s daughter.

And Gary participated in too many romances. During Season 2, he romanced both deckhand Sydney Zaruba and stew Alli Dore .

Below Deck and its various spin-offs have seen many different crews throughout the seasons, although some worked more efficiently together than others. While some seasons have featured great interior crews and less likable deck crews, others have been the opposite. It only takes one bad crew member to ruin a team, which is something the Below Deck franchise has seen no shortage of.

These Below Deck crews , on the other hand, showcased excellent teamwork throughout the entire season and worked well together as a team. During these seasons, the interior and exterior teams worked efficiently together to give charter guests the best yachting experience possible.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 was not only one of the spin-off’s best seasons but also featured some of the best teamwork ever witnessed on Below Deck. After a dull first season, Sailing Yacht returned with an entirely new cast, apart from Captain Glenn Shephard .

Sailing Yacht Season 2 was when viewers were first introduced to Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher , who maintained a great relationship with 2nd and 3rd Stews Dani Soares and Alli Dore . The three women were arguably one of the best interior crews Below Deck has ever seen, and worked efficiently together all season to give charter guests the best possible experience.

Colin MacRae and Gary King also made their debut on Season 2, long before their infamous love triangle with Daisy . Back then, the three were actually good friends and managed to work well together without any awkward drama in the middle. Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux was also a key team player and made a great Deckhand, who of course worked well with his love interest Alli.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4

When it comes to yacht-wide teamwork, Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 is another season that comes out on top. Captain Sandy Yawn of course led the entire team, and surprisingly worked well with a lot of the season’s crew members. Season 4 featured another great interior team, led by Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier along with 2nd and 3rd Stews Aesha Scott and Anastasia Surmava .

Anastasia was the biggest team player on Season 4, after she stepped in as Chef after Mila Kolomeitseva failed to do the job. While Anastasia did not have culinary training, she nonetheless did a great job as Chef and did not let the pressure from Captain Sandy bother her.

Aesha was also involved in a boatmance with Deckhand Jack Stirrup , which prompted them to work well together also. While Aesha and Jack were likable as a couple, they were also both great team players on their own. Jack was a fan favorite, and of course a valuable asset to the exterior team.

The exterior team also worked effectively together, with Bosun João Franco and Deckhand Colin Macy-O’Toole being stand-out personalities this season. Both the interior and exterior teams took their jobs extremely seriously this season and worked well together to have a great charter season.

Below Deck Season 4

Finally, while Below Deck Season 4 certainly featured some chaotic moments, it ultimately demonstrated great teamwork as well. Captain Lee Rosbach led the team with his sassy and dramatic ways, but was likable nonetheless. Kate Chastain served as Chief Stew this season, with arguably the best interior team in Below Deck history. 2nd and 3rd Stews Emily Warburton-Adams and Sierra Storm worked extremely hard all season.

Kelley Johnson did an excellent job as Bosun this season, and Ben Robinson also worked hard to pull his weight as Chef. While Deckhand Trevor Walker threatened to hurt the team at the beginning of the season, things returned to normal after he was fired by Captain Lee. While the work of the interior team is really what made the teamwork on Season 4 stand out, the exterior team deserves some credit as well.

When it comes to the Below Deck franchise , teamwork is absolutely key. Below Deck yacht charters are unlike anything else, and require the highest amount of dedication and teamwork to be accomplished successfully. These three yacht teams truly brought their best, even if their seasons may have had a tiny bit of drama!

'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Midseason Trailer Sees More Drama, 2 New Cast Members and a Crew Departure

In the midseason trailer, fans will be introduced to two new crew members, Barnaby Birkbeck and Scarlett Bentley, and learn that Gabriela Barragán leaves the boat

Below Deck Sailing Yacht is back with new yachties and tensions on board!

The midseason trailer for the Bravo show follows the returning crew, including Daisy Kelliher, Ashley Marti, Gary King , Colin Macrae and Captain Glenn Shephard, as they continue to sail near the coast of Menorca, Spain on the Parsifal III.

Noticeably missing from the group is second stewardess Gabriela Barragán, who leaves the boat mid-season. However, fans will be introduced to two new crew members, Barnaby Birkbeck and Scarlett Bentley.

After arriving at the port, it didn't take long for the duo to create more drama in the vessel.

"Is that a new man I hear?" Ashley asks following Barnaby's entrance.

"Oh s—, here's trouble," says Gary in a confessional after meeting Scarlett.

Later in the clip, Chef Marcos Spazianai jokes about being distracted by one of the guests' outfit mishaps while serving them food on the yacht.

"It's hard to concentrate when you have a nipple saying, 'Hello, Marcos!'" he says of the guest's nip slip.

Booze and parties continue to be a major element among the crew members in the new episodes, which leads to some cast members getting intimate with each other. While discussing one of those situations in the clip, Ashley claims that she and Gary had been involved sexually.

"It happened. He can deny it, but I remember the f—ing penis in my vagina," Ashley says, to which Marcos notes, "Very explicit."

However, if he's given the opportunity, he would love to return to Below Deck Adventure because he wants to " continue the ADVENCHAA!! "

Captain Kerry's Below Deck Leadership Explained

Kerry titheradge has been the perfect below deck season 11 captain.

The social media user replied to say that they are really enjoying Kerry on Below Deck because he's fantastic as a captain and takes a hands-on approach to dealing with issues on board the yacht. Kerry then reacted with the folded hands emoji to indicate his appreciation of the compliment. The Below Deck star is great at responding to fans on social media. After the most recent episode of Below Deck season 11 saw a charter guest request a bell, @PortPalsPodcast sent Kerry a screenshot of a wireless doorbell, and Kerry responded that he'll " get right on that ," with a winking face emoji.

There were big shoes to fill when Captain Lee left Below Deck . Fortunately, Bravo chose to bring Kerry over from Below Deck Adventure . He's proven extremely capable of leading the crew and handling various issues as they come up. In a recent Below Deck episode, he did the right thing by firing Jared Woodin. In the same episode, he was faced with stew Cat Baugh going through a mental health crisis. He handled the situation perfectly and worked diligently to get Cat home as fast as possible. Kerry's leadership style is very much needed on Below Deck .

Each Below Deck captain has their own style they bring to the yacht. Captain Lee was grumpy and a curmudgeon, but he still commanded respect in a very admirable way; he was a great captain to have when Below Deck launched. Kerry, on the other hand, is far more approachable in the way he interacts with his crew without losing their respect or having them question his leadership. It would be great if he could star on both Below Deck and Below Deck Adventure , but if that doesn't happen, then at least he's on one show instead of none at all.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans will soon have the answers to some burning questions about Season 5 as the premiere nears.

As Monsters and Critics previously reported, Captain Glenn teased the next season of the sailing show would hit Bravo airwaves this summer, but we have narrowed it down more.

When does Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 premiere in 2024?

Below Deck, Season 11 has entered the back half of the season, and we are closer to Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5. Based on the mid-season trailer for Below Deck, the Season 11 finale will air on Monday, May 20.

That means Season 5 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht should premiere on Monday, June 3. The reason for the two-week break will be for one of two reasons.

One is a Below Deck Season 11 reunion that will air on Monday, May 27. At this time, we don’t know if a reunion will happen, but fans shouldn’t get their hopes for a reunion. Below Deck reunions seem to be a thing of the past.

If there isn’t a Below Deck reunion, Below Deck Sailing Yacht will likely still air on June 3 because Monday, May 27, is Memorial Day. Odds are Bravo won’t air the premiere of a new season on a holiday.

While we wait for the Below Deck Sailing Yacht premiere date, Bravo should be giving fans a trailer for Season 5 in the next couple of weeks. Bravo tends to share more cast news and a teaser for new seasons about 4 to 6 weeks from the premiere date.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans can definitely expect a trailer before the end of April. Along with a teaser, we will learn about the cast or, instead, what we don’t already know.

Captain Glenn, Daisy, and Gary are all back for another stint on the Below Deck spin-off, as photos from filming last summer were leaked. The picture was revealed before the allegations against Gary, so it’s unclear as of now just how much Below Deck Sailing Yacht will portray him.
