Price drop on Sunseeker motor yacht Ichiban

The 28 metre motor yacht Ichiban, listed for sale by Colin Rowles at Sunseeker Poole, has had a £301,000 price reduction.

Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International to RINA class and MCA compliant, she was delivered in 2013 and has had the same owner since new. A sumptuous interior in black American walnut contrasting with cream carpeting accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of an amidships master suite, a forward VIP suite with separate access and two guest cabins configured as twins, all with flat screen televisions and en suite bathroom facilities.

A generous saloon has wraparound glazing allowing in ample daylight and has an L-shaped settee and armchairs to port facing an entertainment centre including a 55 inch television screen and there is a dining area forward to starboard with seating for eight guests.

The aft deck of this yacht for sale offers outdoor dining on built in upholstered seating, a table and chairs while port and starboard stairs lead down to the wide swim platform. A door in the transom leads through into the engine room and quarters for four crew.

The flybridge is the place to head for to enjoy al fresco entertaining and evening cocktails, with a wet bar, comfortable seating, Jacuzzi and a GRP hard top with a retractable canopy and an aft extending canopy. She comes fitted with absolutely every extra, including Trac zero speed stabilisers, a hard top, flybridge crane, System Orca audio visual system, air conditioning upgraded to tropical specification and much more.

Twin 1,950hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 28 knots and, having just completed her annual servicing, she is ready for the summer.

Lying in Monaco, Ichiban is now asking £3,549,000 with tax paid.

She is a performance cruising yacht, designed for optimum sailing, boasting 2 cockpits and a high-speed coffee grinder. The massive steering wheel at the helm gives in an indication of the sailing power of the fine Nautor swan design, with its almost 6ft circumference. Aft of the helm, on main deck level, is an alfresco dining option with a removable varnished table and built-in U shaped seating, providing an intimate and romantic atmosphere with unforgettable views.

Sailing the ICHI BAN sailing yacht under full sail is like handling the Rolls Royce of sailing yachts. Combining elegance and grace, this 70 foot, 40 ton, extended Swan 651, German Frers design, shows her power as she glides through the water.

ICHIBAN Specifications

Sailing yacht ICHI BAN has a beam of 5.3m (17.4ft) and a draft of 4.3m (14.1ft) with the centerboard down, when up, the draft is reduced to 2.3m (7.5ft). The yacht is powered by a single Perkins 215hp engine, she cruises at 4 knots with top speeds of 9.1knots.

Yacht ICHI BAN is based in Stockholm and charters throughout Scandinavia.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

Scandinavian sailing yacht ICHI BAN can accommodate up to 8 charter guests in 4 en-suite cabins, each cabin with private entertainment systems. Three cabins offer a small double and upper single berth, ideal for 2 guests, while a further cabin offers twin single bunk beds.
