All About U has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising one VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

All About U is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18) 803hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots. ADA Yacht Works was formally established by Vedat Semiz in 1993. The company’s shipyard, which features a 2000 square-metre covered area, has so far produced 12 high-end luxury yachts and superyachts with lengths ranging from 12 metres to 47 metres. 

The main focus of ADA Yacht Works is the formulation and adoption of advanced technology and improved production processes that meet the highest standards of performance and seaworthiness, as well as the expectations and preferences of yacht owners and corporate clients. The company also allocates its resources in research and development with the end in mind of determining latest trends in design and construction methods. 

Completed and Ongoing Yacht Construction Projects 

One of the most notable projects of ADA Yacht Works is the Le Pietre, a 35-metre high-performance motor yacht. It was formally launched by the company in 2009 and is one of the most elegant superyachts that were constructed at the shipyard of ADA Yacht Works. This sailing yacht has 4 sails with a total sail area of 2,133 square feet. It can easily attain a speed of 13 knots under 20 to 25 knots of sea breeze, an impressive performance for a long-keel sailing yacht. This high-end megayacht boasts of a spacious aft deck. The pilot house is located on the yacht’s port side. Its elegant fixtures include a bar, an elegant dining table and settee.

The owner of the high-performance yacht immediately participated in the 2009 Bodrum Cup International, landing at third spot and beating popular superyachts. This astounding performance of this superyacht further cemented the reputation of ADA Yacht Works as the premier source of topnotch motoryachts and sailing yachts. 

Another ambitious and groundbreaking yacht construction project includes the 47-metre Dykstra & Partners schooner Zenith, which was designed by Gerard Dykstra, an eminent naval architect. This Dysktra-designed yacht is the sister ship of the highly successful Windrose of Amsterdam superyacht , a regular entry in major regattas and one of the winning entries in the 2008 St. Barths Bucket .

The Turkish shipbuilder located in Bodrum, has been commissioned to build an all-new 50-metre superyacht, conceived by. The Ada 50 Z has been sold and is expected to be delivered to her owner in 2025.   The concept and exterior design of the Ada 50 Z were penned by, while her engineering was overseen by Norse Design –   and naval architecture by.  “It was really hard seven to eight months to develop this baby. But the team behind this success was huge. I want to thank Onur Tekin (CEO of) and Ran Goldstein () for their support,” Selahattin Uldas of   commented on LinkedIn. The sub-500 GT superyacht features clean, modern exterior lines and a straight bow. Her cascading aft decks are generous in size and offer guests plenty of opportunity to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle. The centerpiece of her beach club is a plunge pool, which is surrounded by loungers. Thanks to hydraulic wings, the space can expand to welcome even more guests to enjoy the space. The Ada 50 Z also features a second pool on her foredeck this time wrapped by fixed sun pads.

The Ada 50 Z offers 497 GT of interior volume and offers accommodation for as many as 12 guests, across six well-appointed staterooms. Her owner's suite is voluminous and comes complete with a private balcony, a Jacuzzi and large sweeping windows that offer panoramic views. The Ada 50 Z can also host ten crew across five cabins. 

While her exterior design and build are Turkish, her interior spaces are all Italian, curated by the Florence-based studio. The Ada 50 Z has a modern interior design and boasts an impressive saloon and dining area. Attention has also been paid to the interior and exterior synergy, maximizing the feel at sea.

In terms of performance, the Ada 50 Z will be equipped with twin 1,325 horsepower engines that will deliver a top speed of 15 knots.   expects to complete her by June 2025.

LE PIETRE Yacht for Sale

LE PIETRE is a classic 2009 custom-built sailing yacht by ADA Yacht Works, designed for elegant and economical cruising. Spanning 127’11’’ (39m) with an 11.4’ draft, she combines classic Turkish craftsmanship with modern wood epoxy construction, resulting in a breathtaking vessel both under sail and power. Her top speed reaches 12 knots, while she comfortably cruises at 10 knots.

Having undergone a complete refit in 2024, LE PIETRE boasts newly installed teak decks, an upgraded engine room, and a completed 2-year RINA survey. This 39-meter classic sailing yacht now gleams with renewed elegance and functionality.

LE PIETRE's interior, designed by Hale Doke, exudes sophistication and comfort. Expansive portholes in the cabins and large windows in the main salon flood the yacht with natural light. The main salon, accessible from the pilothouse, features a cozy port-side couch area with a coffee table and a starboard-side dining table that seats eight. Opposite the dining table, a TV and entertainment system adorn the wall. The well-equipped galley, located near the engine room, meets charter standards, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests.

Accommodating up to eight guests, LE PIETRE offers four luxurious en-suite cabins. The yacht features two master cabins, one located forward of the main salon, accessible via four steps. This master cabin boasts a central bed, a marble bathroom, a cozy couch, a large pouf and ample cabinets. The second master cabin is on the aft port side of the yacht. The bed is placed in the middle of the cabin and there is a small lounge area on the port side and a vanity desk on the starboard side, which can also be used as an office desk. Conveniently, the TV faces the bed right in the center, and with a surround system, you can enjoy movies while relaxing in the bed.

The VIP cabin, situated on the port side, features a centrally placed bed, a marble bathroom and half-height cabinets with drawers. The guest cabin offers twin single beds, a TV and a marble bathroom.

The crew quarters, accommodating five to six crew members, include three cabins, each with its own head and portholes for natural daylight. The captain's cabin ensures privacy and comfort for the captain.

LE PIETRE's exterior is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The aft deck features a comfortable dining table for eight under a sun awning. The foredeck offers a spacious U-shaped lounge with a transformable table, accommodating up to 12 guests alfresco dining and socializing.

Yat İmalatı

Ada Yatçılık, kendi bünyesinde yüksek kaliteli çelik ve alüminyum gövdeli yatlar ve tekneler imal etmektedir. Müşterilerimizin özel istek ve ihtiyaçlarına göre kişiye özel tekneler üretmektedir. Şirketimiz, modern üretim teknikleri ve deneyimli bir ekiple çalışmaktadır.

Şirketimiz müşterilerine sıfır ve ikinci el tekneler ve yatlar ile ilgili satış aracılığı hizmeti vermektedir. İster ticari olsun isterse özel kullanım amaçlı olsun, her çeşit teknenin satışı ve liman kayıt işlemleri firmamız aracılığı ile yapılabilmektedir. 1981 yılından beri sadece çelik ve alüminyum tekneler imal eden şirketimiz, yat imalatı ilk olarak İstanbul Sütlüce'de Proteksan tersanesinin tesislerinde  başlamıştır. Uzun yıllardır faaliyetini sürdüren Ada Yatçılık, İstanbul Tuzla’da bulunan en önemli çelik ve alüminyum yat üretimi yapan tersanelerin kabuk tekne imalatı konusunda ana taşeronluğunu yapmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra kiralamış olduğumuz şantiyelerde anahtar teslim çelik ve alüminyum tekne imalatına devam etmektedir. İmalat için kiraladığımız işyerlerinde motor yat, pilot bot,  römorkör, balıkçı teknesi, yolcu motoru, palamar botu, katamaran, çelik guletler ve diğer yelkenli teknelere uzanan geniş yelpazedeki tekne tiplerinin özel üretimi yapmaktayız.

Ada Yatçılık bu süre içerisinde uzunlukları 20 ile 75 metre arasında değişen 70’ den fazla çelik ve alüminyum teknenin gerek kabuk imalatını veya anahtar teslim proje olarak inşa etmiştir. Çelik ve alüminyum imalatını tamamladığımız en önemli yatların isimlerini; Sea D, Odessa, Talisman C, Sequel P, Kinta, Naia, Sirius, Cameleon B ve Barka olarak gururla sayabiliriz.
