The Zoe Brut Rose from Ghost Rock is one of those wines that's just impossible not to love from the get-go.

It's Pinot Noir dominant, adding an extra bit of oomph and creaminess to the palate but stays super fresh with layers of strawberry flavours and a bounce of acidity.

If you love your Rose with a bit of spritz, this is a great option.

Our Brut Rosè is true to the principle of Methode Traditionnelle. This Pinot Noir dominant blend has been elevated by lees ageing and stylistic finishing. Strawberry and floral notes drive this wine, its Brut style creating a truly moorish, fresh palate. Pinot noir is an important red grape variety in Burgundy and Champagne, and its reputation is well known! Great wines such as the Domaine de la Romanée Conti elaborate their wines from this famous grape variety, and make it a great variety. When properly vinified, pinot noit produces red wines of great finesse, with a wide range of aromas depending on its advancement (fruit, undergrowth, leather). it is also the only red grape variety authorized in Alsace. The wine region of Tasmanie

Tasmania is the island state of the island continent and the southernmost state of Australia . It Lies 240 kilometres (150 miles) off the coast of Grape /victoria">Victoria ">Victoria , across Bass Strait - a relatively shallow channel that separates the Great Australian Bight from the Tasman Sea. Ghost Rock's Cellar Door and Eatery is open 5 days a week Wednesday to Friday from 11am - 4pm, Saturdays & Sundays from 11am - 5pm, Closed Monday & Tuesday. Bookings for wine tastings and lunch are essential. Due to our seating capacity in both the tasting room and restaurant, please note max. 6pp per tasting and max. 8pp for lunch. Also note, for larger groups we provide a set menue to cater for you - please contact us to discuss. Bookings can be made here  anytime or alternatively please contact (03) 6428 4005 during busines hours. Please note, it is sometimes difficult to answer the phone during service, however please do leave a message, and we will return you call as soon as possible.
