The 47m/154'2" expedition yacht 'Lars' was built by Sanlorenzo in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Sanlorenzo and she was delivered to her owner in September 2020. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Francesco Paszkowski Design.

Lars has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Lars is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 12-cylinder 1,450hp engines running at 2300rpm, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles from her 50,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 8,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Commercial Yachting Service, Ⓔ, (✠)AMS, ACCU classification society rules.

Built in steel and aluminium and delivered in 2020, the "off-roader" 500EXP model was designed by  Francesco Paszkowski Design  as Sanlorenzos's first true explorer offering.  Lars  sports a bronze hull and ice-white superstructure with a large aft deck for carrying toys or landing a helicopter. The broker said that  Lars  was upgraded to be "ice ready" with no limitations.

Sauna, kino, fitnessstudio: so luxuriös ist die 79-millionen-yacht von lars windhorst ausgestattet.

Die Luxusyacht „Global“ wird aktuell für 79 Millionen Dollar angeboten. Das Brisante: Das Schiff galt als Eigentum des Investors Lars Windhorst. Doch Recherchen von Business Insider und der Financial Times zeigen, dass die „Global“ wohl schon seit längerem einem anderen gehört haben könnte.

Auf der 74 Meter langen Superyacht befinden sich insgesamt sechs Decks, auf denen 36 Menschen übernachten können. Das Schiff der Bremer Werft Lürssen hat Platz für zwölf Gäste und 24 Crew-Mitglieder.

Die Einrichtung greift den Stil des Art déco auf, bindet aber auch persische Elemente ein. Materialien wie dunkles Holz, Marmor und Goldarmaturen dominieren die Räume. Außerdem ist die Yacht mit verschiedenen Luxus-Features wie einem Kino oder einem Helikopterlandeplatz ausgestattet.

Die Luxusyacht „Global“ wird zurzeit auf einer Maklerplattform für 79 Millionen Dollar angeboten. Für Superreiche ein echtes Schnäppchen: Vor wenigen Jahren wurde ihr Wert noch auf etwa 100 Millionen US-Dollar geschätzt.

Ihr angeblicher Besitzer, der Investor Lars Windhorst , soll das Schiff laut Berichten der „ Financial Times “ unter anderem dazu genutzt haben, Geschäftspartner zu beeindrucken. Dafür ist die 74 Meter lange Yacht offenbar bestens geeignet.

Bilder auf der Website des Schiffbauers Lürrsen bieten einen Einblick in Annehmlichkeiten, die Lars Windhorst mit seinen Gästen auf der „Global“ genossen haben könnte. Auf sechs Decks bietet sie viel Platz für Luxus. Fitnessstudio, Jacuzzi, Kino sind nur einige Luxus-Orte, die das Schiff bietet.

Platz für 12 Gäste und 24 Crew-Mitglieder

Die „Global“ bietet Platz für zwölf Gäste. Neben vier Gäste-Suiten auf dem Unterdeck stehen ein Master-Bedroom auf dem Hauptdeck und eine Kabine für VIP-Gäste auf dem Brückendeck zur Verfügung. Alle Gästezimmer sind sowohl mit Dusche als auch mit Badewanne ausgestattet.

Ebenfalls auf dem Unterdeck angesiedelt sind die Crew-Kabinen. Bis zu 24 Crew-Mitglieder können zusammen mit den Gästen auf der Yacht übernachten. Mit einer solchen Personalstärke ist das Schiff ohne Weiteres für opulente Partys und Dinner geeignet. Allein am Tisch im Formal-Dining-Bereich können 18 Menschen sitzen. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich die Wein-Lounge.

In der Inneneinrichtung zeichnet sich ein Mix aus Art déco und persischen Elementen ab. Dass die „Global“ erst im Jahr 2007 ausgeliefert wurde, lässt sich im Inneren der Yacht kaum erahnen. Großzügiges Mobiliar, oftmals aus hellem Leder, füllt diverse Aufenthaltsräume. Dunkles Holz, Gold und Marmor dominieren die Räume zwischen Haupt- und Oberdeck. Die Personalbereiche sind dagegen in heller Buche gehalten. Um von einem Deck auf das andere zukommen, können Gäste zwischen Treppen und Aufzug wählen.

Mit dem Helikopter: Lars Windhorst ließ seine Geschäftspartner einfliegen

Als besonders erwähnenswert gilt laut der Broschüre des Maklers IYC Yachts unter anderem das Helikopter-Deck . Nach dem Bericht der „Financial Times“ soll auch Lars Windhorst diesen genutzt haben, um den französischen Fondsmanager Bruno Crastes und dessen langjährigen Stellvertreter Vincent Chailley auf die „Global“ einfliegen zu lassen. Weitere Highlights seien der Master-Bedroom mit Balkon, ein großer Beach Club, ein zweiter Salon auf dem Oberdeck sowie ein Sauna- und Massageraum.

Unerwähnt bleiben in der Broschüre andere Ausstattungsmerkmale, die zumindest für die Allgemeinheit unter den Begriff Luxus fallen. So befindet sich auf dem Unterdeck ein Kino sowie eine Bar inklusive Klavierflügel. Außerdem gibt es an Bord ein Fitnessstudio und verschiedene Office-Bereiche. Die oberen Decks bieten zudem jeweils einen großen Außenbereich, der mit Liegen, Sofalandschaften und anderen Sitzgelegenheiten bestückt sein. Das höchste Deck der Yacht ist mit einem Jacuzzi ausgestattet.
