Amazing sailing yacht in turn-key condition!!!!
Full rebuild in 2015, and to additional refits in 2017 and 2019.
This is a well proven Dubois design ocean going vessel, ready to sail again around the world with the next owner or stand out in one of the rivieras with its unprecedented interior and sleek classic exterior lines. Extremely well kept, young family owner sailing around the world for the past 2 years and soon ready to step back ashore!
Boarding from the stern, guests can benefit from the huge hydraulic door which provided a safe platform for all guests to enter and leave the yacht. Where necessary, the foldable classic passerelle can also be used, as well as a boarding ladder for direct access to the water. The stern platform also boosts a superb hidden shower unit which is instantly deployed when guests are swimming or need to cool down .
Standing on the aft deck guests can see the large sunbathing areas and immediately behind are the unique and innovative "chaise-lounge" chairs which fold out of the superstructureand are completely hidden when not in use.

The upper saloon is entered through the compressed air operated sliding doors to reveal a guest bar to port including coffee machine, ice maker and sink. To starboard is the internal upper dining area for 8 providing stunning uninterrupted views across the water, and a tinted sunroof above. Forward is the interior helm station and extensive fridges to enable guests' immediate access to cold drinks .
Stepping down into the lower saloon guests enter a very luxurious area combining two seating areas and fantastic views to the aft of the yacht. this area includes a multimedia system and TV. The main iPad control unit is situated here which controls the entertainment system throughout the yacht, though any guest can control this in their own cabin through their iPad or iPhone.
Accommodations
Forward of the lower saloon is the Galley. The Galley is exceptionally well equipped with two enormous fridge freezers, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher and all the equipment needed by a qualified chef. Refreshments can be served from here and the yacht produces its own filtered potable water which can be still or carbonated .

Stunning Dubois designed Alloy Yachts beautifully rebuilt over 2014-2015. She now boasts a superb modern interior and has had every conceivable upgrade and modern technology installed. She is Cayman Islands flagged - MCA Compliant (but not coded), and therefore subject to the very highest safety and standards which brings guaranteed confidence to the owner and guests.
She is a proven round the world yacht having completed many circumnavigations and demonstrated both her cruising capabilities and turn of speed in the recent Dubois Cup.
Everyone who visits her is astounded by the superb Italian craftsmanship seen as a result of her rebuild and refit and which extended to all technical and engineering systems and well as a full interior redesign which gives her a very sophisticated and contemporary feel.
The yacht is in full turn key condition, finished a 5 year Survey in 2017, a technical and cosmetic upgrade in 2018 in Genova and a fully technical refit in 2019 in San Diego, including but not limited to: Full engine survey and service, Full gen-sets Survey and service inc. rewire of STBD Genset, Removal of Mast, full mast survey and refit, full survey of standing rigging; removal and renew teak decks on fore deck and all chain-plates on board to inspect and survey; new chain-plate for staysail, refit back stay cylinders, fully refitted anchor locker, anchor winches, anchor arm and anchor chain; all new running rigging; refit all winches on board; deep cleaning of all tanks on board (Fuel, Water & Waste); Aircon ducting deep cleaning; Aircon chillers refitted; new main Sea-chest; refitted main engine exhaust & mufler; complete bottom treatment inc. the Pitch Prop, Stern+bow Thrust and Rudder; refit black water pumps; refit fresh water pumps; refit bilge pumps; refit both compressors; fully service Hydraulic system on board; full service for all safety equipment on board.

Boarding from the stern, guests can benefit from the huge hydraulic door which provided a safe platform for all guests to enter and leave the yacht. Where necessary, the foldable classic passerelle can also be used, as well as a boarding ladder for direct access to the water. The stern platform also boosts a superb hidden shower unit which is instantly deployed when guests are swimming or need to cool down .
Standing on the aft deck guests can see the large sunbathing areas and immediately behind are the unique and innovative 'chaise-lounge' chairs which fold out of the superstructure and are completely hidden when not in use.

The upper saloon is entered through the compressed air operated sliding doors to reveal a guest bar to port including coffee machine, ice maker and sink. To starboard is the internal upper dining area for 8 providing stunning uninterrupted views across the water, and a tinted sunroof above. Forward is the interior helm station and extensive fridges to enable guests' immediate access to cold drinks .
Stepping down into the lower saloon guests enter a very luxurious area combining two seating areas and fantastic views to the aft of the yacht. this area includes a multimedia system and TV. The main iPad control unit is situated here which controls the entertainment system throughout the yacht, though any guest can control this in their own cabin through their iPad or iPhone.
Accommodations
Forward of the lower saloon is the Galley. The Galley is exceptionally well equipped with two enormous fridge freezers, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher and all the equipment needed by a qualified chef. Refreshments can be served from here and the yacht produces its own filtered potable water which can be still or carbonated .

Stunning Dubois designed Alloy Yachts beautifully rebuilt over 2014-2015. She now boasts a superb modern interior and has had every conceivable upgrade and modern technology installed. She is Cayman Islands flagged - MCA Compliant (but not coded), and therefore subject to the very highest safety and standards which brings guaranteed confidence to the owner and guests.
She is a proven round the world yacht having completed many circumnavigations and demonstrated both her cruising capabilities and turn of speed in the recent Dubois Cup.

AFT DECK The aft deck has two large seating areas including a dining area for 8 guests. The whole cockpit can be fully enclosed to protect guests on chillier days or fully open to enjoy the weather.
BOW DECK The large side decks provide access to the bow where the tender is stored when not in use. A further large sunbathing area is situated above the hardtop providing maximum sun exposure above in maximum privacy.

Boarding from the stern, guests can benefit from the huge hydraulic door which provided a safe platform for all guests to enter and leave the yacht. Where necessary, the foldable classic passerelle can also be used, as well as a boarding ladder for direct access to the water. The stern platform also boosts a superb hidden shower unit which is instantly deployed when guests are swimming or need to cool down .
Standing on the aft deck guests can see the large sunbathing areas and immediately behind are the unique and innovative "chaise-lounge" chairs which fold out of the superstructure and are completely hidden when not in use.

The award winning 35m/114'10" sail yacht 'My Star' (ex. Corinthian) was built by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand. Her interior is styled by British designer design house RWD and she was completed in 1994. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Dubois and she was last refitted in 2019.

My Star has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

The upper saloon is entered through the compressed air operated sliding doors to reveal a guest bar to port including coffee machine, ice maker and sink. To starboard is the internal upper dining area for 8 providing stunning uninterrupted views across the water, and a tinted sunroof above. Forward is the interior helm station and extensive fridges to enable guests\' immediate access to cold drinks .
Stepping down into the lower saloon guests enter a very luxurious area combining two seating areas and fantastic views to the aft of the yacht. this area includes a multimedia system and TV. The main iPad control unit is situated here which controls the entertainment system throughout the yacht, though any guest can control this in their own cabin through their iPad or iPhone.

Stunning Dubois designed Alloy Yachts beautifully rebuilt over 2014-2015. She now boasts a superb modern interior and has had every conceivable upgrade and modern technology installed. She is Cayman Islands flagged - MCA Compliant (but not coded), and therefore subject to the very highest safety and standards which brings guaranteed confidence to the owner and guests.
She is a proven round the world yacht having completed many circumnavigations and demonstrated both her cruising capabilities and turn of speed in the recent Dubois Cup.
Everyone who visits her is astounded by the superb Italian craftsmanship seen as a result of her rebuild and refit and which extended to all technical and engineering systems and well as a full interior redesign which gives her a very sophisticated and contemporary feel.

Boarding from the stern, guests can benefit from the huge hydraulic door which provided a safe platform for all guests to enter and leave the yacht. Where necessary, the foldable classic passarelle can also be used, as well as a boarding ladder for direct access to the water. The upper saloon is entered through the compressed air operated sliding doors to reveal a guest bar to port including coffee machine, ice maker and sink. To starboard is the internal upper dining area for 8 providing stunning uninterrupted views across the water, and a tinted sunroof above. Forward is the interior helm station and extensive fridges to enable guests' immediate access to cold drinks .
Stepping down into the lower saloon guests enter a very luxurious area combining two seating areas and fantastic views to the aft of the yacht. this area includes a multimedia system and TV. The main iPad control unit is situated here which controls the entertainment system throughout the yacht, though any guest can control this in their own cabin through their iPad or iPhone .
Aft of the lower saloon guests step down into the guest area with a twin to starboard, double ViP to port, twin bunk room ahead of the master and the huge master suite taking the whole beam of the accommodation area. All cabins have elegant en-suite bathroom facilities, HIFI system and AC control. Forward of the lower saloon is the Galley and crew area for up to 6 crew members. The Galley is exceptionally well equipped with two enormous fridge freezers, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher and all the equipment needed by a qualified chef. Refreshments can be served from here and the yacht produces its own filtered potable water which can be still or carbonated .
The en-suite crew cabins are beyond a crew seating area where key controls for the yacht are also situated. Crew can access the yacht forward or aft meaning that guests to not have to be disturbed at any time.

Stunning Dubois designed Alloy Yachts beautifully rebuilt over 2014-2015. She now boasts a superb modern interior and has had every conceivable upgrade and modern technology installed. Exclusive: Owners of 35m yacht for sale MyStar share their four-year circumnavigation adventure
The owners of 34.75-metre MyStar embarked on a four-year voyage that was novel-worthy. The family share their story with Laura Nicholls and explain why they have decided it’s now time for their beloved sailing yacht to start a new chapter.
“So many amazing things happened along the way,” says Maya Talit, the current owner of MyStar alongside her husband, Liran Talit. “It’s hard to put these moments into words.” The family had initially planned a few holidays in the Mediterranean, but their ambitions quickly escalated to an incredible four-year sailing trip. Taking in dazzling natural phenomena in far-fetched locations such as Alaska and French Polynesia, while their yacht also acted as a floating classroom for the couple’s four daughters.
While their trip was well-planned with the help of the yacht’s six crew, the owners insist that it wouldn’t have been possible without the surefire nature and brilliant design of MyStar.
With their daughters enrolled in a fully-accredited and mastery-level online school – one that the family cannot recommend enough – the Talits spent 10 months in French Polynesia, four months in Alaska, four months in the Caribbean and six months in the Sea of Cortez, amongst others. Along the way, they witnessed migrating whales, various species of dolphin, wild bears feasting on salmon and many other spectacular wildlife sightings.
“The children could complete their school hours throughout the day whenever it suited,” explains Maya. “Then we spent our days dining al fresco with unbeatable views, doing whatever sightseeing or watersport activity we felt like and ending the day each in our own cosy spot on board.”
Each destination visited holds special memories for the family but two in particular stood out – Alaska and the Sea of Cortez. “Each day in Alaska was more exciting than the day before, and there is so much wildlife in the Sea of Cortez, as well as shallow water and hot springs that appear when the tides change,” says Maya. “It was here we saw a meteor shower of over 80 meteors per hour, including an earth grazer – one that travels very close to Earth like a fireball across the sky.”
Now with the Talit family back on dry land, MyStar is on the market with Roy Klajman at the Sea Alliance Group in the hope that another family will use her to make their own memories on board. “ MyStar feels like a boutique hotel inside, yet she is still an elegant and classic boat with all the great qualities of a sailing yacht,” says Liran.
Built in 1994 by Alloy Yachts, the exterior of MyStar is by Dubois Naval Architects and is based on a long-standing design that is celebrated for its well-balanced proportions and robust steel hull and keel. The yacht underwent a complete rebuild in 2019, so her interiors are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. Space and flexibility are key cornerstones of the design – for example, the main cockpit and its seating and dining areas can be fully enclosed if needed.
“This design and its features gave us everything we needed to travel the world. If it was too hot outside the air conditioning system made the indoors feel great, and the cockpit gave us panoramic views while keeping us comfortable in bad weather,” explains Liran. “Even with our amazing crew of six, who were essential in ensuring our time at sea was perfect, we still had our privacy to be together as a family.”
Although explorer-style motor yachts are increasingly popular the owners are encouraging others to consider long voyages under sail. “When we began looking for a boat we were first-time buyers and didn't know what size or type we were looking for,” says Maya. “But as soon as we saw MyStar , we bought her straight away with the help of our trusted broker Roy Klajman. The ability to sail motor-free for long periods of time with no engine noise was something we really underestimated – now I couldn’t imagine boating any other way.”
Having been meticulously maintained by the family the yacht is now set to take a new owner on adventures, big or small. For Maya, the quality time and experiences that MyStar afforded her to have with her family will mean the sailing yacht will always hold a special place in her heart. “With climate change affecting the planet so quickly, taking the opportunity to go sailing, do homeschooling, see the remaining places that are still splurging with wildlife and immerse yourself in that nature with your family is a priceless experience,” she adds.
