Absolutely incredible suite type room with a lovely view of the marina. Well equipped suite, with a kitchen at the ready. Nice shower with warming fan. We also enjoyed the social hour on Saturday night - all the food was delicious! Highly recommended!!!

The rooms are what you’d expect. Very nice and clean. The most important thing is the attitude of the people. The staff at this resort is the friendliest and most competent of anywhere we’ve stayed. As for the surrounding area, the shops are a short walk away or, if you prefer, a very reliable shuttle. Didn’t have a bad or average meal at any of the restaurants. They were all very good.

First - we downloaded the free app and set it for notifications before our trip and it was extremely helpful sorting out all of the things going on while we were there. Highly recommend doing this before you get there. This is our favorite place to stay in all of Hilton Head. The Inn is intimate and worthy of every accolade it has ever received. The staff are extremely well trained, with most being interns taken from the cream of the crop of European hospitality programs. The rooms are large and well appointed with everything anyone would expect in a 5 star resort. The location is right between the first tee of the famous Harbor Town golf course and the courts of their world class tennis facilities. Golf or tennis are within yards of the front door. If you don't want to play golf or tennis, the Inn has bikes that you can use on the amazing network of bike trails in Sea Pines. The Beach Club is gorgeous for beach lovers. You are also a short walk from the harbor and the various activities available there. Dining in Sea Pines is superb. They have a great bar/restaurant at the Beach Club, a cool tavern at the Plantation golf club, and a more upscale restaurant in the Harbor Town clubhouse. There are also plenty of great places right in the harbor area within a very short walk of the Inn. Overall, a fantastic place to spend your time!!

The Inn and Club at Harbour Town in Hilton Head, South Carolina is the ONLY place we will stay in the future! My wife and I travel extensively, and require a first class experience. We have extremely high standards, which were exceeded in every aspect of our stay. We arrived around 9pm on Thanksgiving night. We expected a skeleton crew staffing situation, but were pleasantly surprised. We pulled up at the porte cochere, and were immediately greeted by our top notch valet, Joe. He offered us chilled water, and asked to assist with our luggage. He offered pleasant conversation, while not being invasive or overbearing. I left to check in while my wife supervised the luggage process. The check-in process was efficient, and quite pleasant. The hotel has desks where associates process check-ins with comfortable seating. Isabella checked me in with care and speed. She assigned us a beautiful room with terrace, overlooking the pool and championship golf course. My wife and I went up to see our room and freshen up after our long drive. Joe was already thoughtfully placing our luggage in the room. He addressed us by name the entire stay, offered to fill up our cooler with ice, etc. Again, top notch. In the morning we met the General Manager, Julie Owens. She gave us a quick tour of the lobby, pool and other facilities. Julie was very articulate, well dressed, and professional -- all the while being incredibly friendly as anyone could be. She let us know to contact her directly and immediately if there was anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable. Thanks to Ms. Ownes' proactive management, there was absolutely nothing to ask for! All of our needs were already met, and exceeded. We ran into Ms. Owens several times during our stay. She greeted us by name each and every time. Without being overbearing in any way, she continuously inquired as to what she could do to make our stay more comfortable. The only thing I had to ask for during our entire stay were additional towels at the beautiful 88 degree heated pool. The attentive staff had them in my hands within two minutes. Thankfully, Ms. Owens proactive management left nothing to ask for. There is no question why the resort is a Four Diamond winner -- she makes the entire experience effortless. The golf facilities are world class. I purchased the 3-day golf instructional for my wife for Christmas. We cannot wait to return!

I took my family to sea pines over the 4th of July week. Directly inside the gates of the resort we were shocked by the tree canopy covering the island. There were so many food options (a bit pricey) and our favorite was the salty dog cafe. We got out fix of the low country we were looking for. Trolleys ran throughout the resort so we avoided a lot of driving. The people were calm and friendly. Definitely high class. I highly recommend sea pines for a family friendly trip. By the time we learned where everything was it was time for us to leave. We stayed at the inn and club at harbour town. The staff was incredible, the rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The Inn has everything you need and more. The facilities are upscale and the service is five star. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and took great care of us. Butler services arranged complimentary chairs for us at the beach, set up dinner reservations for us and drove us around the resort. Housekeeping was the best we've ever encountered in a hotel, we did not find anything we would've wanted different. If you are looking for a place to be pampered for a fair price, the Inn and Club is where you want to be!
