The list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, was announced at a live awards ceremony in Seoul on Tuesday, 26 March.

On Nusara , “Opened in 2020 by chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn alongside his brother Chaisiri ‘Tam’ Tassanakajohn, Nusara honours the memory of their beloved grandmother, after whom the restaurant is named.
