This is for 230 Medallion The beds and furniture are uncomfortable and very old. Close to pool. That was nice. I would not rent again unless updated. One bathroom

The place is old and not very comfortable. There is a couch and 1 chair in sitting room. The beds are either twin or full size. Mattress uncomfortable We had to use a blow up mattress for our company. Just a little drape on bedroom window so don't plan to sleep in bc it's too bright. Wish I asked more questions. Bathroom very small also. Do not rent.

I found this hidden gem on vrbo, a website I've used since its inception. Once again, vrbo delivered. It was fabulous!!! It was also extremely cheap! I mean cheap as in ... 600.00 for an entire week stay. Our patio overlooked the pool. The location is perfect. It is directly across the street from the beach and the view is not obstructed. The condo is fully stocked with beach accessories, some food, games, movies etc. It is a home away from home. It also sleeps 8 people! There are no bugs in the unit that I have seen. It's exceptionally clean. It's also only a mile and a half from the boardwalk and is close to numerous other activities. There are some cute little shops within walking distance as well. The beach was very uncrowded, and relaxing. Definitely a good spot for families or anyone who likes to save on traveling. The walk to the beach isn't much different than oceanfront properties I've stayed at in the past. (Especially on the gulf side.) The price and location, is unbeatable. It was a clean area. We didn't see anything sketchy, and felt safe. There's also a dock where you can fish on their private property. We caught some fish and we didn't need a license. That was nice too. Even nicer, was that the condo had that gear too. I didn't have to pack much.

This complex is great. We own two units here and the management is excellent. The complex is very well maintained and it is within walking distance to everything. We have the best amenities of any other complexes in the area. The bad reviews on here are from renters who have bad owners/hosts and you can't judge the entire complex from these few. Our rentals and most others in the complex ALWAYS score 5 stars.

DO NOT BUY HERE or RENT! I have lived here for the past 2 years. They have a major problem with termites and they will not address the issue. Horrible management company that runs this place. The management company and the Board of Directors should be SUED!

We rented here for a week of needed sunshine and sand and were very pleased! The grounds are very well maintained, which has to be hard in the hot sun. We enjoyed walking to the beach, grocery and even restaurants. Our unit was clean and a good location within the complex. We would return for another visit without hesitation!!

The Club is centrally located within easy walking distance to shops and beach. It has 2 pools. What I want to comment and make you aware of is **** MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB Rental UNIT 250 E **** While the property is clean with all the amenities that you may need you need to know that this Villa sleeps 6 as it is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath villa that also has a sofa sleeper, however **** IT DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER OR DRYER IN THE UNIT **** There are no on site laundry facilities and according to the Club Office this is the only unit in the club that does not have a Washer and Dryer. While this may be okay for 2 people or a 1 bedroom unit it definitely could be a problem for a larger group or family as you will need to take time out of your day to drive to the laundromat located next to the Daiquiri Deck.

Won't come back. Very noisy, inconveniences everywhere, not much to do close by, streets are busy and so is the poorly maintained beach. One side borders the water full of pretentious yachters and the other faces a noisy community baseball field. Wasn't clean on move in and not worth the price. Yery boring area and even management is very unpleasant

Winter Escape

Our condo was very nice and had everything you need. We spent a lot of time sitting on each of the piers and watching boat traffic and wildlife. The Madiera Yacht Club also has two pools, and the grounds are very well kept. We had a fabulous time.

Very nice place

We stayed here for 3 weeks in Feb-March 2021. Everything was as pictured. We loved being on the ground floor with the screened in Lanai. TV’s in both bedrooms, plenty of towels and bedding. We rode bikes to the beach everyday( took about 4 minutes). But walking is fine also. Very well kept property. The pool was immaculate and warm! Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 323E. This was our 2nd time staying at the Yacht club, and this condo was even better than the last. The condo had just enough room and was close enough to the beach/bars/grocery stores and souvenir shops. We had 3 15 year old girls with us and they were never bored. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

Wonderful vacation spot and super nice condo!

When we arrived at midnight due to our flight being late, I had to call the emergency phone number because our door code would not work. The lady that helped us on the phone was super nice made us feel very welcome and got us into our condo with no issues. Our condo is extremely clean well put together beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we were looking for and more. We are definitely going to put this down as one of our favorite rentals and definitely book again in the same condo.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits directly on the water at the very popular and gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club, and has a wrap-around screened in porch, and views of the water from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. You'll feel at home and at peace the moment you enter into this beautifully updated unit!

The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen for your favorite home cooked meals and snacks -plus a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, blender, tea kettle, and crock pot. There is bar stool seating right off of the kitchen for a quick snack, or a dining room table for a nice meal together or a game night. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and a large smart TV with regular cable channels, as well as your favorite streaming platform. Enjoy a view of the water from the couches, dining table, and even the kitchen! From the living room you can head out to the large screened in patio and watch the sunset and the wildlife- sea birds, plenty of fish, and sometimes dolphins and manatees!

The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and it's own TV, plus an adjoining updated bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second bedroom is down the hall and features two twin beds and it's own TV, plus access to the adjoining/ jack and jill bathroom.

The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the water from the large window, and has a queen sized bed, it's own TV, and access to the second bathroom which has been beautifully updated with a walk in shower as well. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway that houses all of the bedrooms.

In the hall there is also a washer and dryer closet for the in unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy staying connected with free wifi throughout the condo. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, various beach toys, and a beach wagon for you to enjoy!

The closest beach access is approximately 0.3 of a mile (7-10 minute walk). There are numerous restaurants, shops, mini golf, ice cream, etc within a 5-10 minute walk from this unit as well, not to mention Winn Dixie grocery and liquor store, dollar store, and convenient store just around the corner.

John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk is just 2 miles away, and world-renowned Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 is just 14 miles away for more fun!

Also- there is a library across the street, plus R.O.C park with another fishing pier, grassy field, more waterfront walkways, baseball/softball fields, basketball court, tennis court, and a playground- not to mention the frequent events that happen there!

Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets. For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children. The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. There are two exterior cameras on the property for the homeowners security.

Relaxation vacation at Madeira Beach

Great place on the canal waters. Good views with boats passing by frequently when sitting on screened in porch. There is a great deal of traffic and noise from the bridge and road across from the condo/canal but the views make up for it. Condo was very nice, beautifully decorated and had everything you need for a vacation. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short once you got out of the complex and the condo had excellent items for beach fun. Great wagon for loading gear as well as good beach chairs. Property was very clean and well maintained. Sue was great to work with and very helpful with any questions renter may have. We took the boat ride to shell island from John's Pass and it was a wonderful 3 hour excursion. The information book for the condo and surrounding areas was plentiful and full of very useful information. Looked like lots of hard work went into that book! A fan on the screened in porch would be nice. Not sure this place would be good for young children ONLY because the condo is filled with beautiful, breakable decorations! We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when at Madeira Beach.

Very Relaxing

This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I have had. The location was easy to get to and everything was walkable. We felt very comfortable. Sue at Long Key Vacation Rentals is extremely easy to work with. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on another vacation here with the rest of our family.

Unforgettable vacation at Madeira Beach Yacht Club - April/May 23

The communication with Sue was always very friendly and courteous. We had no expectations about the condo, but when entered, we were just blown away. The condo is absolutely amazing and very spacious. We were 5 persons and we had enough room for everyone. The property's condition was great. Couldn't ask for a better stay at Madeira. The location is absolutely fantastic and well located. Close to the beach and food store. We can recommend this condo to our family and friends 100%.

Excellent Accommodations + Great Location = Fabulous Trip!

We had a wonderful experience. Communication was great, the property was well stocked and in very good condition, the location was ideal, and the price was fair. It was so nice to have access to the wagon and chairs for our walk to the beach. We loved having great restaurants and the grocery store nearby too. WE stayed 2 weeks in a 3 bedroom unit facing the inter coastal. We loved the place. Neat as a pin and the owners thought of all the small things that people want like chargers in every bedroom. The view from our porch was great and all the TVs had Roku TV whick was great. Highly recommend.
