A shirtless Elon Musk was seen soaking up the sun aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, on Sunday, per exclusive photos obtained by Page Six.

The multibillionaire was with a small group that included newlywed pals Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger as they sailed the Aegean Sea on the “Zeus” — an almost $20,000-per-week motor yacht that can accommodate six guests in over three cabins and comes with a professional crew.

Musk, 51, boarded the swanky boat wearing a plain white T-shirt, black swim trunks, dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap and matching flip-flops.

The Tesla CEO soon stripped down to just his bathing suit and took a dive into the ocean. Once back on the yacht, Endeavor CEO Emanuel — long held to be the inspiration for fictional Hollywood agent Ari Gold in “Entourage” — hosed him down.

Musk was later seen enjoying a cocktail before the group headed out to explore the island.

The SpaceX founder — who recently confirmed to Page Six exclusively that he had welcomed his 10th child — did not seem the least bit bothered by Twitter’s massive lawsuit against him.

Musk first  agreed to buy the social media website for $44 billion in April but pulled out of the deal earlier this month on the belief the platform may be lying about what percentage of its users are bots.

In their filing, Twitter’s attorneys  described Musk’s claim as a “bad faith” attempt to walk away from the agreement.

In response, Musk called the company’s suit “meritless” and and told a judge that he needs until next year to formally respond.

The business tycoon informed us earlier this month that he had quietly welcomed twins  with his Neuralink executive,  Shivon Zilis , in November 2021, adding that he had no plans to stop procreating.

When congratulated on the newest additions to his brood, he replied, “Thanks,” followed by, “Bravo to big families.”

When asked how many kids he would like to have, Musk said, “As many as I am able to spend time with and be a good father.”

A shirtless Elon Musk was seen soaking up the sun aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, on Sunday.

The multibillionaire was with a small group that included newlywed pals Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger as they sailed the Aegean Sea on the “Zeus” — an almost $US20,000-per-week motor yacht that can accommodate six guests in over three cabins and comes with a professional crew.

The pictures caused quite a stir on social media, with hundreds of people making an array of comments – mostly very unkind – about the mogul and his physique.

Musk himself responded to the uproar on his Twitter account, posting a reference to freeing the nipple.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!” he wrote.

Elon Musk was spotted on vacation this weekend, and the internet can't stop talking about the shirtless photos of him that came out of the trip.

The billionaire was seen on a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, with friends on Sunday. Page Six first published the shirtless shots of the Tesla and SpaceX CEO. 

Now, Musk himself has also chimed in on the obsession with the photos.

On Monday, Twitter user Teslaconomics tweeted a photo of a shirtless Musk having a drink on the yacht, writing, "F*** yea I got my $ behind this man. So so many other smart investors."

Musk replied, "Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!"

He added that he's "already back in the factory."

In the meantime, Musk has been dealt a blow in his legal battle with Twitter over a $44 billion deal to buy the company.

On Tuesday, the Delaware Chancery Court granted Twitter its request for an expedited trial against Musk over his attempt to back out of the acquisition. 

In a legal filing last week, Twitter had asked to fast-track the trial, saying, "This very public dispute harms Twitter with each passing day Musk is in breach. Musk amplifies this harm by using the Company's own platform as a megaphone to disparage it."

Musk's lawyers pushed back, asking not to begin the trial until mid-February at the earliest, claiming Twitter withheld user data Musk requested for months.

"Twitter's sudden request for warp speed after two months of foot-dragging and obfuscation is its latest tactic to shroud the truth about spam accounts long enough to railroad Defendants into closing," they wrote in a filing.

Several photos have surfaced on social media which show the Tesla founder splashing around in warm water while sipping drinks. Mr Musk was with a small group that included fashion designer Sarah Staudinger and her husband Ari Emanuel, according to Page Six .

The outlet further said that the friends were enjoying their vacation onboard the yacht which is available for charter for almost $20,000 a week. It can accommodate six guests in its three cabins and a professional crew is available to serve them.

In the photos, Mr Musk is seen in black swimming trunks. The yacht he was on is named 'Zeus'. All the friends are seen smiling while jumping off the back of the boat into the ocean.

The billionaire was sporting aviator sunglasses while looking around on the boat after the swim, more photos from his vacation show.

One of the Twitter users, who posted the photo, said he liked them and added he will put his money "behind this man". Mr Musk reacted to it, replying, "Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!  (already back in the factory btw)."

Twitter Inc on Monday accused Mr Musk of trying to "slow walk" the company's lawsuit to hold him to his $44 billion takeover and urged a September trial to ensure deal financing remains in place, according to a court filing.

Twitter has sued Mr Musk and asked a Delaware judge to order him to complete the merger at the agreed price of $54.20 per share.

The company said if the billionaire is ordered to close the deal it could still take months of additional litigation to close the debt financing, which expires in April. For that reason, Twitter asked the judge to reject Mr Musk's proposal to hold the trial in February.

Mr Musk, who is the world's richest person, accused San Francisco-based Twitter of rushing the trial to obscure the truth about spam accounts and to "railroad" him into buying the company.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO — who’s currently embroiled in a battle over the future of Twitter  — was spotted Sunday aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece. Joined by a group of friends that included Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and his fashion-designer wife, Sarah Staudinger, Musk spent the day swimming, sunning himself, drinking cocktails, and even getting hosed down by Emanuel.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often,” Musk tweeted Tuesday after the photos went viral, adding that he was “already back in the factory.”

While Musk famously owns a $70 million private jet, he hasn’t sprung for a yacht of his own (unlike his space rival, Jeff Bezos). Instead, the group chartered the vessel — called Zeus — from SamBoat, a European online boat-rental firm that operates in Greece, Croatia, and Spain, and has plans to expand to the US.

Here’s a peek inside the luxurious superyacht, which rents for over $7,000 a day.

Zeus is a 24-meter yacht, which is equivalent to about 79 feet. Renting the vessel starts at $7,171.

The yacht has capacity for 20 people and is intended for full-day excursions.

A skipper is included with the rental — the skipper serves as your captain during your trip.

Passengers can swim off the back platform, like Musk did…

…or lounge with a cocktail on the rear deck.

The World’s Richest Man Has A Surprisingly Modest Taste In Superyachts

The same can't be said for his taste in private jets, however...

Many rich people seem to be compensating for something when they buy f*ck off Ferraris and stonking superyachts. Elon Musk, however, was recently spotted off the coast of Greece in a relatively small charter yacht called Zeus.

In recent years, Elon Musk has kicked Jeff Bezos off this throne as ‘world’s richest man.’ Musk’s current net worth is $234.4 billion. Jeff Bezos’ net worth, for comparison, is $143.9 billion. Elon Musk’s companies include SpaceX, Tesla, The Boring Company, Neuralink and OpenAI. He can be a bit awkward, as seen on Joe Rogan’s podcast , and some people hate his Promethean attitude , but he is a fan of dry humour, a genius and is apparently (sometimes) able to manipulate crypto and stock markets at whim (make of that what you will).

Elon Musk also owns a $70 million (AUD $101 million) private jet, but – surprisingly, when you consider the spending habits of many of his contemporaries – does not own a superyacht. To this end, on a recent vacation to Greece, Musk was spotted on a boat called Zeus, which can be charted for some $7,000 (AUD $10,109) a day.

This isn’t cheap by most people’s standards. But when you compare it to Jeff Bezos’ US$500 million, 127 metre long superyacht – which is going to be the biggest in the world – or any one of these Russian oligarchs’ outlandishly luxurious oceanic steeds , Musk’s rented 24-metre yacht starts to look positively ‘Marie Kondo.’

Musk reportedly rented Zeus from SamBoat, which is a European online boat-rental company. According to Insider , the Zeus yacht that Musk was spotted on takes 20 people and is made for full-day excursions (when DMARGE checked SamBoat’s website , we could only find a boat called Zeus which takes 11 and is 12.3m long, however).

Insider isn’t alone though. Yahoo News has also reported that the Zeus vessel Musk was spotted on is 24 metres long. So presumably there is another, bigger Zeus out there than the one we could find. In any case, Musk appeared to enjoy his day of leisure, being hosed off on the back deck and joking about it on Twitter (he wrote: “I should take my shirt off more often”).

Features and activities of Zeus include swimming off the back, chilling on the deck, sitting down for a meal (or sipping a cocktail) inside, sleeping in one of the four indoor berths and exploring the marvellous waters of the Aegean Sea with a snorkel and flippers.

C’est la vie .

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk was seen on Sunday relaxing on a lavish yacht docked off the Greek island of Mykonos while sipping cocktails.

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk was seen on Sunday relaxing on a lavish yacht docked off the Greek island of Mykonos. The 51-year-old CEO was spotted resting in the sun and sipping cocktails aboard a yacht. Amid the legal battle with Twitter after pulling out of the $44 billion purchase of the social media platform, Musk was seen shirtless while enjoying with his friends on a luxury vacation in Greece, Daily Mail reported.

Elon Musk's Greece vacation

According to the Daily Mail report, Musk was accompanied by celebrity agent Ari Emanuel, 61, who served as the inspiration for HBO's Entourage , and his new wife, fashion designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, who founded the Staud fashion brand. 

Furthermore, the CEO was enjoying his vacation in an almost $20,000-per-week motor yacht, which has an accommodation capacity of six people in over three cabins and has a skilled crew, Page Six reported. The 51-year-old Musk, as per the Page Six report, stepped onto the posh yacht in a basic white T-shirt, black swim trunks, dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap, and flip-flops of the same colour. The Tesla CEO then quickly changed into his swimming suit and dove into the water. 

Musk filed to withdraw his $44 billion proposal to acquire Twitter

Meanwhile, the board of the social media company, Twitter, said that it intended to sue Musk in order to ensure that the much-awaited takeover ultimately materialised after Musk on July 8 filed to withdraw his $44 billion proposal to acquire Twitter. 

Musk further tweeted a meme of himself laughing in a set of four images in response to Twitter's attempt to use a lawsuit to force him to buy the firm.

According to a People report, when Musk requested for the arrangement to be terminated, he stated that Twitter had not given his team enough data to do their own research and had not given enough information about the number of fake accounts and bots on the social media network. 

According to the filing, "Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr Musk's requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr Musk incomplete or unusable information".  

On Tuesday, Twitter filed a lawsuit against Musk in an effort to "compel" him to complete the transaction.

Elon Musk Parties On A Yacht In Greece After Pulling Out Of Twitter Deal

Billionaire  Elon Musk   was spotted partying it up in Greece one week after making headlines for backing out of his $44 billion dollar deal to buy Twitter.

The world’s richest man, at least according to Forbes, was photographed spending time with friends on a speedboat in Mykonos, Greece.

Elon Musk, 51, was spotted with a group of friends partying it up on a luxury yacht parked off the coast of Mykonos, Greece on Sunday.

Musk kept things casual in sunglasses, a green tee shirt, and navy shorts. He had previously spent time in Italy with his family, but it looks like none of his ten kids accompanied him on this trip.

It seems that Musk is having a great time on vacation. It’s a little surprising that he would choose to take his trip now, considering that Twitter wants him to make good on his $44 billion dollar to buy the social media company, despite his attempts to back out of it.

As The Blast previously reported, the Tesla CEO started quietly buying shares of the social media company in January. By the beginning of April, he had become Twitter’s then-largest shareholder. He spurned an offer not to buy up any more shares for a seat on Twitter’s board of directors.

In mid-April, he texted Twitter board chair Bret Taylor with an offer to buy Twitter for $54.20 per share. Although Twitter initially tried to adopt a “poison pill” defense to prevent the takeover, they soon changed their mind. By the end of April, they had made a $44 billion dollar deal to sell the social media company to Elon Musk.

However, financial analysts soon began to question if the deal was even going to take place. Musk started selling shares of Tesla in order to cover the $44 billion dollar deal, upsetting investors.

Soon after, the SpaceX founder seemed to express doubts about buying the company at all. He tweeted that the deal was “on hold,” citing dissatisfaction with the numbers presented to him about the number of bot and spam accounts on the platform.

Earlier this month, the SpaceX founder and his team submitted a letter to the SEC officially stating that he wanted to “terminate” the deal, claiming that Twitter was in “breach” of their merger agreement.

Twitter Files Lawsuit To Force Musk To Go Through With $44 Billion Dollar Deal

Musk gave three reasons for backing out of the deal. The first reason he gave was that Twitter was not giving him the information that he requested on bot and spam accounts. He then took things one step further and accused Twitter of misrepresenting the number of bot and spam accounts on the platform to officials. For his third reason, Musk claims that he was supposed to be consulted when Twitter laid off key executives, as per the merger agreement. Musk claims that Twitter did not consult him when they fired a number of high-ranking employees last month.

In response, chairman Bret Taylor tweeted that the social media company would pursue legal action in order to force Musk to comply with the deal. A few days later, they made good on their word and filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is known for resolving business deals quickly and without a jury.

In their initial merger agreement, each side could claim a $1 billion dollar “break-up fee” if one of them decided to terminate the deal. However, Twitter is asking a court to compel Elon Musk to buy Twitter and become the new owner of the site.

Financial analysts have questioned forcing Musk to buy a company that he no longer wants and many expect that the case will eventually be settled out of court. In the meantime, shares of Twitter dropped down to around $36.50 per share last Monday after Musk announced that he was backing out of the deal, far below the $54.20 per share he agreed to pay back in April.

Some analysts have speculated that Musk still intends to purchase the company and is simply taking advantage of the legal drama to drop the price from $44 billion dollars to a lower sum.

It remains to be seen how his drama with Twitter will play out, but it looks like his drama with former U.S. President Donald Trump is just beginning. Those interested can read more about their public feud here .

But Elon Musk isn’t letting any of that stop him from enjoying a luxury vacation in Greece with pals.

The SpaceX and Tesla founder, 51, was seen soaking up the sun and enjoying drinks on a yacht off the coast of the island of Mykonos on Monday.

He was joined by fashion designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, founder of the Staud fashion brand, and her new husband, superstar agent – and inspiration for HBO’s Entourage – Ari Emanuel, 61.

Looking like he hasn’t a care in the world, Musk made a splash in a pair of black swim trunks.

Not seen with the group was Australian actress Natasha Bassett, 27, the latest beauty to be romantically linked to the billionaire.

The pair were seen dining together in St. Tropez in the South of France in May and were among the guests at Ari and Sarah’s wedding officiated by Larry David.

It recently emerged that Musk had welcomed twins last November with a senior executive at one of his companies, Shivon Zilis, 3.

The Tesla mogul also has five children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk.

A sixth child, their first, died of sudden infant death syndrome aged ten weeks in 2002, prompting them to use in vitro fertilisation. Then Justine gave birth to twins — Vivian and Griffin — in 2004, followed by triplets — Kai, Saxon and Damian — in 2006.

Earlier this month, he tweeted: ‘Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis,’ he intoned. ‘A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilisation faces by far.’

He added: ‘I hope you have big families and congrats to those who already do!’

After a much vaunted bid for Twitter that was accepted by the platform’s board, Musk has now backed out of the deal expressing concerns that Twitter had been misleading about the number fake accounts.

He has not presented any evidence to support his claims.

He originally agreed to a $1 billion breakup fee as part of the buyout agreement, although it appears Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and the company are settling in for a legal fight to force the sale.

The founder of electric car company Tesla, sent a letter to Twitter saying he was pulling out of the controversial deal he made in April to buy the platform for $54.20 per share, or $44 billion in total.

Such merger agreements are ‘designed to prevent buyers from getting cold feet and deciding they want to walk away,’ law expert Lipton explained.

Besides Musk’s accusations of Twitter’s ‘false and misleading representations’ of the number of fake accounts, lawyers also point to recent Twitter employee layoffs and hiring freezes, which they say are contrary to the company’s obligation to continue operating normally.

Those arguments may be valid, but they do not merit pulling out of the deal, says Lipton, dismissing them as ‘nitpicky.’

That leaves the possibility that the multi-billionaire is actually trying to renegotiate the price down.

This tactic has been used successfully elsewhere, such as by LVMH. Two years ago, the global luxury giant broke off a deal to acquire Tiffany before getting a discount.

But experts don’t see how Musk and Twitter could agree on a different price at this point, given that the platform’s stock has lost more than a quarter of its value since late April.

Don Lemon says his talk show deal with social media platform X is on the rocks after he asked Elon Musk tough questions during a pre-recorded interview, which is set to premiere during The Don Lemon Show 's first episode on Monday.

The former CNN anchor, who was ousted from the network nearly a year ago, announced earlier this year that he had partnered with Musk to create a show that would facilitate "honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors."

But on Wednesday — just days ahead of the show's debut on X — Lemon revealed that Musk decided to back out of the deal at the last minute, reneging his "commitment to amplifying more diverse voices on their platform," according to the journalist.

"Hi everyone, Elon Musk is mad at me," Lemon said in a video posted on social media Wednesday, where he explained that the X deal was off, and that Musk's commitment to "free speech absolutism" didn't seem to apply after the tech mogul himself was put in the hot seat.

Still, Lemon said in the video, he will move forward with The Don Lemon Show , posting episodes to YouTube, X and everywhere you can find podcasts. He also assured that his interview with Musk would still air on Monday as planned, noting that the only part of his show that will be changing is "my relationship to Musk and X."

In a written statement also released on Wednesday, Lemon elaborated on his disappointment with Musk for walking away from the deal.

"[Musk] informed me of his decision hours after an interview I conducted with him on Friday," Lemon said in the statement, explaining, "There were no restrictions on the interview that he willingly agreed to, and my questions were respectful and wide ranging, covering everything from SpaceX to the presidential election."

"We had good conversation," Lemon continued. "Clearly he felt differently. His commitment to a global town square where all questions can be asked and all ideas can be shared seems to not include questions of him from people like me."

Also in the statement, Lemon said that the reason he wanted to work with a controversial person like Musk in the first place is that he believed it would help his work reach the largest number of people.

He claimed that Musk promised his "full support" for The Don Lemon Show , saying, "I took Elon and his management team's word that they, for the first time, were interested in working directly with new and diverse voices."

Lemon first announced his new talk show in January, at the time writing , "I've heard you... and today I am back bigger, bolder, freer! My new media company's first project is The Don Lemon Show. It will be available to everyone, easily, whenever and wherever you want it, streaming on the platforms where the conversations are happening."

Lemon said that he had reached a "content partnership" with X, meaning the 30-minute episodes would air on Musk's social media site before reaching other platforms. "I know now more than ever that we need a place for honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors," Lemon wrote. "This is just the beginning so stay tuned."

That same day, X confirmed news of the deal in a statement , which read, "We’re delighted to announce a new content partnership with @DonLemon for his new project, The Don Lemon Show. The award winning TV journalist will share his unique and honest voice in 30 minute episodes, three times a week, covering politics, culture, sports and entertainment. The show will run exclusively first on X. Welcome Don!"
