On boarding it is obvious the massive cockpit idea for Sport Fishing or staging all types of water sports.  A hydraulic swim platform extends into the water for easy access for swimming or diving. To port and starboard in the cockpit are settee seating with cocktail tables ideal for viewing all the action. Going up the steps and into the Main Salon/Dining area your first impression is of warm woods and exquisite Dutch quality. This area is ideal for entertaining in grand style with a bar forward to port and the dinging table to starboard. The area also features comfortable lounging and access to the entertaining systems. Proceeding forward to starboard is the Master or VIP stateroom on this main deck with a beautiful ensued head with bath and large hanging lockers.

Proceeding down from the Main Salon area is the second VIP stateroom to starboard with en-suit head, bath and hanging locker. Across the hall through an electric hidden pocket door is the access to the Main Galley the size and equipment as you would expect on any large superyacht (much larger than any Sport Fishing Yachts) with three private double crew staterooms for up to six crew (as you would expect to see in a superyacht). Proceeding up from the Main Salon you enter the Sky Lounge/Helm area. This area gives you a second salon with excellent panoramic views ideal for at anchor or underway. Forward is the main helm area complete with all the navigations electronics your captain could ask for. Out the aft electric doors onto the upper deck lounging and dining area ideal for alfresco dining in the open air (similar feel to a large motor yacht). Up easy steps to the upper Flying Bridge complete with hard top and lounging area (like on a large Motoryacht) as well as a forward command station for full operation and an aft command station for operating the vessel for landing large fish or deep dropping for bottom fishing. On the foredeck is a large sun area complete with a six person Jacuzzi tub also the perfect area for entertaining larger groups.

Comments: This yacht was originally custom built by the famous Dutch Shipyard Hakvoort in the beautiful Village of Monnickendam. Hakvoort is known for producing some of the worlds finest yachts and TEMPO REALE is a perfect example. The stunning Sunseeker 34 Metre Yacht ‘EMOJI’ is without doubt one of the most beautiful examples of this highly popular model from the British Yard. Her Dove Grey superstructure is perfectly accompanied by her striking Black Hull, a combination that not only turns heads out on the seas but sets her apart from the fleet when she is moored in the marina.

Her striking exterior is complemented by Light Oak cabinetry whilst her soft furnishings add that splash of colour that really brings ‘ EMOJI ‘ to life. The Saloon features a bar area to the starboard side which is perfectly placed for serving the beautifully furnished aft deck as well as providing those much needed sundowners after a hard day on the flybridge. The large saloon has an inset cream carpet and a rise and fall television that when raised creates a division between the wonderfully appointed dining area that accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably.

The day head is located forward of the dining area along the lobby that leads to the lower deck guest cabins and the main deck master. The Master Cabin is beautifully appointed with a large Bang and Olufsen TV, Vanity Area and Chaise Lounge all of which benefit from the oversize hull windows that allow the scenery to fill the space and further enhance the feeling of space onboard. The En-Suite bathroom features his and hers wash basins as well as a large double shower and Jacuzzi Spa Bath.

The 4 en-suite guest cabins (2 x Doubles and 2 x Twins) are accessed via a central staircase and lobby with the two Double Cabins located aft and the two Twin Cabins forward. Beautifully appointed throughout with vanity areas, Bang and Olufsen TV’s, full-length wardrobes and oversize hull windows. The guest cabins on ‘EMOJI’ are best in class and rival many yachts much larger in length. The Crew area is located forward of the twin cabins and is accessed through the crew mess on the main deck. The independent access to the side deck ensures that the galley remains private whilst the chef creates his/her next masterpiece.

The Fly-Bridge has been beautifully designed to create the perfect entertaining space whilst still maintaining that intimate feel when all the guests have retired for the night. Her large aft sunpad is a stunning piece of design that compliments the space an allows for guests to fully relax whilst never being too far from the action.

Built in 2010 her meticulous maintenance schedule has ensured that she is in perfect condition throughout the year; and as such she has provided trouble free boating for her owner since delivery. Her extensive specification includes Satellite TV, Trac Digital Fin Stabilizers (for at sea and at rest) GRP Hard Top with retractable interior canopy, rise and fall hydraulic platform and Bang and Olufsen throughout to name but a few. 34M Sunseeker Yacht

As the third largest Yacht model in the 2012 Sunseeker line of yachts, the 34M Sunseeker Yacht has lots of space and options to satisfy the most discerning yachtsman. Although she can reach speeds up to 25 knots, she can also be cruised up to 1,250 miles if you are cruising for distance. As with all Sunseeker Yachts, one can customize the layout depending on how many staterooms they want or how they want the decks arranged, along with personalizing all the soft goods, inside and out!

Timelessly good looking with her raked, raised wheelhouse design and walk-around main deck, the Sunseeker 34 Meter Yacht plays graceful host to guest party and comfortably accommodated crew. Capable of a very credible 25 knots, she’ll also cruise economically and equally comfortably in any seaway at much lower speeds, while serving a range of up to 1250 miles for trans-ocean potential if also opting for RINA and MCA LY2 certification in build. Her engineering trait is reliability and simplification in maintenance and control, with the industry leading computerized system for ship’s management and monitoring requirements, and for navigation. Comfort onboard is also enhanced underway and at anchor by the optional highly effective zer0-speed stabilizers. The fitting and furnishing of all areas onboard, from the flybridge with second helm station and spa bath to the sumptuous accommodation below, are all to personal specification, and for 2012 models onward a new more jaunty stern has been introduced with longer platform and even bigger garage for a 18 foot tender and two jet skis.

The History of Admiral Yachting

Admiral officially began building yachts in 1962, however, the origins of the brand can be found in the 1950s when Cantieri Navali Lavagna started producing wooden motor yachts under the moniker “Arcobaleno Super.” The first Admiral yacht to make its debut in 1966 was an 18-meter wooden flybridge yacht, which was so popular that the shipyard began to build larger versions, including a 30-meter yacht based on the same design, which launched in the mid-1970s. The 34-meter MAU MAU also followed suit and was outfitted with four engines, which provided her with a top speed of 32 knots. Yachts in the 30-meter range were rare in the 1970s and Admiral continued to stand out as it launched five more 30-meter yachts, including SAHARET, IPSUM, ERAF, KADIA and SAUDADE.
